-need friendly staff, people with burst of energy and that are showing you matter. -need people with knowledge of things, able to answer the questions you have. - was given a truck that ran sorry. Rough running, ac stops blowing when you get to a certain speed. Inside truck was clean but the outside was really dirty including windshield covered with bird poop

I came in with already doing an online “quick” check in. I was there at 7:55 am for my 8 am pick up. I had hired Uhaul movers to start loading at 9am. My “quick” check in took an hour. NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE!

Everything went very smoothly. I was mistakenly charged for some damaged/missing equipment, but that was cheated up the next day. Overall very good experience

Not specific to the site, but the tow dolly recommended by the website is absolutely TERRIBLE. I was not warned, but you can’t reverse with it or it will damage your vehicle. I have a Ford Focus and the ramps were so steep that my bumper scraped putting it on the dolly. Should of been an obvious sign that I should have taken it back and gotten a trailer but I decided to give it a shot. I wish the store new how bad the dolly was and recommend the trailer instead. Definitely would have paid the extra to avoid the damage to my car. Met someone on the road who had the trailer and said she was warned about how terrible the dolly was and avoided it. Wish I had the luxury. Also, when I ordered online, the drop-off day on my order summary was a full 24 hours later than what they put on the contract. Should have double checked my contract dates but I didn’t and had to pay for an extra day because of it. Don’t make the same mistakes I did.

The equipment was satisfactory, However the customer service on 4-10-20 was very poor. One of the customer service representatives was very rude. There was a problem in un hitching the trailer. The representative stated that it was a shame that my husband and son could not un hitch the trailer. I am sorry , but they do not work for. Uhaul. What started out as a good experience was tainted by one unpleasant incident. Thanks Sarah George

Chains hooked up incorrectly and damaged my truck. After an issue w trailer coming off truck uhaul stated I needed to bring back to AL for local rate to apply and threatened to tow it 850 miles and charged me. I will never use uhaul again and will sue if you don't fix my truck

Well I used to always rent from u guys. The changes you all have made. I never had to pay 99cents a mile +replace the gas. Yall making a killing. For that price, u should be able to rent for 24 hrs. Ijs

This move was to help a friend who'd lost her husband. It was being paid for by a U Haul dealer (another friend) who used her card for reservation and noted to use same card for rental purposes. When actual rental was performed, Destinie English told me she was unable to use the card in the system because if was to only hold reservation. That was not true. Destinie made me use my personal credit card before I could leave. Upon return, 2 hours later (9:00 am) with our friend (your dealer Stacey Dew) we were treated very rudely, by same person. Destinie told us that she couldn't return it via computer, we had to use our phones. Our phones didn't have such option. When Stacey asked why she didn't use the card previously in system, she repeated what she'd told me earlier - her system didn't hold cards used in reservation. Again, a lie. It took calling your traffic office, 45 mins of waiting on such property, for Mrs Monica to promptly send someone to help us simply return our truck. At 9:59 am, Mr Davis Brasher, quickly and politely returned our truck - with a smile! Special thanks for Monica and Davis for their help - but Destinie English needs additional training along with more staff in her office. I will use U Haul again, but not at this location.
