I don’t believe it was Denton Uhaul’s fault that I had so many problems, I think the issue was with uhaul customer service not being organized or talking to ubox the service. My first delivery of my empty pod was late and then two hours after it was supposed to be delivered I received a call that they weren’t coming because they didn’t have any boxes despite having booked my reservation a month prior. I had to reschedule two days of appointments for this. Then it was supposed to go to denton tx and it went to Lewisville tx and customer service lost where it was but didn’t tell me. So I arranged movers to pick up my ubox from where uhaul told me it was and the ubox wasn’t there so there were two days delay of my delivery and appointments rescheduled until uhaul figured out where my ubox was. Then after all that I was charged a storage fee a month after delivery which I had to call to arrange a refund but customer service did not close my account. Then in October they tried to charge me a box rental AGAIN including a late fee because I removed my credit card from auto payments. Even though my order finalized in August. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my entire life and I will never use uhaul again and I will tell everyone I know to never use uhaul again. I am still shocked at the sheer level of incompetence with the overall company I don’t even know how it is still in business. And I never leave reviews like this because I am really forgiving but after trying to be charged multiple times for nothing I feel harassed and like a victim of fraud. This is not the particular fault of Denton uhaul and their manager was helpful when I finally got them on the phone this is just a Grand failure with the overall company customer service and inter company information access. Seriously get it together.

Angela Deaner, the employee for UHaul office in Denton, was amazing, very helpful, and a great positive attitude. On Sunday when I was packing the trailer, I noticed that the Dolley was not in the trailer, but I ended up not needed it since I got a friend to help me load and unload the trailer.

One of the best places that I have visited! They have everything that U-Haul has to offer, from storage facilities, packing materials and towing supplies, to a huge variety of rental trucks and trailers. When I arrived to turn in my rental, a crew met me outside to check my mileage, check fuel the fuel level and complete the rental agreement. At the same time, they were wiping down the inside of the cab and scrubbing the bugs/grime from the truck and windows, in order to have it ready and available for the next person.

Get the employees reflective shirts or vest to wear in the yard . Dark green shirts are hard to see in the dark . There’s a lot of traffic at the Denton facility.

I brought the trailer back in the middle of the night but wasn't able to check it back in online. I had to call 3 times and wait on hold for 20+ minutes before I was able to reach anyone and it still didn't get checked in until I got a hold of someone on Monday. It should be easier to get a hold of someone.

Parking is awful and the entry from the access road stinks, though I know you can't do a lot about the second part. The staff were very helpful and very apologetic about the painfully slow computer system.

Employees were great and incredibly helpful, but the servers crashed and it took a full hour to check out a cargo van. The employees ended up having to use their personal cellphone data in order to keep the business operating and it seemed like it was not the first time they had needed to do this. So great employees, the company could do better.

Friendly, but understaffed Seven/eight people in line. Two people working the rental counter. A lot of excuses, computers running slow, very busy due to end of the month and people moving etc. I had checked in and prepaid online. Still had to wait in line for 30-40 minutes.

I really appreciate the time and the ease of being able to rent here. There were some slight computer issues that caused a delay but this was not any employees fault. Tyler was emphatic and cared about me as a customer and the time and money I was spending there.

I am not into many technological aspects of doing business. In particular, I hate using pictures on my phone to see prior damage to the truck. I can't see dents and scratches readily. Makayla at the I-35 location at Denton, TX was kind enough to come outside as we inspected the truck together with our own eyes. I found a chip on the windshield that apparently had not been reported or documented. Makayla asked me to take a picture of it, using my phone. No matter how many angles I tried from inside and out, the chip was not visible in the picture. There was just too much on the other side of the glass to be able to see the chip. Makayla took care of documenting it for me. I wish Uhaul would go back to a visual walkaround inspection with the customer and the agent. Thank you, Makayla, for doing this for me.

Great storage, I'll use them again. My only complaint is they don't let you rent for less then a month at a time. So I had to pay for a full month, for my 10-days over, because they don't pro-rate.

My only frustration is that I rented a Climate Controller Storage Space for Two Months and then rented a moving truck, but I was not eligible for a refund on one of my months of rent for storage.

Storage Units are clean and secure. There are free amenities like carts, bathroom, water fountain, and elevator for convenience. The staff are amazing. They will bend over backwards to help you.
