Nothing, I was in and out very quickly and there were no problems with my transactions.
Timothy P.I contractedfor UBox which is small compared to other similar shipping containers. It worked for us based on the things we needed to ship. Everything was excellent, the people and service and scheduling were were all perfect and I would recommend the UBox for smaller shipments or storage.

Evelyn V.if the ignition key in the vehicle is jammed, and the u-haul people know about it, you should inform the renter of said problem and one just needs to "play" with the key to solve the problem. it saves me the problem of looking stupid not been able to turn the key. Also, inform the renter that the "vehicle #" is way up top on the right.

She got us a different truck and the staff even helped us lift a few heavy things as we "transloaded" our property to the new truck. I had to get help from the mechanic shop next door and my movers had to come help since I was holding them up. I was so upset from the lack of inexperienced and unconcern of my time. It took one hour to get off which cost be an additional $180 to the movers which was unloading my belongings. UHAUL MUST DO BETTER AT TRAINING THERE EMPLOYEES!! I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE ADDITIONAL EXPENSES THAT UHAUL COST ME!!!

He also made me pay for an extra day of truck rental because he didn't want to check the truck in even though I was on the property with the truck fully refueled and rented a storage unit there because I had to offload. On top of that he didn't check the truck in until 30 min after I left the property. I will never use these services again if this is how they treat people.

Black people beware. If you pay your storage and move early they don't give you anything back. The staff is illegals with no common sense either. Yeah I hated every bit of uhaul.

I payed $100 a month for 4 years for U-haul to keep my stuff safe and protected, why should I have to pay more for insurance. If I was told in the beginning that I needed insurance for a rodent problem, I would never have put my stuff there in the first place! I had to throw out 90 % of my things! Now I have to spend more money to buy everything! $5 000 wasted! The worst customer service and company ever! I will be looking further into this as well.

The employees were helpful when needed, and the overall place was convenient and kept clean. Although, throughout my experience of just short of a year, I've had many problems with rats in my storage. If counted, I probably found over 2lbs of rat feces in my lifetime at Uhaul. As well as I found a ton of sunseed shells (the rats feed) throughout the storage unit... I changed the poison box that they gave me numerous of times. But that didn't stop the rats. I found a pile of rat hair in a box of clothes that I've had in the storage as well. But when brought up to the employees of Uhual, they said they can't do anything about it. Thankfully, I was leaving the storage unit a few days after I found the rat hair in my box of clothes. I don't know if this rat problem was necessarily a Uhual problem, or maybe there was just a hole in the storage. But it would've been nice to receive some type of compensation or anything to relieve my stress of the problem. Because it was very upsetting to see my hard worked items have tons of rat feces all over them.

When gate was inoperable, staff had no other choice than to leave storage area unsecured by leaving gate in the 'open' position. Met a couple of poorly trained employees who weren't ready to work alone.
