As stated earlier the drop off of the trailer was Flawless and the gentleman was very friendly and very helpful. My drop off took less than 5 minutes.

CHALES CThis facility is not user friendly! The garage door won't open for the indoor vehicle access bay. The ebtry door has sloped concrete and a giant step to get to the doors - there's no flat land to carry your stuff in or out. The facility is not disabled-friendly because of this. Upon checkout, the counter-boys made me drive back up and around the building to take a photo of my empty cube. This bread factory is not equipped to be a friendly storage place!
tracy s | Expérience généraleRipping off your customers is probably not a good business practice. Stealing almost a month worth of storage rent is theft, regardless if it's a corporation or a person. U-Haul will never get another nickel of my money. And if you think I'm angry, I'm not. I've just learned my lesson, three times now. I intend to call the Better Business Bureau. Have a happy day. FRANK MThey rented me a truck where the AC didnt work… I brought it up to them after I returned it, and they said yes we know it doesn't work, We've been trying to get it fixed for weeks now… I asked very politely then why would you rent, a truck that doesn't have AC on a day where it's over 90° outside. They had no response nor did they seem to care. I would like a discount I was in this vehicle for 80 miles plus, I was extremely uncomfortable. thank you for your consideration Charles Garric.

GARY ZI've rented UHaul trucks a number of time before, and the truck with the rented extras (appliance dolly, moving blankets, etc.) were always ready and loaded in the truck. For this rental I wasn't told til the day I arrived to pick up the truck that there were no moving blankets available, so we had to scramble for blankets to use for our move that day. I was also told my reserved truck was parked nearly 2 blocks away (so I had to walk to get it) and that the appliance dolly I'd reserved was sitting there in the store...so I had to bring the truck back over to the store, once I walked to get it, to retrieve and load the dolly into the truck. I wasn't impressed with this situation, especially since it had started to rain as I was walking to get the truck.
SHARON RBeing ripped off for an entire month of storage fees is not good for retaining customers. -3 stars !!!

CROLINE BRental time was incorrect. Truck was not ready when I arrived. Customer service did not answer phone. Chat persons were unhelpful. Disappointed with service and had to really hustle to get our move done as we'd lost an hour of our window. Also my email was not updated as requested the first time.

MICHELLE ZI had an issue when returning the vehicle. It closed me out of the process when I got to the part of taking pictures of the vehicle. Afterwards, there was no way for me to get back to it. I was charged for the rental, and I did return it back to the same spot and returned the keys to the Dropbox. I'm just worried that it wasn't done correctly and there was nothing I could do about it.

Ed HThey rented me the wrong size unit without getting approval from me, tried to tell me I didn't have a rental after I paid, and were pissy on the phone when they finally answered. Corporate was just as bad. Turns out someone spelled my name wrong! Interesting since it was an online form. I still don't see a rental under my account. The ONLY reason I'm staying is because the unidentified dudebro on the phone switched me to the right size unit and "promised" to fix the spelling of my name. I don't trust any of them but I have no choice and need a unit

Sushma GEverything is good but online the description about the size and the way the look and how much it fits not even close to the reality as I have to get 3 units to fit one bedroom apartment without the bed and other small items, it is very expensive for that size.

NICOLA HI was called in the morning told to pick up at a different location and I was getting a free upgrade. The pick up went smoothly. We dropped off I was charged the difference for the upgrade then charged an additional $60 for gas that was put back in the truck plus a gas service fee I didn't see this till I had left and had to go back I was refunded the gas and gas service fee but still charged the difference on the upgrade. I paid $100 for a truck I used less than 4 hours. I will NEVER use uhaul again.
HOY KJoe was very helpful and kind to my daughter and I with selecting a storage unit. He took the time to walk us to our indoor unit and explain the entire process without rushing or being rude. It was an excellent customer service experience!! Thank you!!!

David FThe after hours service was too slow. The truck did not have the dolly I paid for and I was not refunded after notifying U-Haul that it was missing. It took me over 40 minutes to get the truck after I arrived. Without the dolly it made it extremely difficult to unload the truck.

Employee #2 understands and I trust will be proactive now. Thank employee #2 Lava rock mildew odor absorption packs (recharge with sunlight) remove the reuse crap. It's a tipoff and represents list revenue and likely has really mildewy crap at the bottom u cannot see
Stephanie D | Expérience généraleThe truck I rented was parked in an overflow lot so I had to walk across the street with my hand truck and get it. Seems if they know exactly what time a truck pickup is they could have it pulled over to the main pickup area. Also I had ordered a dozen blankets and they were not available at this location so had to go to another location to pick up the blankets. The reservation was made a week in advance so not sure why this happened.

PAM BWe reserved a 10ft truck at on location about a block from us. The reservation was switch about 24hr beforehand to a 15ft truck from a location around 20 minutes away. They then pressured us to try to take a trailer with us to deliver to a different location. Would like to see those policies worked in a little.

When picking up the truck we had requested a newer vehicle as it was going a long distance. He said this was not bad with 106 000 miles on it. I was very clear when I set a reservation to take a trailer to Newport Maine. it was not available in stow and not for out of state travel. he literally walked away from me. I am a polite person and I understand things happen. he offered NO HELP what so ever

I cannot beging to express my satisfaction with the staff and operation that you have at the location that I rented from. This was my 2nd time renting from there, I appreciate their thouroughness and willingness to attach/detach the trailer from my truck. 10/10 experience. Will rent from here again amd recommend to everyone that I know!
Dan MMy only issue is that I could not rent a pickup truck in the Canton area and was forced to drive to Akron to get a truck. It would be nice if U-Haul supplied pickup trucks in my area.

The van I rented last week had a very strong brake pulsation and shake when applying brakes at highway speeds. It was also due for an oil change.

The service attendee kept repeating this isnt my store, i need to leave i hate it hear, i dont know what i am doing . Then gave me the a inactivated card and messed up the pin. So i spent an hour waiting to get into a smaller than requested locker. Than the worker gave attitude about what we were able to us.

One would think it'll re-arm itself over time (which it likely does anyways I assume). Would be better to call it "check-in" and "check-out" as it's more natural to assume to "check-out" and re-arm the system.

I was then offered a more expensive option because the truck I reserved and paid for was not available. I was not offered a discount or the $50 advertised compensation for the inconvenience. Somehow the truck I rented was cancelled but the free month storage space was not cancelled.

I contacted them and was told they would review cameras and get back to me in a day or 2.. I never received a phone call from anyone. Nor a return call from corporate to see if my issue was handled.

We appreciate that we were treated like family during this crisis. Facility layout is perfect and it allowed us to move things in quickly so we could keep returning to the home and retrieve salvageable personal belongings. My only issue would be is if u had/have employees from other locations to fill in/cover that they be trained to do the job. I found it very difficult to do what I needed when the only employee that was there came from a different location and was very animent to tell me that he's only certified to fill propane tanks. Really? Then why is he even there? I ended up comin back 3 times just to get another unit cause he neglected to tell/inform me that the person who was there the next day got off early making it difficult for me to store anything on the day that I absolutely needed it. That was not only frustrating but left me extremely annoyed especially when he laughed. I seriously didn't think there was anything funny about it. Training in all aspects of the job, regardless of which location they're from, and whether or not they have storage at there location or not, they should be trained before going to a location that does more than just fill propane tanks. This can not only be annoying but also extremely frustrating, especially when you have employees laugh and think its funny that I/anyone have to continue to go back and forth just to have something done on something they should have already been trained to do in the first place.

We picked 4 digit code to get into the building. He was not sure of order entering # or* Later got that from another employee. When we opened room there was a new lock laying on the floor. We used lock we bought on unit. I took found lock to office. Young man was not there. Another man who was from Kent location advised the found lock was included with the rental. I showed him our receipt that we had bought a lock. He wasn"t sure how to issue a refund so advised I come back when Manager was there Had him note on receipt that I had brought the found lock to office. We are happy with location of the room and was it was clean. We appreciate fact that first month was no charge also. I will stop in when we bring boxes to storage. Employees we interacted with were helpful and pleasant. Thank you Susan Coldwell

I had some heavy stuff to store but there was no elevator to go from the second level to the first to where my unit was on the first. I spent a lot of time trying to find my unit from the oneside. The directions for the entry code are confusing for a first time user. Ultimately this was a good facilty just that first day I moved stuff in I could have used a little more help.

The other place then tried to give me an outside unit which I did not request I specifically wanted climate controlled but the new outside unit was infested with roaches. I came to uhaul they were able to accommodate me immediately with a climate controlled unit. The staff was really nice and the unit was really clean.
ACACIA P | Premières impressionsThis is most unorganized place I have ever seen. We were at the facility at 6:45AM to make sure we were there when it opened to empty the unit. We were told that the night before closing person locked the keys INSIDE. Not sure how you locked the INSIDE then leave but guess anything is possible. The employees seem to have attitudes about management and working there. We over heard an employee telling another that he is about to quit because of manager. Being a manager at a store myself, you DO NOT voice your opinions about the store, employees or the manager ANY WHERE on the floor or behind the counter where customers can hear. 2- There needs to be at least 1Employee that can make decisions ON EVERY SHIFT. The facility itself is clean and convenient.

Steven W | Déménagement en ligneIn my opinion most if not all employees I dealt with at the facility itself (NOT the employees who assist over the phone or via chat) they all need better training on the facility, the U-Haul products and services & especially customer service. I was given incorrect information on my storage unit and procedures regarding my 3 month use of the facility. I was grateful to get my belongings out the storage unit and end my business with U-Haul at the Cuyahoga Falls location. It was one problem after another with the staff. Management of the location was uninterested and extremely unhelpful and lacked knowledge of the job she was attempting to do. I won't be back as a customer!

The ride from Maryland to Ohio was terrible because of the loudness from the vehicle (I couldn't hear the music nor the conversation with my husband) and it drove rough. The check engine light was on the entire duration. This vehicle should not be used again for long distance travel. I always have a difficult time using the mobile app for online check-in, but this was the worst experience yet. In the past, if I was a unable to use the online check-in service, which was always, an agent inside the store would assist me. This agent in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio turned me away and didn't even attempt to assist me. He said "I'm not from this store and I don't do anything with storage units. You will have to use the online checkin or call customer service. Since I was only there to check in and get my unit number and access code, I left the facility to call customer service. They were also unable to assist me. I lost my Maryland driver's license during the transition and had my VA ID and my Passport ID cards. Although your app states "government issued ID OR driver's license" it does it accept Passport ID cards for a storage facility, which is contradictory to what the website (app) states. After being transferred to 3 different people, a representative finally advised me to go back into the facility and ask the on-site agent to contact his supervisor to assist me. Finally, after an hour or so, I tried the online check in using my drivers license from Georgia that I found in a box, which I haven't lived since 2018 and no longer use, but it didn't expire until 2024, and was able to check in on the app. I've used U-Haul several times since 2004 and this has been my worst rental experience.

Everything is clean, the unit hallways are well-lit, and the dock area always has carts available. I'll likely be back in the future and would recommend this location for anyone with storage needs.

I was able to get my code reset today but other than that, my experience has been okay.
