Nothing, really. As with all U Haul local stores, you are hard to get on the phone at times ... and the app doesn't work for spit when it comes to choosing times for U Box viewing in particular. But all told, you have it together and hitch installation went smoothly & without incident.
Carol VDiscuss with the customer whether they need moving pads or not. I had mostly boxes and the pads just took up space uselessly.

Stephen Dthe mobile app check in gave a lot of trouble recognizing the license plate. even when asked to confirm the plate by selecting "yes", the app did not allow the check in to move forward without employee intervention.
Sarah GI would like to commend Carly for her customer service and professionalism in being able to secure me a rental of the 10'ft truck that I used yesterday afternoon for moving from one facility that was 5,4 miles from my home to my brand new storage unit which is only 1,8 miles from my home. The rest of the staff was quite helpful to my needs especially when using the key access for the storage unit that I rented. Much appreciated!

KENNETH AI don't see any improvements except when a customer service rep walks into a space and customers are waiting; at least acknowledge them even though you have something going on. It makes the customer feel seen. Besides that, I was delighted with how easy it was to reserve the cargo van, pick it up, and return it. It made what we had to do very easy. Merci
ERIC GAfter spending an hour trying to pickup a truck thru the mobile app, we went to the UHaul center where the guys there got it sorted out for us. It took them calling traffic in order to get what we needed. I don't recommend using the mobile app. To glitchie and when traffic called me they were rude and hung up on me.

Manaure FThe mileage was not correct and I did let the gentleman know when I returned the vehicle the gentleman said you went 10 miles but when I got the receipt I was charged for 11 miles. Also when I got the vehicle it was on empty. I put over the amount of gas that was required and was told I would get a credit for the gas being it was over the limit. Would like more explanation of how that works.
JENNIFER HIt was a fairly painless process. It's not really appropriate to rate the installation until I've actually used the hitch. For now, I'll assume it won't fall off and the lights will work. We're renting a moving truck and two dolley in a couple of weeks. The guys were very helpful in answering our questions and letting us snoop around the equipment.
Randy ACarly helped me out in the morning, she was awesome! Très sympathiques et professionnels. I didn't catch the name of who helped me unhitch in the afternoon, but he was extremely helpful and friendly as well!

JUSTIN SWhen you advertise for 19,99 you should also tell people you charge for mileage, gas… I dove about 3 miles total to pick up a couch and dropped it off within an hour and was charged 40 bucks…

Jerry SYou changed my pickup location 10 miles further away the night before (only minutes before "scheduling" was still available and the message was not....Please note New Location. I only happened to notice later in evening. Not helpful to my planning.
VICTOR KAs before, your delivery people are awesome. Precise, skilled, and courteous. You schedulers were accurate and polite. But your systems are still screwed up. The notice that uhaul is about to call or pickup /deliver arrives about 8-12 hours AFTER the event. And one customer support person can't solve issues I call about because there are apparently 3 different systems involved and they can't access the others... I am unable to do everything online with my order or payment changes and the online detail I see if occasionally inaccurate. Hard to do business with uhaul. Most of the people across both my two states are great though.

ROBERT EThe wait lines can be very long for customers. I've noticed in Tucson that there is a dedicated U-Box customer service rep, which helps a lot. At Lynnwood North, everyone waited in the same line, and generally there was only one person serving all of them! Much better here!

Steve CAfter loading up the truck, I spent around 45 minutes trying to get the truck to turn on. I ended up asking one of my sons to come and give me a jump, because I was stranded at the apartment parking lot where I'm moving out from. Fortunately, after a few minutes the truck turned on. One thing I would say that should improve is, make sure that the battery isn't defective. I'd really hot and I take care of a disabled person that can get deathly sick in this heat. There was a foul smell inside the truck, and It needed some dusting too. At least deodorize it. There was an empty disposable coffee cup underneath the driver's seat. Someten should had made sure that it was clean overall.

soraya mPlaced my reservation a month before pickup. They did not have my size truck, my hand truck, or my appliance dolly. Had to run around town for the dolly's and was charged more for having to get a different truck. Also asked twice for the vehicle inspection for the tow trailer and they did not do it. Just to get stuck with a trailer that would not fit my vehicle.

It's simply because visiting my storage as a woman on my own I didn't always feel comfortable. This could be improved with a locked gate around the storage lot accessible with the key. Otherwise the system you have is convenient and accommodating with friendly staff, great process that was quick and easy to start and end service. Merci.
LESLIE S | Expérience généraleI rented the unit believing it had 24 hour access which is what I need at this time because I'm having to move in an urgent fashion and I have yet to be able to even get to my unit due to my request for 24 access not being granted. This is the 3rd day in a row that I have not received this access as requested and now I'm truly stuck in a bind. I have to get my move completed immediately and I have to return the uhail truck I rented. I cannot do either because it's currently full because I cannot seem to unload it. I've scanned the QR code as directed and each day it said campaign was full. I've messaged the facility manager 3 times and have yet to receive a response. I also spoke with u-haul customer service. Why is this so difficult? I'm truly frustrated and disappointed.

John S | Expérience généraleIt is 2024 and Uhaul cannot figure out how to charge people for partial month rent or pro-rate the rent based on a 12 day stay? I got charged a full month rent for a unit on Jan18, vacated the unit on Jan 31, and was told UHaul computers are not capable of refunding unused days. I'm going to call BS on that one too. Uhaul charges customers who are paying premium prices using their storage facilities and renting their trucks to throw trash in their trash bins? I'm going to call BS on that one also. The mob would be proud of the racket that UHaul has set up. There are nowhere near enough dollies and carts set up for folks to use for the size of the facility . The only reason I left an "average" rating is because the facility itself is very nice and clean.
