JASON BEverything in this store is very unorganized. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to help us when we arrived. Someone was at the register but he said he didn't work there some how he had access to the back and had a uniform on, he said someone would be with us but didn't make an effort to call anyone. Then we were told to go across the street to obtain our equipment and the guy who checked us out said he would be right there. Waited for a long time again and he never showed up. Different employee came but only because he was helping someone else. I want to highlight the guy who helped us with our return. He helped us right away and everything was smooth.

And now I have my things a lot was broken and I had a lot of things missing. I can't say wow did it. I have my son's things from when they was little. It brought a lot of memories back. And my oldest is in heaven now and seeing his things. I'm happy I have my things. And thank Miguel he's the best!

Virginia KNot much as far as I can see. From reserving my trailer through the app to final return - everything went very smoothly. There was one issue using the app to reserve the trailer - I selected the 5 X 8 cargo trailer - when I went to checked out - the app switch my trailer to a 5 X 8 open trailer. I have used the app twice and it did it to me both times.

They would make her go to a different location. Or they told her they didn't have that size right then

ISMAEL RI needed to keep the truck for an extra day but when I called nobody answered the phone so it was transferred the corporate office where nobody answered the phone. That part was bad. What was very good was the man who checked in my truck, doing it right away so I could know my exact charges for the miles and the days.
JOHN Kstarting off was difficult finding the size Uhaul I wanted because it was the end of the month but after a few phone calls finally, I finally got the smaller U-Haul truck. It started off all bad, but at the end of the day. I got the truck the storage unit and the weekend ended up longer and harder than I expect. but it's all done.

Not only did this now stress us out and have to rush to pack but it cut into our Christmas plans. Seems like U-Haul runs on U-Haul time no one was on time ever and everyone give you different information. Poor customer service and overall horrible experience I will NEVER recommend a pod from U-Haul ever!

Two fairly minor suggestions: First, check U-Pods before or upon delivery to make sure they're accessible. One arrived at my pickup location with someone else's lock locking it shut, and someone had to cut out with a metal saw to cut it off. Another arrived at my dropoff location screwed shut, and the tools I needed to get the bracket off were inside the pod. Second, offer pro=rated storage rates. I was billed for the entire month of December to store two pods, even though I only used a week of that time.

MARY R | Expérience généralei canceled my uhaul storage because of false advertising. i booked a unit for a medium, which on the website would fit a 2 bedroom (up to 1500 sqft). i had a two bed that was 790 sqft so it should've been more than big enough. the storage was so small my couch (L sectional) wouldn't even have fit in there. There weren't any other available units so I decided to go to a different storage facility. This has nothing to do with the storage facility itself, and is more of a disappointment with UHAUL's website and false advertising. the employees at UHAUL were great.

I Love This U-haul store they Took of care of my thing's. And i was the type of customer that didn't always come and check up on my unit i just made sure my payment's were on time for almost 5 long year's. Angela E | Déménagement en ligneI first rented too small of locker. Big mistake on my part. I called thinking I would be able to change the reservation to a larger locker. The number I found says it's the Rialto location, but after pressing 2 for "all other inquiries" I thought it was always forwarding me to the 1800 #. The person there said they changed me to a larger locker. But after doing the online check in, I see it's still says it's the 4' locker. So I try calling in to try to salvage this order maybe perhaps after they were already preparing the 4' locker. Thought I needed to contact the store for that, but really wasn't sure if that was possible. They do only have like 1-3 employees there so thought it will never happen anyways. I was transferred to the 1800 number, then to a "scheduling department" who said "changing rentals is not what they do" then to a number that rang for awhile but then just went silent with no ringing etc. So hopelessly I thought my only option is to start over and book another locker. After going through getting another reservation though, it wouldn't allow me to do that online check-in on that same day. So I still was stuck. Called in, somehow actually ended up taking with the actual store, and they booked another locker. I would still appreciate a refund for the 4' locker though. Don't know how you could make this process easier, but some of these steps of changing reservation, contacting store etc. Could use improvement.

I rate the service 9/10! However, during my moving out process I saw a rat on the second floor. I asked if they had an issue with rats in the facility and the man said no. However, I saw a rat creeping around the storage. This made me anxious about my belongings staying in the storage. I'm so glad that my belongings were clean and did not have rats in it. The next morning, I proceeded to close the storage and do a move out. That same rat was there dead on the middle of the ground between storages 2140-2150 when I was removing the lock on my storage. Please beware of the sanitary conditions of this facility.
