If you're looking for a company you can communicate with this is not it. I have asked the manager to call me several times and have gotten no response. I even reached out to the company president still no response. Very poor customer service and did not set correct expectations from the beginning of rental. I hate that this situation may turn legal.

They assumed I moved out and did not send me an email if they couldn't reach me by phone I was told they throwed it away and had it taken to a junk yard all my items without my permission or confirmation. That was wrong they owe me money for my things and need to replace them

The app kept malfunctioning. I have been charged 3x's for my rental. I have a storage at the Roper Mt location that I could not access while returning the truck, so I could not put my things in my storage.

I was charged 58$ extra after I returned the truck even though the fuel was topped up to the trip starting levels. I drove 34 miles and they charged me later with 6 gallon gas and 30$ extra charges. No clarification provided so far for the fuel cost

I ordered a cargo van 3 weeks ago for this location. I reserved 12 hours of use. I show up and they inform me that my reservation had been moved to another location half an hour across town. I did not receive any email, text, or phone call informing me of this at any point during the previous 3 weeks. Luckily they had a van available but required it be back within 6 hours instead of the 12 I had reserved. The inside of the van had a liquid spilt on it but they dropped a furniture pad down and it was a non issue. The rental came out to $30 more than the rental I had reserved 3 weeks ago. This location is great but I'm very disappointed in U-Hauls system and will not be able to trust any reservation I make in the future.

A terrible manager at this location with a terrible attitude. I've never left a negative review about a company in my life, until now. As a business owner myself, we pride ourselves on how we treat our clients, with respect. I was blown away at how unprofessional my situation was handled by this UHaul location. My business is in need of trucks/vans, sometimes 2-3 a weekend, and I can safely say that I won't return to UHaul.

The gentleman that helped us was polite and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and walked us through the access procedure. We were even able to leave the truck there instead of dropping it off at another location as originally scheduled. This was extremely helpful.

Customer service was poor. I had ordered online and declined the insurance (which I had email of the order, showing I declined) and once I arrived they added it without my permission. Once, I noticed it, they told me they couldn't remove it because it wouldn't of been on my order if I didn't order it online (manager was very rude, with an attitude) I had to call home office and they told me that it had indeed been added at this location. I won't be doing business at this location again.

The customer service representative never smiled was extremely unfriendly!! I have never seen such a horrible personality that works with the public ever!!! I would never go back there again! She needs to be trained to be pleasant to her customers instead of talking down to them and never smiling!! Absolutely horrible in person and on the phone!

I do wish the smaller truck had cruise control!! 8 hours round trip was hard on the leg! I also do understand for towing reasons to not have it. But maybe a couple without towing and have CC. :-)

The gas tank was at a 1/4 of a tank when I picked it up. Based on this, I would refer a friend to a different Uhaul location but I wouldn't say they should absolutely avoid this location.

Great staff member when I went, elevator and carts for your convenience. Driveway kind of tight but if you know how to drive you'll be alright.

The manager of this location was very rude and unprofessional. There was an issue with my reservation where I was charge double without clause. The manager didn't help and had and an attitude when I asked her to explain. She told me to call customer service and figure it out with them. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would NEVER return and let others know of how this location is ran.

The service was great and the equipment worked perfectly. The only complaint I have is that I paid for the dolly to help me move stuff and it wasn't there. Apart from that, all good.

I was scheduled to return the truck I rented yesterday at 10 pm, my plan was to move my things into the storage unit I reserved yesterday. As I began unloading the truck and moved a few things up to the storage unit the facility locked me out and I was unable to get my things into my storage unit and had to leave my couch, my bed and my vanity next to the elevator out in the open and my bins of clothes next to my actually storage unit inside. The office was closed and no one was available on the phones to tell me what to do. I'm about to go back to the facility now hopefully my things are still there.

Other than the rental difficulties BEFORE we picked the van up at this location, the person who assisted us was outstanding and very helpful The van was ok, though it did smell like male urine inside a bit of Febreze and wiping all surfaces down with Armor-all seemed to do the trick. In all fairness, I know he didnt have time to do it himself because of the issues we had with reservations- so it wasn't staged.

The equipment seemed fine at first but the truck lost some power and the check engine light came on the last 30 miles of my trip. It got me home fine but the I can't say there were absolutely no problems with the truck.

I was told that I could drop a one way uhaul at this location, however when I got there to store my items I was told thatI would hv to take my uhaul to another location. I was also td that a lock was provided, however there was no lock, and the office had already closed for the day. It was a huge inconvenience

The self drop off was not so easy. I parked the van in the same place I picked it up, locked it and dropped the box. then I went to my car to do the drop off on my phone. Didn't have the app downloaded, had lots of problems with that. Went home to try it on my computer, still no luck., called customer service and after an hour wait was told that I had to do it all before dropping the keys off and that could not use the photos of of the mileage, fuel level, and outside of the van. It was really disappointing that I was charged 20$

I am upset because when I rented the unit they said I would be refunded any days not used. I literally paid for a whole month in advance when I moved out. NOTHING was refunded. Because I was misled - will not use again.

Have a functioning dropbox. We returned the truck at midnight, two hours ahead of time, but there was no dropbox for the key. We left the truck but had to drive the key back up there the next morning. Gas prices are too high for that. Lol

The truck was is horrible repair. The drivers mirrors were broke making it. The were dangling on the side and would not stay in place. Extremely dangerous to use. The passenger door would not close properly. During the ride it would open. There were little x stickers on outside lock and handle indicating a problem but the still rented this truck. Unacceptable equipment.

10" box truck what a lot of miles and had seen a lot of rough treatment with minimal to no maintenance. Drivers sun visor was torn off, drivers seat cushion listing to the door side badly, door mirrors on drive side frozen in place, ignition switch would not allow key to turn to on position, drivers window crank missing nob. Many signs of little or no maintenance between rentals. .

I am only giving this a poor rating because I rented a truck one day and used 6 miles which breaks down to be replaced around a gallon so to be safe I put a gallon and a half in I then in turn was charged 17 or 4 gallons of gas when I only drive 6 miles!!!!!

I typically do not provide negative input, but the initial reservation over the phone was great. Very helpful young man. Picking up and dropping off we're VERY unorganized. The facility we dropped the vehicle off at was very dirty and if customers have to come in, that would be a concern of mine if I were in a leadership role at Uhaul. I hope you can use this feedback to make positive, impactful changes. The young man at the storage unit was very helpful. The staff at the drop off center were helpful as well but they should have a better facility to work from. I am sure they are doing the best they can. Merci

As I was viewing my storage unit. I saw a dead mice a few units down and it made me hesitant about renting the unit. This why I sad no to the facility being clean and well maintained. Other than that the guy on duty was polite and very helpful.

The owner was amazing. We had a minor issue with water in our unit. She handled it like a freind would. I would recommend uhaul just because her. Other then that everything went as good as it could have. Still haven't resolved the insurance issue but I believe it will go just as smooth.

Tishara was excellent. I called while still on the road to verify space and time. She went out of her way to locate a closer drop off point for the trailer after I dropped off load at her storage facility. She explained everything and made my move that much easier after a 12 hr trip. Cressily was also helpful once I got storage space and explained how to use card etc.

Within two months of renting a U-Haul twice, booking in advance doesn't work. Apparently you can get scheduled by centralized service, come to the location and they don't have what you need because the manager has not trained employees how to update storage units and U-Haul trucks for customers. Too bad they have them available but as a customer I can't get in until it's submitted in the system. Very poor experiences and causing extra delays in time in finances when hiring labor to move/unpack.

We had a 26 foot truck with an auto transport and could barely get to our unit. Then the check in process was so complicated because we weren't given an explanation first. We had the most stressful experience at a storage unit than I ever thought possible.

The person at the counter was exceptionally polite and helpful. Don't recall his name but he made our first experience with a UHaul storage center very smooth and easy.

Accounting department needs to be improved. Receiving invoices with a due date within 5-day is not practical. This caused many issues with our account to where we received numerous lien notices over the years that were unnecessary. We resulted in having to pay multiple months in advance to offset the the payment window.
