The truck worked great and the UHaul Rep was friendly and helpful, but the interior of the truck was a bit dirty and as I was cleaning up the truck for return to UHaul I found a previous user's gumballs and a receipt under the passenger seat. Not cool.Bruce W.

Rented 15' truck for 24 hours and returned it within 7-8 hours. U-Haul should offer a refund (or partial discount) for any and all equipment that is returned early as they are going to re-rent that same equipment as soon as possible making double their money. Mr Jonathan Rogers helped show me to my rental and get me on the road. First, he had me do a walk around and take pictures, as well as the inside, he confirmed verbally that I had done so, which I appreciated! He answered my questions and confirmed before I left, whether I had made sure I didn't need a dolly or anything, I almost went back and got one, but hoped I wouldn't need it, so I didn't. I ended up needing one after all, I should've listened to his recommendation! Thankful for the stress free experience, especially late afternoon, thankful for the gentleman's expertise and that he was attentive to what I was planning on moving and what I might need.ANNE B.
Used mobile app for process. Didn't get right accessory equipment that I requested. Made note of that in the app when dropping off U-Haul truck. It's visible in the pictures I shared. Was still charged anyways. Paid more than I expected to. If it was from changing my drop-off time by 4 hours, that wasn't explained in the app.Juan S.

The digital check in process was buggy and difficult to use. GPS repeatedly said I was in the wrong location when I wasn't and the barcode scanner was glitchy and took several minutes to work. The truck wasn't parked where it was supposed to be. Ultimately I had to go inside to get my key anyway, which defeated the point of using digital check in. The equipment was clean and useful and my move went great. But I wouldn't recommend the digital option to a friendAmanda P.
