Not a lot of spots to drop the truck off.

Short staffed. Took 1 hour to get truck after "expedited check in" on my phone. Late to pick up our things from a scheduled pick-up. Cost us extra money to have to drive back again in the morning to pick up the truck and drop it in the morning because the delay made it impossible to get back during store operations. Was given the option to use the drop box at a $20 extra charge. Charging customer for your lack of preparedness and disorganization. Not Employee's fault. Overwhelmed without necessary procedure and help.

Uhaul originally sent me to an address down the street 3492 Washington rd #300 and that location was out of business, doors locked, lights out, phone number out of service. It was a hassle to get the location changed. The women at the new 4540 location were nice and helpful. I have only good things to say about the replacement location. My drop off experience was very stressful- but that was only because of uhaul sending me to an out of business address. I had trouble finding the main uhaul customer service number to get my drop off location changed.

Have the vehicle cleaned prior to pickup time. Do not rent vehicles on zero gas and expect the clients to return the vehicle with more gas than zero gas simplify the paperwork explain the process during the reservation speech. Do over charge the clients with hidden fees.

Make sure the General manager or property manager check all vehicles and equipment before next day pickup. The vehicle i rented on Saturday 5th had a slow leak in tire, and gas gauge wasn't on half tank. Also the air compressor was broken which cause me to have a late start with my project. The manager on that day wasn't to helpful......much attitude.

Employee gave me the truck with the gas tank under half, but put in the system that it was on half. Tried to do the self check in once I returned the truck and it wouldn’t let me. So I was basically forced to pay an extra $20 for them to check it in. Still trying to wrap around my head how $19.95 went all the way up to $100.91 by the end of my transaction.

My experience was good after i got the truck but i waited 15 mins before anyone helped me inside the store.

Turned us away when we tried to drop the truck off. Their reason was because "they dont take trailers " . Sent us somewhere us only for us to end up back on Washington road. Had to force them to take it. Frustrating!

Antonio, I think that’s his name. We spoke the day before about 24 hours access. I get there I questioned about the 24 hour access he was rude and disrespectful when I reacted he refused my service.

Access hours to my storage unit are horrible. No after hours access to my storage unit. No room to drive thru facility because they have uhaul trucks and trailers all throughout the facility. Hate it

They gave us a one way truck with a cracked driver side mirror. Not even a mile in the tire started wobbling then a blow out. We informed them and have not yet received a courtesy call of concern yet.

No tissue in restroom! Manager was rude and did not assist me with my lock on storage. He explained that he would get terminated if he assisted me. Dre was very helpful

Facility changed the lock on my unit causing me to break the key in the lock. Then they wouldn't remove it for me. I ended up losing all my possessions after paying fees for 8 years. Truly terrible!!
