The “after hours” return via the internet is terrible. The site froze after taking the picture of the odometer and fuel gauge. This happened FIVE TIMES!!!!!!!!! I had to get up early to be BACK at the store to physically “return” the truck. The attendant was NOT surprised at my situation. Happens often…..FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience was wonderful. Very easy and everyone was always so helpful! Super friendly and always willing to help with any questions. My only offer for feedback would be to check the facility for moisture control,and possibly carpenter bees? Upon cleanout, we noticed some mildew smell (and saw evidence on the AC tubes) and we had sawdust from something that resembled carpenter bees on some of our items. We were not upset in any way, it comes with an older building, but just wanted to let you know. All in all we would totally use this facility again and I have already recommended it to others. Merci!

We needed a bigger dolly for our appliances and when we got there, we were told that it looked like someone took ours. Went to leave and the guy told us about a dolly hanger which we also didn't have. Then we had to purchase bungee straps from them to hold our dolly and of course the straps didn't fit between the boards in the truck. Something went wrong at every time.

The gentleman that checked me in was polite, and communicated directions well. The only issue I had was that my card did not activate right away and the alarm went off when I opened the door.

I described to the lady exactly what it was I was putting in storage she took it upon herself to pick me a unit that she assured me will fit everything I described to her... when I arrived to was no bigger than a child's closet... I explained all of the to the staff and they told me it was nothing they could do to help me.... I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... The inconvenience they caused me and my family was horrendous. Never again... I ended up having no choice but to throw away whatever couldn't fit.... lost alot...

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the truck was dirty. There was an empty coke can and half full water bottle in the drivers side door. The passenger side door storage area had a wrapped tampon in it. The cargo area was dusty and full of various debris. I was able to sweep it before I loaded it but I was hoping it would be swept when I picked it up. Anyway, I am grateful for the people who are working at Uhaul because I know it is hard to find workers these days.

There was hair/fur on the passenger seat. Also, I couldn't adjust the seat back to my liking-It leaned too far back and I had to stuff my jacket behind my back to be semi comfortable. Otherwise things were good! The clerk was very nice and knowledgeable!

I have tried to call the facility for day sometime 10 times a day, they never answer their phone. Every other U-Haul I have used answers the phone to help the customer.

The online checkin experience almost made me want to say the hell with this and took over 20minutes and got me nowhere (even after supplying id, two individuals to call, etc.). If you need several layers of authentication including calling over 2 references you need to notify renters in advanced. I wasted 20min of my life and your online rep jazmine was useless and gave canned responses and just kicked me from the chat, making it so I couldn't complete the checkin. Very frustrating. The on-site staff was friendly and apologetic. Still took me something like 30min to get rental and should have take 5. This is a uhaul infrastructure thing and not the location's fault. If I were a franchisee I'd be passed. Fix your process and give people nottice or the ability to supply verification before arriving.

I was scheduled to pick up my U-Haul at 12 AM I was there for 2 1/2 hours trying to figure out how to pick up my truck waiting on hold for 28 minutes with a customer representative just to be told that I need To pick something off the list for identification purposes I did and he came back they couldn't approve me at this time after I waited there all night long

We paid 170 $a month for an indoor temperature controlled unit. When we moved out this weekend many of our furniture items were damaged with rusty brown water stains. Pieces of furniture are ruined. We spoke to the worker on duty snd he said he'd make note of it. I called and talked to customer service rep and requested a claim be taken and for the GM to call me.

Staff at Uhaul in Cuyahoga Falls has been consistently friendly and efficient. They are knowledgeable about the products and services they sell, they helped me select the moving boxes I needed, and when I rented a storage unit, Tessa was especially helpful. Great customer service by all the staff!!

The location was convenient and the truck was great, but unfortunately the rudeness of the staff would keep me from recommending this uhaul to anyone else. We declined the insurance and still got charged for it anyway. When we tried to politely dispute the charge, the lady was rude and had no interest in helping us resolve our issue.

Had our storage unit here for over 2 years and it was a very easy experience from start to finish. Being able to access the unit after hours was very convenient. We had misplaced our keys a couple times and they were so quick to help out! Thanks U-haul! We definitely recommend.

The facility did not open until 830 instead of 7 as posted. The engine light was on in the truck. The only thing good was the lady was very nice once she did open and helpful with the return of the vehicle.

My only issue was with scheduling. My location and time for pickup was changed causing major issues as I had travelled 10,5 hours to pick up the truck and was delayed until a 4:30pm pick up. This was also an issue as I had hired helpers to work from 2-4 pm so not only was I not there at that time to begin moving, I was out the money I paid them. I had to get other helpers to help me load into the night so I could leave the next morning for the 13 hour drive back.

Took 30 minutes to get our trailer. Agent who helped continued to provide verbal grunting of dismay when asked for help. Agent as wearing ear buds the entire time, and we could hear the music from them. Trailer was average. Overall the location was not good. Customer service was non-existent

The pickup process is what gives the low score. I had a pick up time of 8:00 am (24/7 pickup). App & website said I could not pickup until 9:00 when location opened. I tried at 9:00, it would not let me. Had to go in and wait in line. Worker very nice but he even said it wasn't set up right. The pictures of the truck to approve/disapprove seemed to be quite old since none of the marks on the truck were in pictures. Had to take time to point out all flaws. By the time I got the truck it was about 10:00 am. On moving day when I had help coming and just time in general, a 2 hour pick up process is not positive by any means. It's actually ridiculous. Horrible start to the day and a poor experience with Uhaul.

Truck windows so dirty that you could not see out with the sun glare. Staff didn't get up from his seat. Gave me key and said find the truck that matches the key number. Very poor customer service. Acted like he didn't want to be there.

The overall experience was great I would recommend I would advise a call system those days that Uhaul location is short staff just because the wait time can get really ridiculous I've waited 45 minutes before just to swit h the Uhaul storage unit size. Great promotion idea would be pay Uhaul fee on time for like 3months get that 4th month free etc.

The supervisor initially tried to double charge for the "first month free" wanting me to have the month of June as a no paying month. (pay two months upfront). However, I'm on a fixed income and could not arrange other bills accordingly. The store quoted me "100,00 $" a month but in actuality the monthly cost is "128,00 $." They refused to send me the appropriate invoice for payment the month of May until I filed a complaint. I have yet to receive an invoice for my "July 2021" payment.

(5/22/21) We got there after an online move in and the unit was locked, we called someone he came after we waited for at least 10 minutes. When unlocked there were things in the unit that belonged to uhaul. The man helping me said he was going to talk to a manager and we were left waiting for over 25 minutes for him go come back while being unable to move in our things. There was supposed to be a lock waiting for us in the unit when we got there and there wasn't so after making us wait for we'll over half an hour total I then was told I had to drive around to the other side of the building to pick up my lock myself. I get over to the office and no one is there and I stand waiting for 5 minutes while the phone is ringing and no one picks up or comes to help me. I then was greeted with an attitude. If we hadn't already paid and didn't have another option I wouldn't have stayed. I had a very bad experience I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

This box isn't big enough to write all the positive things I would like to say. I was looking for a larger unit in January and one was not available. Rosie and Mike took my name and number and said they would call me if one became available. I also called to check and Mike & Rosie were ALWAYS pleasant. Recently, the 10 x 15 unit became available & Rosie called me right away. Rosie & Mike are awesome. Give these wonderful employees a raise because they went over and beyond what was expected.
