I contractedfor UBox which is small compared to other similar shipping containers. It worked for us based on the things we needed to ship. Everything was excellent, the people and service and scheduling were were all perfect and I would recommend the UBox for smaller shipments or storage.

At the moment time getting the trailer was very convenient. But a walk around would help to make sure the equipment is not needing service.

Everything was great. Check in. Friendliness. The only negative was the U-HAUL truck has poor air conditioning which I let the employee know. It was fine otherwise.

When there is a line, and only one clerk, that clerk should wait on the customer's sequentially, and not stop and help multiple other customers simultaneously.

if the ignition key in the vehicle is jammed, and the u-haul people know about it, you should inform the renter of said problem and one just needs to "play" with the key to solve the problem. it saves me the problem of looking stupid not been able to turn the key. Also, inform the renter that the "vehicle #" is way up top on the right.

Chrystal was very helpful when we arrived with our original truck towed in due to a break down. She got us a different truck and the staff even helped us lift a few heavy things as we "transloaded" our property to the new truck. Not a great experience since the truck was not maintained, but the staff at this location helped make a bad experience better. Merci.

Everything went smooth, just notate the insulation was falling off the ceiling in my unit.

My first drop of the tow volley was a disaster the employee had no clue how to take it off. I had to get help from the mechanic shop next door and my movers had to come help since I was holding them up. I was so upset from the lack of inexperienced and unconcern of my time. It took one hour to get off which cost be an additional $180 to the movers which was unloading my belongings. UHAUL MUST DO BETTER AT TRAINING THERE EMPLOYEES!! I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE ADDITIONAL EXPENSES THAT UHAUL COST ME!!!

Your after hours return app. Needs much improvement, was outside in the cold for over 25 minutes, with another customer, we both gave up and I had to come back first thing in the morning to treturn it in person

Truck smelled like cigarettes. Company is also trying to charge me extra for fuel, when I had returned the vehicle at the same fuel level as when I picked it up.

My pickup location was switched TWICE. I was not notified about the second switch. THAT IS SLOPPY for a company as established as Uhaul. The woman who came in behind me had the exact same experience, SO THIS IS NOT A ONE OFF.

I have had a storage bin at Uhaul for over 10 years always paid my bill seen many managers come and go you current manager does not know how to deal with the public for that reason and that reason only I have left I moved out of the U-Haul storage been she’s very disrespectful when I would ask question so maybe she needs to be retrain

I called for information the day prior and experienced an extremely friendly, professional accommodating female and I was able to recognize her a couple days later when I went in person by her friendly helpful interaction with the other customers and myself

The staff was extremely considerate and helpful. Literally the best customer service I have ever had with a storage company. They go above and beyond for their customers, and have amazing communication skills. I loved how they upsold me a stronger lock for my unit to prevent robberies. I'd give 10s all around!

Monthly rate needs to be prorated because I only missed the date by 4 days and paid for the whole month. This is a turn off from using uhaul storage.

The guy that was working there was not helpfull at all. He did even tell me what unit I had. I had to read through the paperwork to find out. He also made me pay for an extra day of truck rental because he didn't want to check the truck in even though I was on the property with the truck fully refueled and rented a storage unit there because I had to offload. On top of that he didn't check the truck in until 30 min after I left the property. I will never use these services again if this is how they treat people.

Storage was broken into. My licks were changed without my knowledge and mice droppings was all in my furniture and clothing. I will never use this place again.. Black people beware. If you pay your storage and move early they don't give you anything back. The staff is illegals with no common sense either. Yeah I hated every bit of uhaul.

I rented a storage on Tuesday never put anything in and that Saturday I called to cancel because on Friday I got the keys to a new apartment I thought it would be a couple weeks or months that’s why I got storage but I called 4 days later and they kept my $90 they could of just charged me for those 4 days people are on fixed income struggling with work due to Covid they have no consideration I will never recommend them or ever use them I rather give my things away

Daniel went the extra mile and waited for us to bring back the truck for drop off. I'm not that tech savvy and do not like the new app for uhual. Thanks to him I was able to complete the task of drop off rental truck.

Even amidst the rain, the move in was great! The staff onsite was soo helpful and made the check in process beyond easy as he answered all my questions and provided great insight.

My unit was covered in mouse pee and poop and the staff told be it was my problem bc I didn't have insurance in my unit. I payed $100 a month for 4 years for U-haul to keep my stuff safe and protected, why should I have to pay more for insurance. If I was told in the beginning that I needed insurance for a rodent problem, I would never have put my stuff there in the first place! I had to throw out 90 % of my things! Now I have to spend more money to buy everything! $5 000 wasted! The worst customer service and company ever! I will be looking further into this as well.

From the outside looking in, it looks amazing. And it is to a certain extent. The employees were helpful when needed, and the overall place was convenient and kept clean. Although, throughout my experience of just short of a year, I've had many problems with rats in my storage. If counted, I probably found over 2lbs of rat feces in my lifetime at Uhaul. As well as I found a ton of sunseed shells (the rats feed) throughout the storage unit... I changed the poison box that they gave me numerous of times. But that didn't stop the rats. I found a pile of rat hair in a box of clothes that I've had in the storage as well. But when brought up to the employees of Uhual, they said they can't do anything about it. Thankfully, I was leaving the storage unit a few days after I found the rat hair in my box of clothes. I don't know if this rat problem was necessarily a Uhual problem, or maybe there was just a hole in the storage. But it would've been nice to receive some type of compensation or anything to relieve my stress of the problem. Because it was very upsetting to see my hard worked items have tons of rat feces all over them.

Too many times the gate didn't work, as in, it failed to open after inputting my access code. Other times gate didn't open to allow me to leave the storage area. When gate was inoperable, staff had no other choice than to leave storage area unsecured by leaving gate in the 'open' position. Met a couple of poorly trained employees who weren't ready to work alone.

Exceptionally chaotic!!! The staff was poorly trained in how to handle a surge. They spent literally hours dealing with one customer complaint while holding others up. MUST DO BETTER!

We used the storage unit for four years, as we slowly went through the contents of my parents' home once it was sold. We were able to get in and out at our convenience and always felt safe.

Our son passed away this month. By law I am not responsible for his debts. UHaul charged me $25 cleaning fee. I paid it but it is sad when others take an advantage of someone's tragedies.

Unit leaked stuff became moldy had to trash decent amount. Rent raised yearly which I saw no reason for.

My stuff was covered with pollen. Not just a coding from it seeping through the sides like i was told. My clothes were green moving the stuff. Also There was a dead mouse in my unit.
