Release the hold off my card so I can be refunded my balance. It takes a matter of seconds to put a balance hold on my credit cards but three to five days to receive my refund.

I can't believe to I, was charged 30 fuel service fee and 17,1 for fuel this is outrageous for customer to be charge fees like this and for a major company to do this is very hurting.

I would like a refund. I was charged $25 to connect the tow and to secure the car on the tow. The car was not properly secured. The straps on the tires continued to fall off and I did my best to put the straps back in place. When I stopped in Texas I saw the metal chain hanging down from the car. This made me nervous so I found a Uhaul not far from where stopped. Uhaul-12825 S Interstate 20, Roscoe, TX 79545. This is when I learned the straps keep the vehicle in place and they continuously fell off. The young man TJ had to re do the entire set-up from the chains to the tire straps to the chains connecting the Uhaul truck and tow. The car needed to be pulled up closer on the tow. TJ also added some security clips to the chains which were not added at the 4540 Washington Road location.

I had to pay for a extra month rental when I was moving out on the first day of the month. The reason for this was due to the manager not returning my calls or responding to emails from U-Haul corporate. So for me two things are at play here 1) these managers do what they want 2) they're hard up for money. So I will never store with Uhaul again because I don't have to give them my money if this is how we do business.

The first vehicle wasn't as clean as the second but it wasn't trashed either it was presentable. I've use the online and apps before however the new way of pre inspection and the drop off turn in kind of through me. There was someone there to inform me about the pre inspection but I didn't notice the after hours drop off procedures until after dropping the vehicle off and got home I just happened to notice an email or text regarding this. I actually followed the steps from the last time I rented which is nearly the same except the taking of photos. Don't get me wrong my comments aren't against UHaul because I didn't read all about the process or updates as I'm sure most people don't or haven't because I along with lots of people only rent once a year or more. Overall I'm satisfied as usual with the service of UHaul especially over the phone agent Craig.

Because my storage door was dented in twice by someone and it took forever to get it fixed to the point my furniture molded do to the rain and mist that got in the and buges were in there also. Some of the employees and management was nice but I can say that for all.

If a customer says “I MUST have an appliance dolly” , get an appliance dolly to that location. Do not redispatch a customer to a location that does not meet the customer”s needs. I sent location message, and you failed to deliver,AGAIN, in Atlanta. Only in Atlanta does this unacceptable practice happen. What the hell?

Front tires slow leak Loose battery connection I had to get jumper cables to start Freeon /water empty purchased in North Carolina extreme heat my granddaughter and myself. UHaul scheduler told me that this location had the truck I wanted and 2 furniture dollies. This was after checking 2 other closer locations. However this location did it have any furniture dollies. I wish the scheduler who called me to confirm the reservation was able to confirm the full reservation.

The manager tried to charge me $25, if they had to clean out mud from driver floor. I told her I left no mud in truck. As a matter of fact I took time to clean & rinse the back of truck to return extra clean. When I looked at what she called mud I was insulted that she tried to swindle money from me. I rubbed my hand across the area where No mud nor dirt was & took a pic. The black floor rubber was dusty looking from getting in and out from the rain the day before. I told her I wasn't told I had to spray the floors and wiped shinny before returning. Then afterwards she changed her tone, then I get charged for 2 days, instead of the 1 day. I had to go back & forth with her on that, she's going to quote what time it was at that moment approx 20 past the pickup time, I had to remind her she had a line before she waited on me. On top of that she was professional rude with the customer prior to me waiting in line to pick up the day before. I will avoid that location by all means, the last thing you want is to encounter unnecessary confrontation after being exhausted from moving and doing my job and then threaten to do Uhaul's job.

Make certain that the equipment, in this situation, a car dolly, has all the components installed for use. One of the safety chains was missing a hook end and the other one didn't have the rubber keeper installed.

Upon renting the storage unit it was not clean the manager had to sweep it out. The unit was not convenient for access (it was located between two fences behind the management office. Also when I moved my belongings out of the unit, there is evidence of rodents having contact with it. Photos have been taken of rodent droppings and rodent hair all over my things. I would never recommend this Uhaul storage location to anyone. Furthermore people who rent storage units pay too much to have their things destroyed by rodents and infestations. I am wholeheartedly disappointed with this matter.

Customer service representatives are very unprofessional. It seemed to be a problem because I had requested a different drop off location which was on my initial rental request. I was told, "my equipment can't be dropped off at any other location. It has to be back by 6pm. I can send a new reservation request for you but that can take up to two hours." Her attitude was ridiculous.

The facility manager Rochell Baker is rude and very unprofessional. Each time I had to speak with the staff at this location was almost unbearable. They are on personal calls on their cell phones loud with long lines of customers. The units were not well maintained and my items were damaged by mold growing on my furniture. They leave returned equipment trucks and car tows blocking the path to the gate. On my move out date they refused to move a truck so my moving company could get into the facility. This cost me extra because they were on the clock as soon as they arrived. It took over 45 mins for the staff to move a truck so my movers could get to my unit. Based of my experience from move in to move out I will never use Uhaul again. I definitely expected better since I've been a customer of Uhaul for many year and have used the services in many different states and locations. Perhaps there should be some re-training exercises in customer service skill or get new staff especially the Baker. She is ruining Uhaul's reputation. If zero was an option I would rate this location -0. Bye bye Uhaul, never again. FYI : I have pictures and videos to prove everything stated.

The young man Josh had the worst attitude ever… I wasn't even done using the truck but I just didn't want to have to deal with his nasty attitude not one more minute!! Every time I ask him a question i felt like I was bothering him! I ask him coyly he move a truck that was blocking me from coming down the aisle my unit was on an he insisted that I had enough space so to prove me wrong he got in my uhaul truck to attempt to come down the aisle an quess what happened he crashed my uhaul into the parked uhaul an then got upset because I was recording him!! He was the worst!! But if he is subtracted from the equation everything else was good! The young lady with the long braids was like a breath of fresh air! She had an amazing attitude an did her best to make sure I was ok!! She should definitely be the face of that location!!

The bad experience was not with the particular location but rather Uhauk and the reservation department. I arrived on time to pick up my reservation only to be told I was never assigned to a location. I drove back n forth for 45 mins because of being shuffled around. I will not be renting with you all ever again. Customer service line is a joke. No help at all.

Greetings, In commenting about my experience at the Uhaul facility located 4540 Washington Road College Park, I must say that it was a very enjoyable experience. All of he staff was very warm, friendly and very accommodating. With special emphasis placed on the Supervisor Ms. Baker, her staff, Ms. Ingrid, Ms. Candice including the Male staff members. The outdoor storage could use more lighting, rusty latches need replacing however, overall It was an enjoyable experience.. Thank You Ms.D. Muhammad

Rats ate my storage unit up I lost 20000 worth of stuff I had 15000 coverage and they only gave me 5000 the manager was rude and very ghetto and she left my account open talking bout I had to clean the unit out so they trying to charge me for there poor service looking forward to see this in collections so i can start a lnaw suit

When we got to the storage unit there was a lock on it we were unable to get the lock off after about 35 minutes of calling we had a return call back we were able to get in only to find out the storage unit was not suitable for storing my items the ceiling was falling down but we had no option at that time of night so my items were placed in the unit The very next morning I sent a message to the storage unit and received a call back but was not accommodated in anyway, I am disabled and hiring someone again to move the items out and getting another u haul is difficult, I was told that they did not even have another unit to rent to me I guess this is why they rented me a unit needing serious repairs. The unit should not have been rented it is in very very bad shape, I am very disappointed and sad that my items are sitting in that unit at this time but again it is very difficult for me to rent the truck find a new storage been have the stuff moved again I feel that U-Haul should have been more accommodating knowing that they rented me a unit in need of serious repairs. I am unable to share the photos in this review, but would love to.

The manager was very unprofessional and would not solve problems I had with gate entrance key. This was a big problem. One the key would not work and the manager said the system was down and she could not help. She was upset because I called her about problem with gate entry. My overall experience was great! The staff was always friendly which I truly appreciated. My only issue is that sometimes my gate card didn't work properly. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this facility!

There was a hole in my storage facility, I went to the facility office and asked could I get another unit, the employee took me to 3 separate units and they all had holes in them. I closed my account 2 days later.

While in general I had no bad experience, before the security gate was installed it was sometimes difficult to access the storage as you would need to get a key from the office to get into the unit. Besides that, as time passed and management changed, the experience improved. The latest management team was very understanding and helpful. Unfortunately, my financial situation was disturbed and I had to surrender my unit. Thank you U-Haul for being there for me even at my worst. It has been a pleasant experience.

Was not happy because the storage unit I reserved was not available when I got to the location so I had to take a smaller unit because I had to be out of my home on the day of the rental and all of my things did not fit so I'm forced to get another smaller unit to fit the rest of my things. And this was on top of the bad day I already had dealing with uhaul over all. Not a happy customer!

At the WASHINGTON ROAD LOCATION, EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE THAT I HAD AN INTERACTION WITH, WHETHER IT WAS ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON WAS TRULY OVER THE TOP EXCELLENT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Not honest about first month free. It's a scam because they make you pay first month and then second month is prorated. They do not properly update info online for your account so it reflects proper amount due.

Called the office several times and was told I needed manager to prorate rental. Stopped by office and was told needed to come into office when manager was available to prorate rental. At the end of the day , manager said there is no prorating and had to pay $175 for 5 days. Done with U-Haul - moving on.

We had an issue with my unit but Ms. Baker took care of me instantly. I had a 26 foot truck and the unit was in a difficult position. Ms Baker identified exactly what I needed to do to correct my problem. I am very grateful for her help.

There were HUGE roaches in my stuff when I got my things out of storage. In total we saw 3 and I feel that this is totally unacceptable. The prices are pretty moderate to high, so I don't expect to bring home pests. I am hopeful that none escaped the boxes while we were unpacking and disappeared. I'm very disappointed in U-haul and will never use them again.

Had to wait too long to get van, you all need to switch up how the online system is set up because no customer wants to wait around to be approved....I wasted way too much time up there. Nobody at the facility acted like they could help since I started it online...I was unaware of that..You all should tell people that when on phone doing it.
