Everyone involved in trailer pickup and return was friendly, courteous and helpful. Quick hook-up and drop-off. No "issues" with the trailer. If anyone asks me for rental info, I'll suggest the Springhill Ave at Broad Street location in Mobile, AL without hesitation! Great group of employees!

When asked to speak to a representative in the store, I would like A REPRESENTATIVE THAT'S IN THE STORE not someone from a home computer. Maybe then the mistake of sending my refund check to the wrong address wouldn't have happened. But I will be there bright and early TO GET MY MONEY!

The group here was great! However, I had to drive 12 miles out of my way to pick up the rental. There was a 10 foot box truck sitting at a Saraland, AL location. This was pretty inconvenient and I feel like this was intentional, to make me have to spend more money. My experience at this location was great but U-Haul as a company is just greedy and wants me to spend unnecessary money. I have now given U-Haul a chance and can proudly say that I am 100 % a Budget supporter. Let's go Brandon!

Manager was rude, surly and mostly unhelpful. No sense of customer service. She seemed to think all she had to do was reduce our price $50 and we'd be happy. This seemed to be picked up by others on the staff. Nobody smiling, no pleasantries. There is a much needed training opportunity at this location.

The manager of this location is absolutely "top of the line". She understands the importance of protecting the company's interest while at the same time treating the customer well. She takes time in training new people to help them understand what makes this location most attractive. The Chickasaw location shares excellent people, but for some reason has run out of trailers. UHaul works well for me. I appreciate it and look forward to mutually pleasant and beneficial dealing.

The facility was clean, accessible and well run and the personnel were unfailingly polite, efficient and helpful. It was the kind of place that the term customer service was the first order of business.

Scheduled self-delivery except that they loaded empty U-Boxes, not the ones we had in storage. Due to the delay, it cost us an additional hour (at $115per hour) for the moving help at the apartment we were moving into.

Upon entering: No reception or greeting. Only employee was in the bathroom and failed to notice two customers upon arriving back at desk. Employee was lazy and sloppy. Rented trailer had broken glass inside so it was obviously not inspected nor cleaned following previous rental. Employee made no attempt to inspect trailer in beginning of rental. End of Rental: Again, no employee available at reception. No greeting. Finally found someone and they said just drop the trailer and we'll get it. So I did. Then received a phone call 7 hours later asking when I planned to return the trailer. I explained the trailer was already at Uhaul. The struggle must be really difficult for Uhaul. Good thing you don't have much competition.

The female Managers approach was harsh - her tone and level of attitude that the customer is beneath her was little to be desired. Very demanding while obviously irritated when customers don't realize any misunderstandings they may have.

The manager and rude unprofessional employees kept me on hold and never returned my calls. Left me on hold for 30 minutes twice and overcharged me for a small truck I didn't reserve. I ordered large truck and all they had was a small 15ft truck. Only got a simple $10 credit and they act like they accommodated me for they unorganized mess ups. I will never go to Spring Hill branch again and I will report this to a general manager. They both hung up in my face. Customer service is horrible and ghetto because they get nothing but minimum wage and don't know how to treat there customers.

Truck was not ready. Windshield was dirty. Appliance Dolly I reserved was not on the truck at the location and an attendant had to find one. Took awhile and I notice the attendant returned a text while I was waiting. I had to walk to pick up truck. Return was better.

I was already frustrated because I uhaul changed my reservation several times and then removed my request for a dolly. Came to this location to just pick up a dolly that was left off 1st reservation. Staff was very patient and understanding. Tried to help accommodate how they could.

I am not sure if policy has changed but this time I had to go get my own rental. THey told me where it was located. In the past they sent a worker to the yard or parking area brought it up front to me.

This has been the single worst experience of my life dealing with this company . I will never recommend this company to anyone ever. As amatter of face I will warn them never to use this company for anything. Me and my family almost died using your poor equipment and and I was lie to and charged to extend my rental after being told that there would be no additional charge... Not to mention I had wait for hours for a repair and I had two tires blow up on me. Making me late for my appointments and putting me out over $ 1500 in hotel fee.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My reservation was wrong. When I returned the truck a day early I was charged extra. I was told by several people that they could not find any record of my truck. Yet they are still being charged for it. I will never use you all again and I will let everyone that I know that this service is unacceptable there is no compassion and lack of understanding for your own systems, that fall back onto the customer.

First my husband Darren Owens made reservations 2,5 weeks prior to rental for 9/19/21. He received an email on 9/17/21 that the location of truck pickup had been changed. Which this location was additional 30 miles out of the way but ok. We arrived Sunday morning 9/19/21 at 6:15 am Springhill Ave Mobile, AL to pick up truck. After several attempts to log in and do on line pick up we kept receiving no reservations for our number. Darren then called customer service support and waited on hold for 41 minutes. After getting rep we were on phone for 1hr and 17 minutes trying several different attempts of verification codes to signing out of account etc... Representative finally got help to cancel reservation and we had to set up rental account in my name. This is beyond ridiculous and between costing us alot more money and time !!! Very poor and uhaul had no problems taking our money!!!

They have changed mangers so much when you go inside you don’t know who’s the manger and who’s not on my due date I have people calling me on the same day my storage is due and I got a $15 late fee the same day and then the manger had used my credit card cause I paid my bill with her with my card she used my card the next month and paid my bill and said that I told her to sign me up for autopsy why would I tell a person I heartily even know to do that how do you just use a person card without their permission this area can not ever keep no manger at every time you go there it’s a bunch of people hanging out in the front of the office like they just came from a club they are so unprofessional and ghetto it used to not be like this right now no one has no respect for anyone I love my storage other than that I have been with uhaul since 2017 but the choice with management now is terrible

The only thing I dislike about this storage facility is access to second floor. No elevators. Everything has to be physically carried. I understand it's a historical building and the city will not allow it, but if customer satisfaction is a priority, why not consider adding it on the outside. I'm sure this would not take away from the building.
