Your service is horrible. And you guys stole my money to get November rent. And I was gone way before that time. I will be writing a letter to the corporate office and request for a full refund.
Eulandia J | Expérience générale(A) Four weeks prior, I had reserved online the rental truck and purchased 6 furniture blankets, to be picked up when I picked up the truck. The reservation time was 8:00 a.m. When I arrived, the front office was open, but no one was there. A delivery driver and I waited for 30 minutes more, after texting and calling the office number, the posted regional number, and the national number. I did get the truck and my blankets. (B) The next day, when I went to return the truck during office hours, again, no one was there. This time, the door was locked (someone learned). I waited about 15 minutes, and then used the after-hours drop-off process (uploading pictures, etc). I did get later a confirmation text from a regional or national person. (Summary) UHaul is convenient, and I got the labor crew (everything went great with that), the truck, and the blankets. So I recommend UHaul in general. But having to wait an hour of time, with no one available in-office during their posted hours, is not professional. So I don't recommend this particular location.

Torsha JThis is one of the most unprofessional fraudulent staff I have ever dealt with at a U-Haul from day one from all the trying to get extra I'm sure financial records need to be reviewed because I'm just about sure theft if going on at this location after seeing I was charged a extra day on my rental they proceeded to try to run my card 10 times in a hour for $84 when all I owed was 20! I lost the key to my storage to a lock I didn't want in the first place because I had one at home where I know where the keys are lost the key ask home much is it to cus the lost the said it was free just had to pay for the lock I got to the location and was told now it was a $50 charge to get in the unit but that's not what I was told on the phone so I ask to speak to the manager no resolution because they all in on it I called customer service still no resolution so I needed to get my stuff out before the free month of storage was up because I know there would me more issue in the future dealing with fraudsters on cedar ridge

Literally every time I came to access my unit, I made sure to stop by to speak. She's always willing to assist, communication was always on point. Although my time had ended I hate to say goodbye because she was really a delightful person. The units were always clean and the gate was never broken like other locations. This was a CLEAN and well operated storage facility. If needing storage I strongly recommend the Duncanville location on Cedar Ridge.

Although I haven't visited the site often throughout the years, as it primarily contained my children's items, it was always immaculate and well staffed. The entire grounds are well kept and clean. The security is top notch. The staff was always friendly and well informed on all policy. Brandi Lee, the manager at U-Haul Moving & Storage Of Duncanville, has gone out of her way to provide a good atmosphere and excellent service.
