We spent 3 hours being sent from uhaul to uhaul place. We made reservations days in advance. Went to pick it up and after an hour of checking in, we found the trailer to have a flat. The place said I don't know!! We were sent to a second place by the 1 800 uhaul and they did not have a trailer and then a 3rd place. All three no trailer and we had an appointment to pick up a truck at 2 pm. Finally the 4th place we were sent had one but we had to create a new reservation for it. Not sure why. We spent from 12 noon till 3 pm riding all over Georgia to track down a trailer that was ok for the highway. Thank goodness our appointment was able to be delayed an hour because we were 7 hours from home. Terrible service, incompetent employees and just horrible experience. Never will we use or recommend them.

The issue is that didn't have a utility dolly and I had to go to the other U-Haul pay an additional fee in the amount of $50 for dolly. I received the portion back from the truck rental back and have yet to receive my deposit back for the return of the dolly which is $40 dollars the dolly rental was $10 it was returned the same day . Where is my money?

The app to check the rental does not need the top of the truck on it. Just around the equipment a person can see.

The unit was too small

Charged for gas. At check in I was informed of the gas range being wrong and I spoke with the clerk inside to fix the range before I drove away. I returned the truck at the same level I received it at. I was billed for the missing gas as if I myself didn't refuel. Also the truck drove poorly and made a very loud noise while driving.

This vehicle was horrible. The brake were very hard and it took a lot to stop the truck. The head lights were very dim and the inside dash light did not work, could not see how many mile per hour. The passenger side door worked when it was t to , had to roll the window down and open fro. The out side of it worked. Also to remind you of the truck harda low hard start like the battery was low on charge and the motor had a loud knocking sound and very slow pick up on the speed . The steering wheel was all over the place the over steering was annoying but it was the only way to steer this truck. This vehicle should not be on the road untill all of the issues are addressed. Thank staff was great, all 10's and I don't mean to hurt this survey but the vehicle quality was a zero.

Glad they had a truck available as the first location didn't have mine ready from previous customer not returning it on time. Wish there could have been a rebate, thankful for increased mileage. Location and employees at both pickup locations very helpful.

After driving nearly 700 miles from Virginia to Atlanta I was trying to find a location where I could drop off the vehicle. Mix-ups with where I could drop off the vehicle. First I was told I could drop off the vehicle off at Peters St.location in Atlanta. I advised that would not be good. I was then told that I could drop off at a location on Old National Hwy. Turns out they would not accept 15 foot vehicles. Had to find a third location. Finally, found a third location at yet another address on Old National Hwy where I could drop off the vehicle. They finally took the vehicle but did not provide a receipt. Had to phone them about an hour after the drop off to get them to email a receipt.

Counter representative (male) was less than desirable. Was interrupting the young lady who rung up my equipment & was rude the time before (that day & the time before). Although the young lady was nice & informative, he (I think the lead or manager) was rude as well as the older male who hooked up the trailer outside. I will not be returning to that location & it may effect my future notions to be a customer.

It has nothing to do with the location. It's the transportation department. I didn't like the idea of driving almost 35 miles one direction to pick up a 5x8 trailer. Very poor planning on their part.

The gentleman with the locs was extremely helpful and pleasant the day before, the day I came to drop off the truck it was met with a gentleman who was very rude and didn't want to listen or be helpful at all when I advised him I received permission to drop my things to that particular location, I feel it could've been handled as simple as I did, by that rep getting customer service on the line right away and confirming what I knew, the truck was to be dropped there free of charge I had already confirmed it all the night before. If it wasn't for me knowing what to do, this man would've had me drive the uhaul off the lot and left me to figure it out. Customer friendly approach was lacking, willingness to be of assistance was lacking, understanding when people move they're already tired and stressed, ease of access and service makes the day that much lighter.

I had maintained my storage account with U Haul through difficult times over several years. On 8/08/22 my unit was scheduled to be auctioned off. I called before the auction started and asked if I could make a payment arrangement to prevent the sale. I was told bluntly by the woman who answered the phone that they don't make payment arrangements. Two days later I got an email saying that my unit had been auctioned off for $10. For U Haul to not make a payment arrangement with a long term customer but did accept a $10 bid for that customer's unit is in my opinion is seriously poor management judgement. If the storage was truly sold for $10 as I was told, any payment arrangement would certainly have yielded more than $10.

The trailer chain was soaked in oil and greasy. The attendant didn't secure the chain. I was better off doing everything myself. There was no one to check-in for returning the trailor.

I'm in the moving business. I rent from Uhaul locations all the time. However renting at this location was not a pleasant experience. The truck had a check engine light on and drove rough. The customer service was horrible as well.

The only complaint that I had with the facility was that it seemed difficult to access. I needed to swipe my U-Haul card at one location and then walk across the platform and swipe another location and thne walk in front of the sensor before I could get into the storage facility. If you do not do this on a constant or frequent basis it is possible to forget the steps, and I often got frustrated. This proved to be the height of tergiversation., otherwise I had a great experience.

Staff is very rude and nasty especially the manager Tyrone and his girlfriend and son working at the counter. They talk to everyone this way even if your an employee. I will never get anything from this facility not even a box. I am so glad to get my stuff out! Tyrone also refused to waive any of my fees because his girlfriend does not like me because I stand up to her. Even though I do know policy he put notes on my storage account and so did she his girlfriend to never ever waive a fee and I never had a fee waived not one. The negative energy and nasty comments with an attitude is not good business and but Tyrone as been allowed to hire is family and allow them to carry on this way I'm sure you have plenty of complaints the store needs a new manager and staff because the customer care is horrible!

I didn't hate it. I didn't love it. For the price you pay, they should have 24 hour access. At least outside. The service from the female employees wasn't always the best. Again, for the price you pay, you should get better everything.

The staff is alittle rude, and condescending. They desk staff needs to work on how they talk to people and keep their ghetto comments to themselves. The guys who are runnign around helping, hooking up and making sure the people dont need help were great. Other then that the facility was great.

I inform uhaul I was moving out of storage unit on Feb 11 2022 when I picked up trailer that day, it's not my fault uhaul didn't make note of this. It was left clean and unblocked as of February 11th.

6. Would you recommend this U-Haul storage facility to a friend? No, not this particular one. Your female staff was very rude. In particular, a female that worked the Saturday morning shift on January 8th, 2022. I was late to picking up my rental truck - as most people are. I know I 'm not the first. This particular woman actually called to ask if I was still coming for the rental. I told her I was; as I was trying to explain my lateness, she hung up on me. She didn't care - which is not professional customer service U-Haul prides itself on. The woman never stated: "if I don't come at XYZ time, you will lose your rental". But apparently, because I did not come when she thought I should have arrived, she (staff) canceled my reservation. I came maybe 30 mins -45 mins after her call. I thought with her calling to ask if I still wanted the rental (which I was grateful for) was an understanding that I was still coming. But if U-Haul is just looking to make money and not have satisfied customer service, I should not have been surprised. Disgruntled staff that don't like their job shouldn't take it out on customers. People expect better when you service people in your community. Let's see what happens with this review. I'll wait. Harlen

I took out insurance for the unit, unfortunately it had a hole in the top which ruined all my towels, sheets, several pairs of shoes, a coat and several pairs of pants and blouses. I told this to one of the employees as I was getting my stuff from the unit. I took pictures and a video as I was moving my stuff out. I was later told by one of the employees that they had to take the pictures not me and therefore I couldn't put in a claim. I will NEVER use U-Haul storage again, nor will I recommend it ( especially this location) to anyone.

More than helpful. My storage was moved just because the Manager noticed there wasn't a light were my unit was. He moved me to a unit with a light that had just become available.

This was the worst experience I've ever had, storage unit was booked online and paid for but when I arrived they didn't have it available. Was told I got a refund an it would be back on my card being that I was charged twice but nothing has yet to come back on my card

I would recommend This Location because the Staff is very Friendly, Professional & they put their Customers First. I myself will continue to go to the UHAUL on OLD NATIONAL HWY, COLLEGE PARK, GA if I ever need to rent a truck or a storage.

The manager told me I would've been charged 100 dollars per item left in 411 storage. Didn't offer any help towards the situation.

To whom it may concern: A personal comment to U-Haul on Old National Hwy, the Management there was sos on their job 3 yrs. I rented and I was very satisfied many people gave me horrible experiences about thefts but I had none. Even during Covid-19 I was and though I'm senior citizen and had no one to help me move out the manager Mr. Thompson saved me from my distress. please note his kindness and willingness to go beyond what's expected and I will recommend this location. Thanks to all U-Haul employees in College !!!

It was a poor, because I keep getting billed for an amount I already paid to close out the storage unit. Now, I'm getting billed every week. I cannot paid again and my storage was already auctioned off. I even left left a message with a lady in the office and I don't think she relayed the message.

I found rat doo doo droppings all in my clothes and on the storage floor i had to throw all my clothes away that they was living in and got no refund cause they say i didnt have insurance so i loss everything worst experience ever

The staff were always rude and too busy to help you. I had this storage for a few years. The staff were consistently rude for each time I had to deal with them. I hated paying this bill because I felt I was paying for these people to behave the way they did. Awful experience. A weight lifted off when I moved all my stuff out.

The storage unit was fine however some of the staff should not be in the front taking care of guest if they do not know how to treat nor talk to people. One sales person on particular told not only me but another guests "she'll just cancel our reservation", I've never known that to be the first resort anywhere especially when you're spending money on storage units, trucks, and items in the store. Due to her attitude I canceled my unit as well as my truck and took my business elsewhere.

I made reservations at 12 for a truck and storage and was lead around until 9 to get a move in ready unit then got there at 5:30 am to have to wait another 3 hours to move in and then find gas due to the gas shortage and then to be charged another $15 for being late returning the truck back, I’ve used them for years and was very disappointed in my service
