Alexander M.I had set up for automatic pickup with my phone but it didn't matter. The place was chaotic. The person in charge said that two people had not showed up and she couln't handle all the people. Trucks were not ready so I couldn't just take one.I had to wait an hour just to speak to the associate. People before me had to wait longer and some left.
Enrique S.Poor customer service. 2 employees on premises and neither one greeted when I came in. Lady at from desk seemed to be in a rush when helping customers. I had pre checked in online and I still waited a long time to get the vehicle. The vehicle said it had a low tire and when I mentioned it to them they said that was normal. They didn't explain the process of refueling nor turning in after hours well. I will probably never use uHaul again.
Carolina H.I'm very upset with this uhaul location as I feel ripped off I drove fewer than 4 miles and returned the truck within 3 hours as opposed to 24 hours yet I was charged $11,88 for bogus gasoline charges and $1,19 per mile but when I booked the truck it said 0,79 cents per mile. This is a flat out rip off. Done with uhaul and theft of customer money.

Luis F.They young man working the afternoon shift needed to move the trucks for me to exit the handicap spot which i had permission from the manager and a decal/tag to use. He didn't want to move the trucks insisting that i could exit the parking spot without him having to move the trucks. He should be more mindful to people who use this spot and more eager to work.

Sharon P.Extremely rude and inappropriate agents made us lose time, energy and money. They were blocking, instead of helping us, actually get our truck on time. No leadership or management is to be found whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend this location, instead, the other way around. I will keep it on my records and recommend my colleagues to not rent from this place.
Fernando Enrique S.You have to be careful I took pictures before and after the U-Haul I put the gas back that it was overflowing in the meter would not Mark past the half a tank I put $38 and they charge me $45 of gas when the time will not take not a dollar more it was overflowing I told the lady inside and she said no problem to leave and then I got a bill for $45

James P.When I got the truck the mileage was not as stated in the paper. It had 1 mile more. Person was not paying attention to anything. She wrote my name on the contract incorrectly even though I gave her my driver's license. I wrote my email and spelled it IN SPANISH and still she wrote it incorrectly in the system. When I called back 5 days later to get my final bill, the person was polite but not knowledgeable at all about making any changes. I would recommend to get better skilled staff that pays more attention to what they are doing and not wasting customer's time. Horrible experience.
angelo L.On Saturday July 9- 2023 I rented u haul Picked around 9:30 am, drop off around 3:15 pm. Used 25 miles, they received my keys, a lady told nobody could check the return truck, she would email my receipt, she never did And today Monday they call me to ask me when I'm returning the truck. I can't believe this irresponsible service. I just hope NOT get over charged $$. I'm very disappointed. Horrible service. Bad AC on truck in Miami's Heat

The van was roach infested and the roaches got into our belongings, it was extremely disgusting and I honestly want a refund because the van is supposed to be clean and maintained for the next family to use but this van wasn't even ready for us. The fact that we had to open all our belongings one by one to make sure there was no roaches inside was just horrible. I have pictures and videos of the roaches and I will be sending it to customer service and leaving a bad review.

Okay for short local drive but very wearing on a cross country drive. I ended up wearing headphones to quiet the ride.

Eduardo C.The employees are too lazy. They have a tendency to speak Spanish amongst each other like as in a sideline conversation. As a Spanish speaker myself, I think it's rude when you have English speaking customers and you just turn to each other to talk in a language that they assume the customer doesn't understand. The fact that they just sit there and laugh, it's rude and the don't care attitude is blatantly disrespectful. Equipment is being rented without proper inspection, repairs, and maintenance. My assigned van had a damaged bumper that was popped off halfway and that was considered okay to rent out? After giving my two cents about that, they assigned me another van that was disgusting and damaged all over, yet their stock pictures at pickup claimed otherwise. I had no choice but to take the dirty filthy van but that was completely unacceptable. I had to contact customer service so that I could dispute the pictures prior to removing the van out because the option to upload pictures was not part of the step by step process. The manager at this location needs to step it up because these employees literally don't care. Others might have had a better experience but this was mine and I hope that this comment serves as a means to providing better customer service.

She also illegally modifies their access without notice locking them in the property without a chance to get out. She makes their access SHORTER than the 5am to 10pm company hours, without motive, at any time. If you value your money and time, avoid this company altogether.

I had worked with this facility for years, very convenient for me because it's near my office. But since you have this new woman as manager, it's nothing but problems with he. I need to infirm you that she changed my storage unit, without any authorization to my daughter name, she denied me a promotional service I received from one of the office girl, I went to the office to ask her the reason of all this. She screamed at me that U-Haul is loading money do to these promotions, 3 weeks after I received such promotion from the office, but not only that the woman told me to take my stuff somewhere else, that I will do her a favor I can go one and one. But my question is, I don't understand how a Company like U-Haul can have a person working at his facility with this actitud and with no customer service skill impolite vulgar and completely abrasive

Esta mujer cambió el deposito "storage" a nombre de mi hijo y mi persona, a nombre de mi hija Fedra Florez sin ningún autorización previa, aparta de denegar me un depósito que la empleado Amanda me ofreció bajo una promoción, cuando alquilas un camión de mudanza, el primer mes de almacenaje es gratis. Esta mujer me faltó el respeto cuando yo le pregunté sobre estos 2 cosas, pidiendo me que mejor yo lleve mis cosas de ahí, que yo le hacía un favor en retirarme. Mi compañía ha rentado por años camiones de esta localidad, siempre habernos encontrado con gente profesional como el Sr Willy y las jóvenes que trabajan en esta oficina.
