EMBER GOnly problem I had was that I pre booked a 26 foot super mover 2 weeks ahead of my reservation date. Night before got a call said truck was not going to be available. That BS had get a 15 foot truck and only got 2 trip before I had returned truck. Then had to rent a truck from Penske to finish my move. What the use in planning ahead very bad experience with U-Haul

EDUARDO MStaff needs better training with customer service. I did not have a good experience with this location. Copperfield location is way more courteous and understanding. This location treated me as if I just got released from prison and couldn't be trusted with information I was giving. They had me jumping through hoops I never had to do before and I just rented a uhaul the weekend before.

byron wLocation and staff at this facility are far better than most that I've been to the low ratings is completely for U-Hauls policies as a corporation rather than the specific location. Read the fine print on these contracts y'all because the random fees and charges that you will get on your account are nowhere near what prices are quoted on the windows and on the pieces of paper that they give you. Honestly better off going with something like Penske or fluid truck it seems like you'll spend more when you look at the prices on paper but trust me when all is said and done you won't be walking away with a $500+ bill from renting what was supposed to be $20 a day.

Cherry KThe guy Timothy was so mean and had a bad attitude wouldn’t let me speak talking all over me I was promised a 24 hour U-Haul because I scheduled a U-Haul for 12:30pm on 06/29/2024 and someone called from U-Haul and said they have reservations my U-Haul for 3:30pm and and told me I’ll let you keep the U-Haul for 24 hours and he said o no 10:00 pm and was talking crazy to his co working omg I wish I would have new I wouldn’t got the U-Haul I was told one thing when I got there oh boy the guy was so mean,nasty,rude i couldn’t even explain what was going on I will never do business at this location anymore

Edward HI was over charged for the rental. I was charged $159,45 for a rental that should have totaled $62. I rented at 10ft truck for $19,99 plus $15 Insurance Plus 20 miles @ $1,09=$21,8 plus tax $4.8, should have been around $62. Buyer beware!!! Check you receipt and bank charges at this location!!!
Brandon jMy reservation was for a pick up truck. The one that I received had a terrible smell like the car had never been washed before. It was a car that I personally would not like to ever drive. Fortunatelly, sad to say, during the inspection I noticed the truck had the engine light on and went back to the counter. I showed the picture I took to the agent, and when she communicated with her manager she mentioned "that I was saying that the car had an engine light on". I wasn't saying, I showed her the picture where you can clearly see the engine light is on. I can share the picture with you. So out of niceness they gave me another unit, which was not bad, but it was not the one, that I had reserved, and second what I needed. I was moving a refrigerator and it didn't fit the space of the gate in the new unit. So I had lay my new refrigerator down on its side with the possible risks that suppose to it. So at the end I had the wrong equipment, when in my reservation I had the right equipment for my need. Back to when back for the original pick up truck, when I requested the same unit at the counter I got told that there were no other pick up trucks and that the only option I had was the van that I got, which would suppose for me more gas costs as well. I don't know the reason why I didn't get the other pick up truck that was parked in the lot? So overall not so much of a nice experience this time.

Adonnis F | Déménagement en ligneMy experience with the U-Haul storage facility at 7022 Cypress Creek was excellent. I searched several nearby facilities before settling on them. I chose that faculty because it was well lit, clean, had limited hours for safety reasons, and truly kept the climate control units at a cool, dry temperature. (I found some of the other storage places that claimed they had climate control really didn't, as the system was on a motion sensor and air conditioning only came on when someone entered the building (otherwise it was hot)). Plus, on one occasion when I was late with a payment (it only happened once), I asked for a refund of the late fee and managers obliged.

Given the large number of units with red tags for non-payment I think you'd be better served by charging slightly less and actually collecting monthly rental payments rather than charging more but locking people out due to non-payment

I went in several times with my card not working and I had to walk to the front every time, however the card wasn't the problem it was I wasn't checking in and out because no one explained to me that's how it works. A little more information would've been helpful when I needed access to my storage unit one night. Also I thought I had 24 hr access which I didn't know I didn't have like shown on the back of the card.

When I went in, being that it was my first time renting a unit I thought I was doing the entry access correctly (which I was). I informed her I can't get in and she kept asking me if I checked in which I did and then asked me if my pin was entered in correctly which I replied it said thank you Victoria on the small display screen. "Also, am I in the right location?"she asked. Why am I being asked the same question over two to three times? I'm not slow and I tried to gain access but there was difficulties on y'all's behalf. It just came across as it's not rocket science. Mind you you're familiar with your job so you can't expect for others to already know what to do. You should be open to helping people without the mannerism of someone inconveniencing you. For someone who doesn't know anything about public storage. I just needed a little help and patience's . Mind you nothing was wrong on my end. I just couldn't get access into the door for some reason and she couldn't find me in the system. So, when she went to go swipe my keycard that she made me it still said access denied. It took three to four swipes for it to go through. She could have had a better demeanor. The customer service lady was amazing and the guy that helped process our refund was also amazing. Need new management! I was thinking about staying but after that encounter I went home and decided I don't want to rent through this location.

They were super unprofessional and their patience was nonexistent their tone and remarks to customers and about customers was appalling.

I asked a couple of times if they were sure because it said it was climate controlled and asked if it was a miss print. But then I thought maybe they did it for areas climate. Manager took care of things on my end except finding me another 30' unit close by. I also think this facility should be fenced and limit or direct people to not block others using facilities.
