Oleksandr L.The customer service agent was nice, however she was the only person available which caused a long delay in being service. In addition, I still have yet to receive an access gate card because the machine wasn't working correctly and the agent FAILED to remember to bring it to me. In addition, she advised the security gate wouldn't me working for awhile. I feel as if I should recieve a discount if I'm not fully receiving the services I pay for. Not to mention there were a mouse trap and other contraption in my storage unit. The storage door it weird as it loops over blocking the way. In all honesty I'm quite disappointed and would like a discount. Not to mention I was charged for a lock when online it stated it would be free. I do worry about my belongings considering the facility does not have a properly function gate to provide extra security.

Robert S.I had to throw furniture away because of mold and rodents. From day one I asked if my door could be fixed and I was told that they would be out in a week to fix it I was there for a whole year and not once did they call to fix it, one day I went to get something out of my unit and they were about to repaint the door instead of replacing had I not shown up that's exactly what would have happened, I asked again if they could fix the door basically every time I asked them they told me that the door was on back order or the people were coming out in a week. I was not offered any kind of incentives but I was notified about a increase in rent.

SHAHERAH S.THIS UHAUL LOCATED 2505 CANDLER RD DECATUR, GA 30032 .I rent a U-Haul FOR 19$ + milage . MILAGE came to 47,4$. I was ask to put 85$ dwn for hold. I pick up approx 12:36 pm on a Thursday return 7am the following day. They charged me an extra 107,37$. I had the van under 24hr. Back in perfect condition. Ended up paying 193,7$ to rent for under a day. THIS IS A RIP OFF. I was OVER CHARGED And currently seeking money back,. Do not go here please . Believe me, I do not bad mouth a business unless it's something to say. My bill should have been bo more than 65$-70$. Please do not rent here.

Nalonga R.I have called in and complained about the situation on two occasions and I have let them know that the workers at the location had the manager on the phone they told me they cannot swap out my vehicle it was unsafe to drive they told me the only way I could get a truck would be rerent one I feel that it was discrimination against me and my coworker I told them I did not have the money to rent one I want approximately 11 miles they checked me unauthorized I did not ask to be checked in I asked to be swapped out because the vehicle I rented was very unsafe they didn't care they were very unprofessional I feel like I was very mistreated and not of any of importance!

I literally had to drive all over Atlanta and was told at different locations that trailers were no longer being accepted. This was abysmal customer service. However, the manager at the 4540 location was professional and responsive and did a great job.

Meredith H.I reserved a truck three days ahead. The first two places I was sent did not have a truck for me. They called a third place which also did not have the truck I reserved. I ended up having to take a 15-foot truck instead of a 10 foot. I was two hours later getting to my destination where I had five people waiting to help me load. Also it cost me much more in gas to drive, and I was not as confident driving such a large truck.

The older, heavyset lady with glasses gave me a truck with a seat that she knew could not be adjusted. I'm 5'2. I had to show her that the seat could not move and that my feet were unable to reach the pedals before she issued me another truck. The 2nd truck she issued me had the same issue but at least the seat was stuck to length that I could reach the pedals better than the other truck. I will leave this location as a last of last resorts when I need to rent a truck for moving. This location is trashy and so is it's equipment and employees.

They called immediately to two other nearby locations and found the drive up unit that I originally requested. Returning the truck was OK. I would recommend U-Haul. PS the Miami locations were a lot more challenging due to not accommodating closer locations for pick up of truck rentals twice.

The reason for this was due to the manager not returning my calls or responding to emails from U-Haul corporate. So for me two things are at play here 1) these managers do what they want 2) they're hard up for money. So I will never store with Uhaul again because I don't have to give them my money if this is how we do business.

The unit was not convenient for access (it was located between two fences behind the management office. Also when I moved my belongings out of the unit, there is evidence of rodents having contact with it. Photos have been taken of rodent droppings and rodent hair all over my things. I would never recommend this Uhaul storage location to anyone. Furthermore people who rent storage units pay too much to have their things destroyed by rodents and infestations. I am wholeheartedly disappointed with this matter.

TIANA S. | Premières impressionsThe facility manager Rochell Baker is rude and very unprofessional. Each time I had to speak with the staff at this location was almost unbearable. They are on personal calls on their cell phones loud with long lines of customers. The units were not well maintained and my items were damaged by mold growing on my furniture. They leave returned equipment trucks and car tows blocking the path to the gate. On my move out date they refused to move a truck so my moving company could get into the facility. This cost me extra because they were on the clock as soon as they arrived. It took over 45 mins for the staff to move a truck so my movers could get to my unit. Based of my experience from move in to move out I will never use Uhaul again. I definitely expected better since I've been a customer of Uhaul for many year and have used the services in many different states and locations. Perhaps there should be some re-training exercises in customer service skill or get new staff especially the Baker. She is ruining Uhaul's reputation. If zero was an option I would rate this location -0. Bye bye Uhaul, never again. FYI : I have pictures and videos to prove everything stated.

All of he staff was very warm, friendly and very accommodating. With special emphasis placed on the Supervisor Ms. Baker, her staff, Ms. Ingrid, Ms. Candice including the Male staff members. The outdoor storage could use more lighting, rusty latches need replacing however, overall It was an enjoyable experience.. Thank You Ms.D. Muhammad

Antonio T. | Expérience généraleWhen we got to the storage unit there was a lock on it we were unable to get the lock off after about 35 minutes of calling we had a return call back we were able to get in only to find out the storage unit was not suitable for storing my items the ceiling was falling down but we had no option at that time of night so my items were placed in the unit The very next morning I sent a message to the storage unit and received a call back but was not accommodated in anyway, I am disabled and hiring someone again to move the items out and getting another u haul is difficult, I was told that they did not even have another unit to rent to me I guess this is why they rented me a unit needing serious repairs. The unit should not have been rented it is in very very bad shape, I am very disappointed and sad that my items are sitting in that unit at this time but again it is very difficult for me to rent the truck find a new storage been have the stuff moved again I feel that U-Haul should have been more accommodating knowing that they rented me a unit in need of serious repairs. I am unable to share the photos in this review, but would love to.
