You guys are doing a really good job and yes I will recommend anybody to do U-Haul
JUAN A.I liked the people working there. Natural feel to interactions, nobody was hyper positive or hyper negative. There was computer issues, but the gentleman handled it well, and let me know that's what was the issue as I waited. I think adding some colorful flowers, possibly good fake flowers that aren't allowed to get dusty would be cool. When people are moving, there's no time to have flowers at the home generally, so having it at the moving business would be a welcome sign of happy, settled times.
James S.There is a requirement to photo both sides of my ID, and put that information on the internet. I am aghast such a requirement exists, it massively increases the concern of identity theft if your system is ever hacked. The hackers will have both sides of every drivers license in your possession. I'm so against that idea it almost made me not rent from you. Please have alternative ways of keeping that information so I don't get my identity stolen.
JASON B.The two young ladies that helped me were very professional and courteous. Even when my electrical harness had a corroded prong that prevented the right side light to not work - they politely informed me they could not hook up the trailer and at least tried to help me with options. I ended up switching vehicles. Both are very hard working individuals and in that line of business and in this day in age - hard to find hard working and very good customer service minded people.

michael S.The first truck I rented the brake lights did not work and the brake service light would come on if you applied any higher pressure to the brakes. I had to have a family member follow me back to the Uhaul location to ensure nobody rear-ended me. I exchanged the truck and the new one leaked rain water all over my household items inside the truck. What you can do for the next customer is service your vehicles, check lights and ensure the back is waterproof. This was an overall terrible experience.

Erin B.I use and rent regular from this location and yesterday 04/27/22 I had a reservation for a trailer pickup at 4:30 pm. Walked in at 4:40 pm and saw there was 4 worker, 1 worker helping 2 customer, 1 other with an other customer outside, and 2 sitting behind the counter looking at the computer ignoring my presence. I proceed to waited for another 10 minutes with no help while all the workers left the building with no one in sight. While another customer walks in an ask is there anyone here, I said "no," she then calls Uhaul from her cell and surely someone picks up but to be put on hold. Then 2 minutes later Matt came out from the back room and finally I was helped after waiting for a long while. Customer service should be priority but in this case it was not.

Ann S.I was told that gas tank was full so to be sure to fill it back up once I returned. Once I got into the truck I took a picture of the dash in the U-Haul app to confirm the mileage, it also shows the gas line (I'm not sure where that picture is stored). I thought the gas was full, but it wasn't. I know this because when I filled it up, there gas line went WAY passed where it originally was. This means I was not given a truck with a full tank of gas but I returned it with one.
REGINALD L.Let's see 19$ plus 0,6$ per mile. 40$ trailer 26 miles later 161$!!!! Your extra fees are almost double rental price. Talk about fraudulent advertising
JAY B.Truck did not drive well and made strange engine sound. Also, after hours check in was a hassle as the app would not recognize our location despite following guidance for how to fix. I would recommend having another checkin option as it was cold and we were outside for a long time trying to get the app to recognize location.

I looked at the paperwork and Sunday was correct but I trusted what the employee said when I picked it up. Pretty annoying to say the least

JoLynn H.Just like for Same Location Returns, One Way Rentals should start with a FULL FUEL TANK. The process and excuses given at the location by employees were pathetic. This policy is ABSOLUTE BS. I have been in the Transportation and Trucking Industries for 35 years. I have done everything from Driving to Safety Maintenance Director. I have leased, rented and purchased hundreds of trucks during that time. It is ALWAYS, full fuel tank out, full fuel tank in. I will not be renting again from Uhaul if this scam practice continues. There are other companies, with similar rates and equipment, that don't not practice this predatory policy. I am smart enough to be able to figure out all of the required data and math to not get robbed by your company. But I don't want or need to do it. Total waste of my valuable time. ALL Rentals, of ANY Fuel Powered Equipment, regardless of fuel type, should begin with a FULL FUEL TANK. Anything else is SUBSTANDARD PREDATORY MALARKEY. And I used those words because my Mother would not approve of the words that best fit your companies ethics.

Allen F.The external mirrors were badly out of adjustment and I was unable to move them. Also, whoever checked the gas level did not assure that it was full. I drove 27 miles and had to put over 5 gallons in to fill it up. The truck itself behaved wonderfully.

Then I begin getting calls again several months later again requesting payment with a new auction date again unwilling to accept payments it was all or nothing. Then again months later I begin getting calls again and a voice-mail stating that they just wanted me to come pickup my things and vacate the unit. I called them back and suddenly they were insistent on full payment otherwise again another new auction date. I told them i didn't have $1600+ and they asked me what I could afford and I told them I could do $200 per week but they refused that as well.They called back again stating $400 and i could have my things with about 4 days before yet another auction date which i couldn't afford unless they had given me the couple of weeks needed to raise it. I stopped taking them seriously and began feeling they were deceitful and crooked because of these practices and now I have lost the one thing I ever got from my father unfortunately after his death which was a shotgun among several other sentimental items from my recent divorce along with irreplaceable things from my 5 year old son that I will never see again all of which I imagine will be tossed out in the trash or sold off for pennies when it was priceless to me.

The only negative thing I have to say is I always choose insurance but wasn't happy they added "$5 safe move" without asking me! When it was mentioned there really wasn't much they said. They asked if I did it online by mistake and I said no, your employee did it and she verified it came up automatically. It's $5 but unethical

I live near Dallas, TX so it was important for me to have a place to safely store these items until such time that I'd be able to transport all of the items to my home in Texas. It was really nice to have the peace of mind that my items were safe and in a temperature controlled facility. The easy online payment was nice too!
