They did not have any of the utility dollies available that I rented forcing me to purchase 2 dollies at retail still leaving one short. I was told I would get a discount on my utility trailer rental to help with the cost. It did not happen. The utility trailer is under a different reservation because it was at a different location. I was not told this until I came to pick up the truck, car hauler and utility trailer. Also, U-Haul did not call the day before to confirm the rental pick up. I only used U-Haul in place of Penske due to Penske not having utility dolly to rent. Now that I own my own, I don’t have a need for U-Haul any more.

We absolutely did not travel the distance that was recorded. Somewhere in the process something is not being recorded accurately. The location is only 8.2 miles from our destination. The MAPCO we traveled to get gasolina is only 2 miles away from us. And the location to where we transported our items was only .3 miles away, a trip we took three time. It’s simple math. And it’s in no way the 67 miles we were charged. I will not do business there again. ??

This was 2nd time renting a truck from this location. The first time was about 50 dollars and then this time I was given a 20 dollar credit but the bill came out to be 50 dollars again. Not sure how the bills can be the same when the trips for each rental were the same and the 2nd time had the 20 dollar credit. You would think it should be 20 dollars less.

When I turned in the van, I was instructed to put the key in a lock box (I returned it via my phone.) The next morning I got a call from the location stating that they couldn't find the key and that I would be liable. After a number of calls and frustration it ended up that they had never checked the lock box where the app has told me to place the key. When they did look, it was right where I had been instructed to place it.

Vehicle pick up location was changed last minute. Vehicle had been reserved 2 weeks prior. New location was filthy and disorganized. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to even come into the building. The individual that finally showed up was very unprofessional. She had an attitude and acted put off by having to help us. During our transaction, she answered her phone and carried on a conversation telling her mother and aunt that she was't busy. She then "gave" me our papers for the truck, said, "you're done, the truck is parked out front." I asked about the blankets we had paid for and she stated that "yes, 6 are in the truck." I explained that we had reserved 12 and tried to show her the email. She said " all I know is it says 6, they're in the truck." She then walked off, still on her phone. When we got to the truck, the gas gauge was lower that indicated on our paperwork and there were no pads. I went back inside to talk to someone and waited for another 15 minutes. No one showed up. As I was now running late, I left and called the 800 number and filed a complaint.

Did not have needed socket wrench to change a ball. Had to go to two locations to get a trailer. They did not want to let me turn in the trailer until I raised hell. They wanted me to turn it in in another city. Recent trip cost me $100. This trip cost me $250 for the same equipment.

The manager was quite rude to me and at the end of my experience moving into my new home which shouldve been one of the best times of my life I was told to piss off by the manager of this branch under her voice. I would appreciate a call from the regional manager who she did not want to give me his contact information. I am a store manager for a national company and believe this is terrible management skills and absolutely horrible customer service. U will never use uhaul again in my life and will tell my family and friends if they use a uhaul truck I will not help them move. The truck didn’t run right has not been very well maintained. I returned the truck at the same fuel level I got it at and was still charged 10 dollars for gas. When I called to make the reservation the person who answered the phone was somewhat rude and she rushed me through the entire process and didn’t answer any of my questions I will not be getting U haul ever again at any location

The location and truck were both very clean, and the GM Monic Patrick was more than friendly and professional. However. After being told to use the app, this is where I had issues. The app crashed multiple times leading to a frustrating experience. During that process I inadvertently selected the Safe Move Plus coverage. I was told that nothing could be done about this in store and I had made my reservation on line. However. I had to go through the whole process again in store because my selected size truck wasn’t available. I declined all additional coverage. Again. And was still charged for it. When I called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done, the customer service agents headset wasn’t working and I was unable to hear her. Nice job U-Haul. Not.

Terrible experience! The employees here are the worst! I made an online reservation for 4/20/19 with my debit card and DL. I never picked it up usually after the customer doesn’t show they cancel your reservation. The employees at this location took it upon themselves to check out the pick up truck I reserved used it for a whole day to do god knows what, and returned it the following day. Sunday the 4/21 I received an email with an attached receipt of $52.00!!!! How do employees get away with things of this nature? I feel extremely unsafe providing any of my personal information to uhaul from this day forward! How? Do not trust the employees at this location with your debit or dL number! Identify theft at its best!

When I returned the equipment to this location, I was disappointed by the counter staff. The lady at the counter pushed me to use the "app" to return the equipment. If I had wanted to use the app, I would have used the app instead of waiting in line to speak to the counter staff.

The rental location was clean and efficient. We rented a 26 foot van, an auto transport, and a smaller van. During our move the transmission went out on our 26' van. Customer service was prompt and courteous and actually towed my van to my destination for unloading. It was not good to be broken down but U-Haul company handled it successfully.

Our second visit to pick up the truck was not as bad but staff was sitting and on their phone and did not make moves to change that when we arrived.

It would be nice to get the price one is quoted on line or phone when one goes to pick up the vehicle. I was quoted a total of 92.12 and when I arrived at the store they told me it was 136.00. It took me over an hour and a half to get things Corrected. Not a happy customer.
