The manager worked with me for the last couple of years. My storage unit door was broken for almost 2 years. It made it difficult for me to go in and out my unit. The guy at the Burlington location seemed annoyed that he had to do his job. Every time I ask him to do something he huffed and puffed. If you don't wanna work on a Saturday just say that! The two individuals that help me at the Somerdale location we're extremely polite and helpful but the gentleman at the Burlington location needs to work on his people skills and if you're stressed out take a day off because I don't pay money to feel like I'm beyond a annoyance!!Portia B. | Premières impressions

I was surcharged $22 for gas, I only went 23 miles total and put in almost 3 gallons of gas. The truck was given to me with the 50 miles to empty warning light on. I had to get gas at the beginning of my trip and estimate my usage. The low gas light 50 miles to empty was not on when I returned it, so I returned it with more gas than I rented it with. Just the fact they gave me a truck with only a few gallons of gas left was annoying enough, then surcharge me was a way to rip me off. Obviously this is how they rip people off, I will not rent from uhaul againEMILY W.

The absolute worst experience more than my first time. Always receiving misinformation on rates and availability. I will never use uhaul again and proud to share that with every single person I know. Thank the lord for social media so I can share it with those not in my immediate circle. Shame on this company for the lack of customer service quality and systems in place. I selected this location so I could return overnight, however I was not notified until the afternoon before that I could not nor park on-site. Both very inconvenient for my use. Also I was having trouble with creating an account and the guy inside was unfriendly and would not offer any assistance because I chose â€œself serviceâ€ which I only chose so I could return overnight. When I returned the lady was very nice. This is my second time at this location, the first time was great experience but I will not choose this one next time.Jack T.

When we arrived at the location the employee informed us at that point we could not return after hours at this locationâ€¦if I had known that I would've booked elsewhereâ€¦we had to extend our reservation which cost as money all because it's no longer 24/7 like your website advertises. I was told to vacate by 7/30/22 due to discontinued RV parking which I complied, when I was paid through 8/7/22. I have a letter from the storage manager verifying this. I was not offered a refund for the remaining fee. I have been charged $10 for a long time for 24/7 access and my access code only worked 9am-5pm. I mentioned this to management and was never corrected nor the $10 charges refunds nor removed from my bills. This can be verified on my account statement. I would not recommend this location. First, the vehicle we had was old. No power door locks, windows or phone charger. It was all banged up. The vehicle pickup was terrible. There was no air conditioning in the office during a heat wave which is unconscionable for staff and clients. The credit card machine doesn't work. Although I requested touchkess/automated service this location doesn't have this service. Although I booked my truck for 24 hours I couldn't have it for that long. I would not recommend this location. Corporate office should provide better support To this office.Debra A.

Pricing guide is misleading. Transaction was supposed to cost $19.95. Ended up costing $80 for a rental to something for 2 mile distance, for 10 minutes. I was supposed to get a refund, but instead I got charged additional fee after I returned the truck!!! Money-hungry companyNancy O.

When I was closing my storage I had somethings that had to be removed the staff told me they were going to remove it and because they couldn't removed everything they threatened me with the police I just felt it could of been handled different but I have my lawyer on speed dial and also have the text when they said they tried to remove everything I will never use that storage again because of that I paid 180 for a whole year. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a storage unit facility. Because I didn't have a unit never been to this place in my life. The managers and other staff was not very helpful at all. I wanted to talk with a manager, but all they would do is email. After speaking with your service representative, them sending emails to the managers, that I wanted to speak with them. They would never call. And you could not send responses back to them. Thought it was fixed the first time. Unfortunately they still did not fix it. Our items had been stored for at least 4 years. The billing system is convenient and easy to use. In all this time we never felt the need to check or come in to inspect our goods.
