We tried to speak with the person and all she would do was move her finger back and forth indicating us to drive forward. She did not speak to us except to ask my name. She disconnected our trailer, asked my email and stated my receipt is available in an email. There was no thank you, have a good day when we said thank you.

Nicki G.I think I have rented a trailer from U-haul 3 times in the past year. Every single time, in 3 locations in 2 states, " the system was down". The computer software or servers or something with " the computer system" is so notoriously flawed that at every site, the workers and managers expect it and live with work-arounds. My own personal " app connection" has my license and photo, but someone else's ( a woman's) name connected to it. No one has ever untangled this, and from my experience this survey comments will go no where & the next time I need to rent a U-haul, " the system " will still be screwed up, and my account will still be tangled up with some other persons. When someone asks me about U-haul I would say, "an overall good company with a trash computer network".
Jefferson M.The girl who checked me in after I brought the truck back must have had a bad day, or was tired. She seemed a little annoyed that I didn't know to check in the truck outside. When I asked her how many miles I was being charged for, she said she didn't know. Eventually she did look it up. She could have said " I'll get that for you."..

AARON C.This location has a trend of there trucks having a 1/4 tank of gas when first renting. The customer has to get gas at the beginning and he end. This is such an easy fix. Not good for customer service. Also the truck had a loud sound while driving.

George W.One thing to consider, if you give customers and opportunity to check in online, you should not have to go back through the entire check in to include verifying the identification of the customers if they took the picture and submitted online. Stop charging for early check-in

Tried to change it wanted to charge me I was already there with the truck it was clean and gassed up they were eating lunch the staff. Wouldn't help me just pushed me a long costing me money cuz I was late dropping it off very bad experience. Missed my ride back to my house had to walk nearly six miles. Never used U-Haul again

They continued to charge me for miscellaneous things Causing my bill to go up to a thousand dollars and tried to sell my items to get nothing and then tell me I still owe a thousand dollars.

Aside from the date I signed my contract, whenever I have to speak with the staff they have a tendency to make one feel unimportant and that I am an interruption to whatever they have going on. They often park equipment in the way of the door to the storage units creating a trip hazard. When you ask them to move it they are always too busy to do so in a timely fashion. When moving out I called to cancel my contract. the rep stated that its not really a contract and all i have to do is move out. I asked him to please make a record of my move out anyway. I then started receiving late notices with assessed fees so I called back in. the rep noted said she would e-mail the store to notify them of my original move out date but would not copy me on that e-mail nor provide a copy for my records. I find that policy absurd. She stated all calls are recorded and that if needed I could get said recording. When I requested it she put me on hold and after 20 minutes i gave up. The only saving grace for this particular facility was the price. That said I did get a letter notifying me that the price was increasing on my unit. With all this in mind, no I would not recommend this facility, especially for storage rentals. Additionally, after my support experiences with your company, I will shop other brands before choosing a uhaul location in the future.
