Was really happy with my experience until I went to return trailer. Even tho the posted hours said open, it was closed. I tried the 24/7 online return function but the location function on it didn't work with my iPhone. So called the 1-866 number. After 15 minutes, a fellow got on. Apologized about the online return not working, but he couldn't help me. So he transferred to a 833 number. But before he did, he had to give me a sales pitch about storage. Not the time for that. Well, the new number I waited for 40 minutes, before I gave up and left. My wife got thru and handled the return. Your recording I listened to for almost an hour, went on and on about customer satisfaction and how we are important. Don't think so.Christopher T.
The pickup and return process via the app was a major hassle. It took me about 45 minutes to check because the app kept crashing when I was trying to upload pictures. Same thing happened to me when I returned the truck. I was doing both after hours so there wasn't anyone around to help. It's just a guess, but it might've been due to weak cell service in the area for Verizon. I would have to stand in certain areas in the parking lot to get the pictures to upload. And until the pictures upload, you can't move forward in the process so it was extremely frustrating. If U-Haul is going to use a service like this, I think they should make sure that a more reliable connection to the app is available like maybe a wifi signal that can only be connected to while in the app.Mike M.

I find your website and app slow and difficult to use. It would error out while trying to load pages. I had to restart the reservation process at least six times. Then the day before I was to pick up my truck you changed the location to one 20+ minutes further away.JAMES W.

The computer was down, they said they had the same issue last week. Not sure if they were related. Took longer to check in due to this. And they had to take down my license and credit card on paper. There should be a back up plan on the computer for this. Even a form that is not tied to internet could work somehow to capture the info. And also have some printed out in case computer totally crashes.Annette B.

I have rented trucks and trailers from UHaul Coon Rapids many times over the years. They're top notch in staff, rentals and supplies. I highly recommend them. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful. They're the best!Shelley P.
If someone has a truck and supplies reserved for a day/time, the store should have the items ready to go instead of the customer having to wait a half hour for it. Go back to having a full tank when you return the truck so the customer doesn't have to make their first stop be the gas station because the truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas.Trevor P.
We showed up pretty late to return our truck and trailer and we didnt see anybody and we were struggling with the website to do the mobile drop off. Jacob Nord noticed us and offered to help us. He was able to get our truck and trailer dropped off and even walked the keys to drop off box for us. He was extremely helpful and we appreciated his help immensely.STEVEN M.
