The personnel there at the drop off location on D St in San Bernardino is Great. They are very prompt in attending to the customers and very accommodating. I made this location my drop off location of choice because they are Awesome! 5 Stars ??????????

We will definitely use Uboxes again on our next long distance move. It was convenient and when the items arrived, i was so happy everything was how it was when we left it. No broken glass or dishes! Even my coconut oil survived without a single spill! On top of that customer service was more than excellent. Uhaul San Bernardino of CA & Uhaul Newna GA were absolutely great! They were friendly and helpful and made our move less stressful! Thank you Uhaul!

The driver who dropped off and picked up container was rude. The store did not give driver correct information. They refused to drop container because I was not there even though I was never told I had to be there and I told office my dad would be there. Then they showed up hours late to pick up container overall experience was horrible to the point I don’t want to use haul again.

Help the customer understand how you properly put a car on a trailer that is being rented from you. Misinformed about the policy regarding u haul charging $20 to put your car on for you, then when you get there they say they don't do that anymore and its up to you to figure out how to get it on there and hooked up safely. Rude employees and even with an appointment NO one was in the store , I had to call and tell them me and 2 other customers where waiting in the store for over 15 mins.

Drivers were EXCELLENT!! Scheduling was horrible. Hired ppl and had friends at the scheduled time to help with loading but the container was delivered 4 hours outside the delivery window.

They changed my pick up date so boxes were picked up two days late. Original guaranteed arrival date was 6/24 but was changed to the 6/26 because they were picked up late the boxes actually arrived on 7/02 which gave me only a day and a half to bring them home and empty them and return them by the 3rd so I wouldn’t be charged for rental again. Not very happy with the whole experience l had arranged for someone to pick them up but since they never arrived I had to find someone else and I wasted a friends time the week before . ??

I used the phone check out - It says skip the line go to the side counter and pick up your key. But the desk attendant made me wait in line. I waited a few minutes (I had already been there a while trying to do the phone check out). I decided I didn’t want to wait (clearly states I’m not supposed to) so I went to the side counter and told someone else what the app says (they seemed confused and like they had no idea what I was talking about) finally, the Desk Attendant stood up, turned around, and got the key off the wall for me ... It took less than 15 seconds but he was not willing to follow the standard until I became upset and pushy.

Having only ONE delivery person for the entire Inland Empire is absolutely ridiculous. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Manager of facility was not at all accommodating or concerned with my issue. They told me, "that's the way it is". U-Haul should not operate here if they can't do an adequate job. Their delays and incompetence caused me a great deal of stress and unnecessary aggregation.

Horrible service. Reserved a truck online. Received a confirmation after being on the phone for hours. Went to pick up the truck. They told me they did not have the truck I ordered. Stated “heather” emailed and left me a voicemail. Never received an email or phone call. Drove 45 min to pick up a truck at another location! Go to return it at the location U-Haul arranged for me. They would not take the truck because it was too big. They sent me to another location. That location did not take it and then sent me to another location. Finally after driving for an hour a place accepts it. Terrible service all around. Will never use U-Haul again or recommend it to anyone l.

Communicate more with your customer on the process and fees, also stick to the timeline the customer reserved! I was given LESS then 24 hrs to load my box when I originally reserved it for 3 days!??! I was treated horrible by the main manager in charge of telling the drivers where to be and to go, etc. Literally he said over the phone what do you want me to do then when I was not given the full 3 days I ORIGINALLY reserved online. I would have appreciated better service. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE! ALSO moving from California to Texas and it was not communicated to me another shipping/delivery fee from the San Antonio Uhaul facility to the address I provided originally! I was under the impression the total price from California to Texas was everything, NO! The website does not tell you nor did it specify another fee, ALSO it was not communicated that my box was going to a facility?! I gave a final address here in San Antonio TX TO HAVE THE BOX DELIVERED HERE!? So frustrating! Improve your website! The only happy experience was BJ who was able to get me my box on time from San Antonio. A complete breath of fresh air, but besides that the whole experience was HORRIBLE! IMPROVE YOUR WEBSITE! And better COMMUNICATION!

Rental was previous scheduled for pick up at the location on Baseline and Tippecanoe in San Bernardino. But when arrived the previous rental customer had yet to return the Auto trailer. A phone call from the store would have been nice letting me know the trailer was unavailable would have been nice and the reservation could be moved to another store. We had 26’ truck - very noisy, the driver window didn’t seal, the steering was terrible and we broke down on the freeway with a throttle sensor problem. Uhaul roadside assistance was awesome however, when we dropped our truck off we found out that we never should have had an order truck like that for a 1300 mile trip because those trucks were being phased out. We made our reservation well in advance for a newer truck to be sent to our pickup location. The gentleman that runs this location is very nice and we have nothing against his establishment, but we will be more cautious about the quality of our transportation in the future.

Officer workers need training on customer service. One young man was really great. He showed me the van and locked up the building at the end of the day. I had trouble using my iphone to check the vehicle in at 5:15 pm. One girl did not have a clue and just shrugged me off. The young man took time to help. Another concern was that my contract ended at 6:00 pm, but the store closed at 5:00 pm. I had to rush.

I talked to 3 people during setting up my order. Each one gave me a different time frame for when it would arrive. They all said the same thing, it's put in the computer and it tells them the delivery date, which makes sense, up until why the same pickup dates gave them different delivery dates.

Honestly I was disappointed I had a time schedule to stick to. I arrived on time attempted to check in and get my equipment on the app and equipment was not assigned to me. I then had to wait 30 min in the store and 20 of which was waiting for someone to even acknowledge me being there. The equipment I reserved was not ready and I had to use something other than what I reserved! I was very disappointed with my experience! The van had such little fuel I had to get fuel before I could do anything. Overall a terrible experience I would rather go elsewhere!

One of your representatives was rude. I was in the store waiting in line to return my keys when he just got up and told me and other person waiting in line that they were closed and kicked us out the store. So I asked him, I'm here to return a truck! and he said to just leave the truck were it is and drop off the keys in the drop box. After a long day of moving I didn't appreciate that type of service.

The equipment worked fine, my pick up experience was not good, my drop off experience was great! People in San Bernardino are not familiar with their computer system and were not able to facilitate a simple wardrobe box purchase and then return. I was charged twice for the same item when I purchased it and then could not find the transaction in the system two days later to return it. The people in Knoxville got it done quickly and efficiently!

Well, the manager at the original place of pick up (3909 Hallmark Parkway) failed to input my rental in the system so when I arrived at 7am nobody knew about it. I didn't get my rental til about 1000am. This was after customer service called me and apologize for his mistake! He never called to attempt to correct his error. He had his employer do it....
