The staff is always friendly and helpful. During our last visit, Mike, was very patient. Our family can be a lot, a lot of the time but he was kind and helpful. I really appreciate all the employees. They have all been kind and helpful.

2 pieces of furniture, a couch and mattress were damaged with rain. I want to clarify that my furniture was transferred from storage unit to a new one, same location by old management as old units were being eliminated. I didn't notice the damage occurred until this weekend when I pulled all of it out. New units are clean and safe. Staff was professional and helpful on all my questions.

I have never, ever had such a positive experience like the one I had with this U-Haul Truck and Storage location. Their Owner and Staff, especially Terry at the Main Office were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful!! I can tell they value their customers and this is not "just business", but personal as well. I loved the ease of use of a swipe card instead of a code to enter and leave the facility! My Unit was clean and even being freshly painted. My free lock was inside the unit as promised!! No muss and absolutely no fuss! A seamless transition!!! I would recommend this location to all my family and friends for their next local or cross country move! Thank you for your assistance and may God's blessings and favor continue to be with you!!

I needed a 10' x 15' to store my household items until I found an apartment. This facility was perfect - a great location just off the 15. I got everything worked out online and only needed to drop by office for a key card. The unit was just as advertised!

Thank you very much for keeping your promise. Keep on with your good works helping and serving your customers. Not everyone in Uhaul are train well and serve well as others do. But I'm very blessed with those who had made my moving less stressful by showing kindness and compassion and loving care. Blessings to all. I'm always thankful and grateful.

U-haul is amazing but this particular storage facility is a little sketchy. Customers often leave the contents of their storage unit in the middle of the driveway and there is no one really there on the property except after hours there is a person riding a bike around that is supposed to be security.

Place an open office at this facility. I had to travel to another facility to get any kind of help.

Everyone I worked with was really helpful and did a great job with my trailer rental and storage. I was in a pinch and it turned out great. The manager was amazing and saved me money and a bunch of time. I've always had great experiences at this store and will come back again for sure in the near future to rent again or another storage unit.

This group of guys were awesome they have hard compassion and it really understands what’s going on and kind of like why people rent storage bins I come in the management and their support and I definitely would recommend you guys facility to someone I know it was a need for a storage bin Mr Rob

In the many years that i used the facility since it was family owned until you took over it I had nothing but good experiences. Upon vacating the site I was disappointed that the your office in Murrieta failed to prorate the use of the space and did not return more than half of the charge. I had been told by an employee that the use would be prorated. I will look into challenging the charge through my credit card

Availability was key and I was fortunate. The staff has been helpful with all my moving moving needs from one-way trailers, Van's, local rentals and of course storage. You are a well oiled machine and an integral service in the community. Merci.

Drew and his staff at the Jefferson location were super friendly and accommodating. It was a little frustrating not having anyone at the Kalmia/Cal Oaks location. But overall everything was great. Very thankful to have been helped by Drew.

Facility just a little small for the larger U-HAUL trucks (26 footer) to maneuver.

Was told I rented a room that was not true. They did not have a room for me and ended having to pay more for a room.

Waited at the counter for 30 minutes while they tried to find my reservation even after showing the confirmation text on my phone.
