Have better signs to know where the trucks are located and if you say contactless, it means 100% contactless. We still had to go inside the store to collect the keys and to ask for directions on how to find the truck. Look up zipcars and their technology to make it 100% contactless.Mauro F.

I have been using U-haul for years now and never ever I felt so disappointed. The sales girl was rude and showing some kind of attitude. never ever UHAUL guys forced me to take insurance when i have my personal insurance. Also while returning she was adamant about how much gas i put back And worst she was not wearing mask. really sad that U-haul is not following standards set by CDC and putting customers at risk. I would have ignore everything but not wearing a mask is big No. It's SHAME!!!YOGESH A.
No me aclararon los tÃ©rminos de renta, yo fui a buscar un camiÃ³n de 29 el dÃa y me preguntaron cuanto tiempo durarÃa mi mudanza y yo les dije que posiblemente en 6 horas pero que lo traÃa antes del cierre 8pm, y ahora cÃ³mo dicen que me pases de la 6 horas(4Pm asegun estimado) me estÃ¡n cobrando 48 horas de renta, no me dijeron nada ni me explicaron para que era esa pregunta,yo no alquile ese camiÃ³n por hora fue por dÃa increÃble que eso sea asÃ, yo lo alquilÃ© como su publicidad ðŸ¥µ, no explican nada yo estaba pensando que se estaban preocupando por mi mudanza no por un tema de cobro jamÃ¡s me hablaron de eso, ademas mi reservaciÃ³n era en una sucursal y fui a otra porque el la original no tenÃan camiÃ³n y eso me atraso mi mudanza no puedo pagar el doble de lo que se estimÃ³ un principio, me estÃ¡n recargando el doble de lo que pague oficialmente y eso no es posibleFelix M.
