I didn't appreciate having to go 40+ miles from the original contracted drop off location. Honestly a 50 credit was not sufficient enough.

I picked up a dirty truck here at Kwik Serv Placerville dr 150 Placerville Dr Placerville, CA 95667 I was charged a $200 dlls cleaning fee, after I summit pictures with the evidence. Take care of your customers.

I filled it right where they said to still charge me an extra 15 dollars even though when I was there they told me I was going to get a credit of 11 dollars. And they are rude. And I would not recommend uhaul to no one. Making me fill up after spending almost 200 dollars in gas. And 450 just to take it and use. It's a rip off.

The uhaul was actually towed to this location, but we had stopped here per David to pick up a dolly. The lady working was extremely helpful and very friendly. We would like to commend David Jaynes at the Reno traffic center and Jimmy the owner at pacific gasoline in Gardnerville Nv. They have both been extremely kind, friendly, and helpful to us, and they both went out of their way to help us get in a safe uhaul truck for our trip to Arizona. David Jaynes, made all of the arrangements, for us to get this first uhaul with problems towed back to this location. We would like to give a Big Thank You to, David Jaynes, Daniel, Ashley, Rob, and Jimmy for taking such good care of us. We sincerely appreciate all of you!

We had originally had reservations for Incline Village, and were told one day before that the trailer wasn't there. This was very upsetting. The people of Carson city saved us and thank you Carson city, even though it was out of our way..

The girl at the counter was rude and didn't seem to care if she helped anyone at all. The employees here appear to have many issues with the computers which in turn makes the rental process longer and frustrating. I would rather slam my hand in a door than have to walk back into this uhaul for any reason. The man who returned my truck was the first and only competent employee that I dealt with. Big thanks to that guy!

The rodent repellent was not replaced . Many items were contaminated and had to be replaced by insurance and I feel insurance underpaid us. Before the mice came in and after repellent was replaced it was fine.

Upset that I rented this for 4 days but turned it back in early thinking we would get credit back for the 2 days we didn't use it. We were told no so while you got the truck back early, we could have kept it for 2 more days.

No improvement required. The woman who checked us in did it quickly, efficiently and with good humor, plus pointed us toward a restaurant nearby. Very helpful and pleasant. What a relief not to have a long wait or a big paperwork hassle after the stress of a long move!

My company rented this U-Haul for 14 days. Then the operations that we were going to do got canceled so we returned the U-Haul the next day. U-Haul then charged us almost the full amount instead of giving us a credit they charged us just about the entire cost for one day we will never use U-Haul or this facility again ever and we will let everyone know how we were treated.

We were greated this trip as well as a trip in early September by a VERY unfriendly/rude woman named Sam. Not room here to go into details, but I have to say that the experience was completely saved by a man, (I asked for his name) Allen. He was extremely helpful with everything. Trying to do mobile check in was horrible. I ask for help and told by the GM I need the app. No I don't. Then I get a truck with no gas. I drive 10 miles and gas light comes on already.

Was not totally satisfied with the hitch installation, was not offered an upgrade to the wiring harness from a 4-prong that was installed. not a clean install as the wires shows, is not mounted to frame, the 4-prong just hangs secured by a zip tie. Does not appear to look like a professional installation, I'll have to get it modified somewhere else.

One tire on the trailer had the wear bar showing and the tread separated approx. 6 hours into the trip causing a delay until a mobile mechanic was able to replace the tire; otherwise the trailer was fine. A little closer attention to detail/pre-rental inspection would have saved time and increased safety.

The place was just fine but it was 30 minutes away from where we were going to rent a uhaul and we had to uber to it which cost an extra $60

I am filing a claim it stated I had 1/4 tank when I took the truck I looked down and saw that it was almost on empty I took a picture and shows the mileage . The rep did not advise me to go and upload anythimg wrong with the truck for example milage off by 0,06 and the gas had I know it would have been first thing I did as this was my first time renting from uhal now I'm being charged $70 to fuel the truck when it was not fueled when I got it .

I was there like 5 minutes before actual opening time at 7am and the lady already working did her best to avoid me and I just wanted to ask a question . I knew they were about to open in 5minutea and I just wanted to ask where to drop off rental truck . She was rude overall but everyone else was very helpful and respectful except the LADY .

It was a great facility and the customer service was great the first time but after two round trip Uhaul rentals, I was told I would get two months free (one for each rental) and I didn't. When I called. I was flatly told "no". This was especially disheartening after a huge mixup at the Bakersfield Uhaul that left us with no blankets or packaging supplies after I had ordered them ahead of time. Due to time constraints and having to move without, so much of my furniture got damaged and we had to make two- two day trips. The promise of free rent for two months was some sort of positive and then it was rejected so quickly and coldly.

FYI... The roll up door ..(gasket on bottom of door)#1080 in Carson city ,nv.. does not go all the way to the cement floor for a seal... Other then that ... Great place ,Great employee's!!

I was able to reserve a 10x10 storage unit online. When I got to the facility I was told that just because the system let me make a reservation did not mean they had one available. I was actually 5th in line for a unit that size. This left me scrambling to find a suitably sized storage unit on the day of the move. Make sure you go to the facility and see if they actually have what you reserved.

When we first rented our storage unit we put the wrong lock on it. They put their own lock on it and locked us out of our unit. Also when we went into our unit I had 17 containers that were plastic and labeled someone went through all of my containers they pushed our refrigerator to the side which was brand new and the scratch was put on the side of the refrigerator. Because we purchased a new condo after selling our home and had to sell our remainder appliances. When we ended up selling our items out of our unit there was extreme amount of mouse droppings in our unit. And also when we rented the unit it was not cleaned out. During the process our unit went up in cost due to maintenance seeing and also extermination. Which when we were at the unit up and down the aisle there was a bunch of screws nails and bolts that we literally had to pick up and push aside so we wouldn't get one in our tire of our vehicle. The gates are left open on the far side when some construction work was going on which was totally inappropriate because we felt like our unit wasn't safe. What is the purpose of having a key card to get in when anyone can get it. I would not suggest this Uhaul as customer service there was advised of the situation with our unit and we were disregarded not only by the employees but also by management

I am quite upset that your companys discontinued the auto outdoor parking 浪 your price was fair and it's convenient so not happy I had to give up my spot to a place that's much farther to go to and costs more money as well. Why would UHaul give up revenue and not use the land there for additional business? So not pleased about that my car is worth over 50 000 and it was comforting to drive by and see it daily.

Christie has no customer service, you do not ever tell a customer you did them a favor and then call their phone with a attitude and not properly introduce yourself over the phone. She needs to take a customer service class and a phone etiquette class. We had went to corporate about her rudeness

I found it off-putting, that I was given an access card for accessIng the roll-down storage units within a fenced-in area; but could only access the storage units during business hours! The map and paperwork stated the site was accessible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which was not true and was incorrect! I consequently made a wasted, 80-mile round trip to the storage unit...wasting 3 hours of my valuable time, to load a trailer (a UHaul trailer no less), drive there, and not get access. To make matters worse, the signage at the property had the phone number listed of a previous manager (who was quite polite!), and she gave me the number to the new General Manager, who was not happy to be getting a call after hours. Seemed dismissive of my frustrations. This was a verbal communication blunder upon getting the unit, and a printed error problem on both the maps, and the signage at the electronic gate (on the fence). The only good result of this, was that the assistant manager was able to provide a remedy to my displeasure.

The facility is nice however the service is poor and unprofessional. While waiting in line employees are on the phone arguing with customers and swearing after they hang up with them. We encountered this on multiple occasions.

The only annoyance was the gate access system. I had two different storage units. Each time, the access did not work at first. The staff said it sometimes takes 5-10 minutes to provision. That is ridiculous and should be remedied. Other than that, the experience was great. The staff were very helpful. The manager, Killian, was excellent and professional.

Needed to make a truck size change, Uhaul was able to find appropriate one quickly to make move schedule on time. The storage facility is nice to have in case move in is delayed.

We had to drive an extra 30 miles from our preferred location in Reno to a storage unit in Carson City wait 90 minutes to get the unit due to not enough staff, & truck drop off 90 min. late.

I rented a space to store a vehicle. I only had the space for 4 days when we decided to take the vehicle to a repair shop. I am very disappointed that U-Haul doesn't refund any part of the rent.

Average rating is for poor customer service. Staff in the store does not return phone calls and the answering service is the absolute worst. It took several calls over 2 weeks to cancel contract.
