Iam very very unhappy that I made a reservation and even called back to assure my reservation, when we arrived to move in was told that they gave the unit we reserved away and didn’t have another drive up unit at that location. Iam super disappointed. I showed them my reservation and even told them I called back to ensure it and all I was told was sorry afford no discount or explanation on why they gave our unit to someone else.

I rented a trailer and then I needed a big truck and she took care of us and mentioned that storage was available and gave me the options which I decided later to go with plus helped me get insurance for everything too. Then she came through almost instantly when I needed to move everything in and made the reservation as fast as possible and helped my family in a huge way. So happy to have her and the UHaul team in my town!

They made it very easy and convenient for us to move right into a unit. After a hard 2 days loading the truck, then an 11 hour drive, the unloading and truck return couldn't have gone better.
