The only problem was my original contract was changed without my knowledge or permission. I was taken from a 10' Van/truck down to a cargo van. As a result i had to make 2 trips instead of 1 which resulted in a much longer trip time and more miles that i wouldn't have had to pay for otherwise with no compensation for the inconvenience. I dont like the fact every time I looked up my storage price kept going up. Then on top of that this is a storage facility with the smallest elevator. You literally had to play Tetris to get your big items in. Their flooring is not leveled or smooth. Do not require the customer to verify the before mileage! The attendants should do it. All of your apps did not work on my phone, including submitting my driver's license. I added more fuel than was in the vehicle at the time i rented it. I put in 2,55 gallons for $13.02. You charged me $12,5 for gas. Your attendants said there was no record of the amount of fuel in the van before I left.. So how did they know to charge me the $12,5?shedrick W.
When someone rents before they open they should leave keys so you can actually get the truck. Drove all the way their and they did not leave keys so I had to come back when they opened.Melody K.

Teach all clerks customer service based communication; instill desire to be professionally dressed (this doesn't mean suits and tiesâ€¦.it does mean no dingy clothes, dirty clothes, ill fitting clothes, sagging pants, graphic tees; my interaction with your evening staff made what I thought to be a good option for Uhaul, questionable, uncomfortable, and a teachable moment for my nephew who was with me. Teach your customer service agents to talk with me, not at me. Culture, upbringing, background be damned! No excuse, since most people will â€œconformâ€, â€œalignâ€ and â€œsocializeâ€ with other people, so any excuse your employees being up about you not want to g them to express themselves will be bullshit. Thanks for being the location I had to go to, because another location didn't have the forethought to inform me they were canceling my reservation. I was unsure of how the self mobile pickup went. I proceed inside there were two gentlemen that their, I asked one for assistance his response was he wasn't sure how it goes. The truck was raggedy. The gas cap was missing. The tires needed air not to mention they need to be replaced which makes it dangerous to drive. The sun visor was broken so it kept falling while I was driving. There's no maintenance done on these vehicles. At least half of what I spent should be refunded. I spent $114.Jeremy G.

When I arrived to pick up the equipment the young man who helped me had me standing there until he finished his phone conversation with his daughter which was five minutes or better/ when I dropped the equipment off another young man was on the phone using profanity towards whoever he was on the phone with. I hate four different charges to my account. And when I called to ask what it was for I was told that the charges are pending and therefore I was not charged. I know what pending charges mean it means that the CHARGE is being processed. I want to know why I was charged to begin with. But a manger apparently just leaves this location whenever they want and does not return calls when I was told that she would be returning my call. They charged me $20 extra for getting there a few MINUTES early to drop off the key and charged me an overnight drop off fee after only having the van overnight in the first place. Out of damn near $100 for nothing. Then the cocky girl whole is always rude in my opinion was very smart mouthed about it. Also, if you're going to have them tell people they can just drop it in the box , they should mention it's for more money and not because you're trying to make things BETTER for customers. It cost them nothing to do the same check out they would have done had I waited. I rent there often but will never go back. I'm done with uhaul all together. My mother had a storage and passes in 2019! They wouldn't let me and my siblings take certain items they wanted us to take the entire storage and that was not possible. Most of the staff were nice, especially the woman that helped my mom and I out the day I arrived. I am definitely confused on how my card that I made the reservation with was charged 7. 95. I was told when I made the reservation that my card would not be charged. Also, my mothers card was charged for damages, 68 for damages that I did not cause. I don't think that's cool. I didn't get a chance to upload my own photos which I did take BEFORE we even took off with the van. The WORST storage unit ever!!!!! My mattresses, clothes, rugs, shoes and much much more were full of RAT DROPPINGS and URINE Had to sweep out my own unit out which was very hazardous and it amounted to a pile knee high of dropping and on top of that to have Ayana Howard which is the manager that have THEE WORST ATTITUDE & THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE a Facility could ever have, complaints were written millions of times and nothing was done Ayana Howard must of came with the bricks on the building or U-Haul is in need of disparate help! Proven fact....I let my unit go due to the droppings which had nice things in there mind you and it all could be replaced mind you again!!! But yet and still the unit was only sold for $25 so go figure!!!! PS....Nasty as Ayana Howard was I wouldn't doubt it if she brought the unit for herself! This location seems to have a major rat issue in the basement. I noticed rat droppings in many locations. Additionally, my storage unit had lots of sheet work and ceiling/construction dust and residue. There looks like construction has been taking place on the ceiling and was never fully repaired. I also feel that you should all enforce making your employees wear mask during covid. The manager on duty wasn't wearing a mask while assisting me. Your employees at this location could also be more professional. When you walk in they are playing around and take all day in order to ask what you need. It's a job not a social club. This location seemed to have a major rat problem. There are rat droppings in the lower area. Additionally, when I came back into my storage facility in order to move there was sheet rock or ceiling particles everywhere. It looked as though they were doing some ceiling work in that area but didn't take the time to protect clients items. I look up and their were roofing pieces hanging out. Definitely was unhappy with my experience due to rodent and horribly pest problems. I only stored heavy furniture and a few bags of clothing nothing and I repeat nothing was perishable. And upon unpacking I had rodent dropping all throughout my boxes and pictures being bitten by rats mice's ect .
