The location is not the issue its the staff. The young lady is generally nice but you have to watch Dave. This is my 2nd issue with him the first resulting in uhaul having to give me a 40 $credit. I reserved another truck and upon beginning process jean informed me a henessey bottle was left in a prior truck. Firstly, I don't drink henessey nor drink for that matter she stated upon cleaning Dave found it lodged in a well. Does anyone know the cost of henessey? EXACTLY and if i did drink trust me id never leave an almost full bottle. Well she said it was a warning; warning? I surely didn't like that verbiage i will be reaching out to corporate as well and then even if 1 has liquor and there arent any tickets, driving drunk and? Surely was not happy about this pickup and if it is an attempt for me not to utilize the location they're wasting their time ya have to rise a lil earlier than that to intimidate this MELANATED QUEEN...now im sure you understand.

I would give 5 stars but the online experience was not exactly the easiest, and the initial location I was renting from was closed(even though online said they were open and had limited quantities and that they would reach out if any issues were to come up...no call was received I had to call and wait for 30 min and drove to the wrong location to drive to the location that I ended up with.) pushing me out a bit. But the service I received from the two staff members definitely made the experience for me. Thank you to them for the excellent service

Ammon V.If the employ working at the time needs the truck later that day don't explain the self return process and explain I can do that if I go past the scheduled time, then rush me back because he realized the tricked was needed that day for someone else and once I got back tried to have me take it down the street to refuel to “save me moneyâ€. Id make sure if you're explained the self return process and get the confirmation email that we can actually do it.

Justin B.The mobile check in experience felt extremely frustrating. I filled out all the info they asked for online the night before picking up the truck. Then, when I arrived, I had to take pictures of the front and back of my license, my face, had to have the mask and glasses off, so had to do it again, I had to have an alternate person or identification to rent, which I wasn't aware of before leaving the house. This seemed ridiculous to me. What if I hadn't had anyone else to put down who would answer their phone at that moment, when I was awaiting approval from head quarters to rent the truck. Do you see how complicated this can be, time consuming and frustrating? When I thought it was going to take about 10 min tops to get the truck and leave, and I had people waiting for me at the moving location, I had to figure this all out right then and there. It tools about an extra 10 min, so almost 20 min total to do this and felt extremely frustrating! Can you please streamline this! And, eliminate the extra additional contact or identification, or at least make this clear that you need this at least a day before someone rents! I mean, if someone doesn't answer the phone, then you're in a predicament! Please streamline this so it's easier for everyone! ðŸ'šðŸ¤-

John I.I went into the store to discuss charges and the employee at the Counter was EXTREMELY rude and treated me like I was an imbecile. I would never use this location ever again. And truthfully, for my next move I will not utilize Uhaul services again. Poor service! And your brakes are terrible on the Uhaul truck.
Kimberly B.I didn't fill up the gas and I expect to pay a little bit cause I know you guys charge 3 something for gas but I was definitely over charged for gas and even the guys math didn't add up when we discussed the gallons I used. He claims I used 3+ gallons and I only drove 24 miles and when I looked it up uhauls go 10-12 miles per gallon it's just sad that he was that crooked and over charged me
Jacob K.On August 22, 2020 When I went to drop off the transporter the young lady was very nice and professional and she guided me as I drove my car off the transporter. when I drop the truck off the gentleman that was there was very nice. However when I picked up my truck on August 21, 2020 that was the most unprofessional degrading customer experience I had, along with the next day the whole issue with my car and the transporter with manager Ryan was unacceptable. I filed a grievance and I've already filed a customer complaint with customer service case number 281830. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF THE MONEY THAT I PAID OF 672,62 $.

The ONLY issue I had was the lock I originally had on the unit rusted so bad I couldnt get it open. An employee came out to help, which wasnt easy for them either even after spraying a couple different things on it. It finally did open but I HAD to PURCHASE another lock. I felt this was unfair as I BOUGHT THE ORIGINAL LOCK FROM YOU...that store! It wasnt my fault that happened and could not be used. I felt the store should have replaced it as it was U Hauls reccommended lock sold in yoiur store. If I purchased a lock elsewhere or brought one in I would have felt differently. But I was told at time of purchase , that lock was the best. I believed, I purchased. The Lock malfunctions, and I had to Buy another. Not really fair. I called this morning for an explanation and the girl said she would pass the message on and someone would call within the hour. No one called. We put gas in truck to get it where we picked it up and it was NOT left for you dirty. I am very unhappy and will never rent from UHaul again!!!

bailey H.I didn't appreciate that I had to pay for the few extra miles that I used when I put extra gas in the tank and I also explained to the employee that there was detour on the main road off of Ludwig so we had a to drive extra to get there. I just think that although it wasn't that many miles extra I had to pay for (maybe 3) not charging me for them because I put extra gas in and because of the uncontrollable detour would have made me want to rent a truck from this u-haul again.

I walked in and the guy gets this disgruntled look on his face because he was already staring his close. Then he tells me I can't stay in there because he has his drawer out. He was being kind of an ass. Sorry but the site doesn't close until 7 pm and you shouldn't have your drawer out before the sites actually closed and the door isn't locked.

Overall congenial personality and I walked away with nothing negative to say. I've dealt with truck rental attendants being bored, not knowledge about their own company policies and unprofessional. This man takes pride in his own work at it shows. Will recommend and if/when I need to rent another truck, I won't be using any other location.
