Computers were down during my visit. Counter person was helpful and allowed me to have someone else pick up trailer without providing additional personal information since I had provided payment. Not so. My friend not only had to provide all his info, they made him pay for the rental. I see general confusion at this location.

I had a major issue with renting a trailer, but it was not the employees or the rental equipment. It took almost 45 minutes to conduct the transaction due to computer issues. They loaded the information, waited, lost the information, had to reload the information, and then start over again. This happened SEVERAL times. Are they working with updated operating systems or programs from the 90's? The staff and equipment were excellent. I will use them again, but hope it will go much faster.

Rented a 10 ft box truck. The passenger mirror was defective (would stay in place) and the sun visor retainer fell off on my way out of the pickup location. I pointed out the issues when I returned and the rental guy (Jason i think), took a little off my bill without me even asking. They did right by me and I will always use these guys for my moving needs.

Had a flat tire before leaving town. Called Road Service but it was going to take a while. I was at Firestone Auto and they told me the tire had 3 nails in it and could not be fixed. Called national and they approved me buying a new tire and they would reimburse me. Then had to return trailer a day late due to Hurricane Dorian mandatory evac and this dealer honored the traffic department request to not charge me for the 6th day. Thank you. Great people

Uhaul incident I have been a loyal customer to Uhaul for 20 plus years while in and out of the military and this horrible treatment, disrespect and behavior I will not accept or tolerate. This all started on 08/30/2019. I called to confirm my reservation for 08/31 and was told that there was not an active reservation, I tried to explained to the person who I now know is the manager that my reservation should have gone from a cancellation on 08/24/2019 to an active rental for 08/31/2019 at 0800hrs, I had to hang up the phone because he became very loud, rude and a complete tyrant. After calling the 800# and securing a rental for the rental I needed which by the way 15 to 20 minutes prior I was told that there will have been no rentals till after the H. Dorian at that location on Dixie rd in Rockledge. When I went into the store on 08/31 I ask the female clerk if she knew who was the person I spoke and proceeded to share with her the incident from the prior day and that’s when he began in a very harsh and loud tone of voice talking to me (Manager) he was very rude, disrespectful by raising his voice at me and threatening me to not honor the reservation I made thru the call center. It doesn’t matter that his prior location (up north of his present location-Rockledge) was a hard to serve population, but not everyone you come in contact with because they look different than your have to be disrespected and embarrassed in the manner he did. The most embarrassing part of it he didn’t care that there where other customers present. The customer had to ask him to change his behavior and that he needed assistance from him to return his truck. Again I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have never rented or stored my belongings any where else and should have never been disrespected and embarrassed in the manner that I was.

We had problems with the after hours return, and thought there would be an extra charge. I went in the next day ready for an argument. They had already closed out the contract with no extra charge, and could not have been nicer, despite my not so nice attitude. GREAT STAFF AT THIS LOCATION

On 8/29/19, I made a reservation for a pickup truck. I specifically asked if it had a towing ball since I was moving a small trailer. The answer was yes. I arrived at your Rockledge location at 9:45 am for a 10 am pickup. Since we were in danger of a hurricane hit, the place was a zoo. After over 45 minute wait, we were serviced by your courteous agents Jason and Willie. We went out to inspect the vehicle and saw it had no towing ball. When Jason said he could not help us, I asked to meet with his supervisor. He brought me to Gregory who was already quite frustrated by the overwhelming folks trying to get propane. I explained to Gregory: Me: I need a towing ball Gregory: We don't have one. The rental does not come with one. Me: I explained that I was assured that I would have a ball when I made the reservation. Gregory: If you made it through our central office, they have no idea what is going on. Me: The last time I rented a pickup from this location, it came with a ball. Gregory: That was only a courtesy and we are ending this discussion now. Any more and I will cancel your contract. Me: You don't have to cancel the contract since the vehicle without a ball is of no use to me. I went inside and spoke with Jason and Willie. One of them said they would get me a ball. After returning from outside, he said it was not possible. In the meantime, I observed the necessary equipment on your display board. I purchased the ball and related gear for $41.08 and installed it on your vehicle. The vehicle was clean and in excellent shape and I completed my task. I returned the truck to Gregory who inspected it and closed out the account in a grumpy but professional manner. I now have $41.08 worth of towing gear that I don't need and evidently you do need it. I suggest that I return it to your location for a refund. As for Gregory, I will not rent from any location where he is a supervisor. He needs some anger management training. I am 81 years old and I can not remember dealing with such a rude person in all my years.

I was very displeased what's the quality of the vehicle when I picked it up. Then I called to let the people know that I might be keeping it another night. I spoke with the lady Ad nauseam about the amount of the cost me how many miles I put on it, and my availability to keep it overnight. At approximately 8 p.m. I got a call from and 5 digit text telling me that they were unable to run my credit card. And then all of a sudden they had a reservation for in the morning. I was extremely unsettling that I was lied to buy a U-Haul representative. Low marks across the board. And I return the vehicle cleaner the one I got it. I only use this quality control method to help you improve your service.

Service was poor. When trying to resolve issues with u-haul you could not get a hold of anyone because the phone was always being transferred to customer service. U-haul breaks promises.

not happy. The key pads do not work all the time. I was lied to about the time I could access times. I was told 7to10. Now it's store hours. Had to take off work to get moved. Not impressed!!!!!!

Alll of our belongings were covered in cockroaches, scales and some sort of poop pellets. We have to throw all of our furniture away. Never in 13 years living in NC did we have one roach. Speechless

I reserved a 17'. Later to find it was 15. My reserved rental unit was 1st st floor but ended up 2nd floor and no elevator. I was measured at $60 furl. Put in 30 to full but was stil charged $31?
