The staff here had great customer service. From the first day to the last, any time I needed assistance they were able to easily communicate instructions or hands on in helping me with what I needed.

DAWN SY'all had the Movers go on a Sunday to the original location (think Redline) but they were closed and was unable to get the U Box. San Bernadino picked up the slack though so at least you got good policies to fix mistakes :)
Dat HAcquired rental 6yrs ago. Recently I had to downsize and I appreciate that I was attended in a very courteous manner. I especially appreciated the manner in which Dominic met all my needs very quickly, answered all my questions and was so kind.

CARISA BI made de contract for four boxes in Pomona Ca at North Garey location. Boxes supposed to arrive to San Antonio on Sep 19th to be deliver to new address on Sep 20th. The carrier delayed three days then they keep them in San Antonio for another four days arguing that the nearest schedule date was the 26th. No compensation has been obtained

JESSICA OI came with the trailer and they told me to go across the street back up into a spa and take off the trailer off my truck. I have a bad back and don't know how to take these trailers off so I asked for help. The guy said I can't help you. I'm busy. Go in the office and tell them to come out so I did and they still took a long time to unhook the trailer
ELISEO PI reserved 3 days ahead in Redlands, showed up waited 20 minutes in line because only one guy working there so he can tell me that my trailer was in San Bernardino. They texted me he said, I never received it . San Bernardino service was great quick and easy, one tire on the trailer was dangerously bald though.
HECTOR BOne staff member that I was talking to told me that I would be getting $50 back for my pod not being picked up for 3 days after it said it was supposed to be picked up. Then arrived late. Never got my $50.

I shipped 3 U-Boxes across the country from Calafornia to the Southeast, over 2 000 miles. My goods arrived ontime. And, were delivered as scheduled. And, nothing was broken!!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Keep up the GOOD work. I highly recommend U-haul U-Box services.

MARIA ECheck the tires on the auto transports before renting them. I had 2 blow out on a cross country move, and would have been a third if the roadside assistance guy didn't spot the rippling sidewall on another tire!

ALBERT CI had my 1, 4, and 6 year old with me trying to pick up a uhaul. Usually it is a quick experience but this uhaul location took an hour. I was provided with a uhaul and as they were finished connecting it, I moved some of my inventory that I picked that day to the side of the uhaul only to find that there was a previous lock on the back. I let the gentleman know and he said he needed a moment to find out what they can do. He came back 20 minutes later and said they had an employee that can remove the lock. He asked me if I could wait for him to finish paperwork to assist me. Later he then came out and asked if I could take the uhaul across the street to have the U-Haul person remove the lock. I waited for the guy and finally be tried to remove it. After a moment of trying, he apparently broke the entire door/lock mechanism and the uhaul that was attached to my car was no longer available for use. He instructed me to take it back across the street to see if they had a replacement. I went back and mind you with my 1, 4, and 6 year old still in the car, screaming and crying because we've been there at that time 45 minutes already. I went inside and they eventually instructed me to go back across the street to remove the trailer and attach a different trailer. The whole ordeal took 1 hour of my time. The employees seemed to not care at all and had no sympathy Even when I mentioned my kids were in the car. No sympathy or professionalism. By far the worst experience I have ever experienced. I will never return to this location. I would like someone to contact me back to review this and see what compensation can be done. Merci.
NICOLLETTE GUhaul should provide a trailer jack to lift the tongue of the cargo trailer. It is a very heavy tongue even without any load. It could be a serious safety problem if the trailer needs to be parked separate from the tow vehicle and no trailer jack is available to lift it off of the ball.

Demeriti DThough the contract said we picked up picked up the uhaul at 1/4 tank, but it was empty ( I have video of it). We drove it to my house a couple of miles away and parked it until the next morning. I was confused why we needed gas bc we drive a short distance. We went to get gas that's when we noticed gas leak everywhere. My wedding supplies didn't get to the wedding venue on time and some the paid decorators left. I missed my wedding makeup/hair session due to trying to get a new truck then having to transfer the wedding decors to the 2nd truck, which I was tild we couldn't get but had to wait to be towed to the location then we can move the decorations. I had to beg a different manager to release the 2nd truck so we can move the decor in the parking lot where the truck died instead of waiting an unspecified time for the tow. I had 350 guests at the wedding to prepare decorations and food that the uhaul was supposed to be used for. We are very traumatized from this whole experience. It was an outdoors wedding that caused some of our guests to leave because it was extreme heat and the wedding started 2,5 hours late due to the venue not being set. Please understand that my wedding day became a nightmare. It caused a ripple effect of the entire day, my contracts with the makeup artists, photographers, videographers, photobooth, food vendors, decorators, venue, dj, live band, etc to miss important timeline. I had to pay the venue extra money bc we started late and had to extend hours. Please contact me to discuss this nightmare.

DUSTIN SFrom beginning to end, our experience with UHaul about our UBox was amazing. Marisela did the pick up, in CA and she was kind and helpful. Preston in TX was also kind and helpful and went the extra mile to get information for us. I can't think of a thing that needs improvement- every personal and phone contact was friendly and helpful.

So unprofessional also while unloading my stuff into the storage my mover walked out and they just closed the doors behind him while he was about to walk back in to put the lock on my unit. The guy who was on duty was speeding in the parking lot in the uhaul truck he could have ran someone over if they were walking across. This is so dangerous

MARY R | Expérience généralei canceled my uhaul storage because of false advertising. i booked a unit for a medium, which on the website would fit a 2 bedroom (up to 1500 sqft). i had a two bed that was 790 sqft so it should've been more than big enough. the storage was so small my couch (L sectional) wouldn't even have fit in there. There weren't any other available units so I decided to go to a different storage facility. This has nothing to do with the storage facility itself, and is more of a disappointment with UHAUL's website and false advertising. the employees at UHAUL were great.

I met this young man in August of 2018 and i just moved out of my 10×10 storage unit June 17th. 2023 even though I was pass due my payday and i had informed him that i was finally moving out and gave him my date he made sure that he had updated my status and let his crew know of me leaving after almost 5 year's. I Love This U-haul store they Took of care of my thing's. And i was the type of customer that didn't always come and check up on my unit i just made sure my payment's were on time for almost 5 long year's. Angela E | Déménagement en ligneI first rented too small of locker. Big mistake on my part. I called thinking I would be able to change the reservation to a larger locker. The number I found says it's the Rialto location, but after pressing 2 for "all other inquiries" I thought it was always forwarding me to the 1800 #. The person there said they changed me to a larger locker. But after doing the online check in, I see it's still says it's the 4' locker. So I try calling in to try to salvage this order maybe perhaps after they were already preparing the 4' locker. Thought I needed to contact the store for that, but really wasn't sure if that was possible. They do only have like 1-3 employees there so thought it will never happen anyways. I was transferred to the 1800 number, then to a "scheduling department" who said "changing rentals is not what they do" then to a number that rang for awhile but then just went silent with no ringing etc. So hopelessly I thought my only option is to start over and book another locker. After going through getting another reservation though, it wouldn't allow me to do that online check-in on that same day. So I still was stuck. Called in, somehow actually ended up taking with the actual store, and they booked another locker. I would still appreciate a refund for the 4' locker though. Don't know how you could make this process easier, but some of these steps of changing reservation, contacting store etc. Could use improvement.
