fix your app and website. i used printed instructions to set up account (so i could drop off after hours) and encountered all kinds of errors. i double checked my work. issue is in your end. these issues resulted in me having to call customer service to check out. i still was charged for an extra day, which i had to call again to get a refund for. overall, poor customer experience....all because your IT team failed. fix itDAVID K.

The truck was not full when I received it. I made not after right after I left that the tank was at 7/8 full and I took a picture of it. I went 20 miles, and put in nearly $12 in gas. The gentleman who checked me in graciously knocked off $10 of my charge after seeing my gas receipt and the # of miles I drove. I was appreciative and left a very satisfied customer.DOUGLAS S.

Yesterday morning I went online to rent the truck for pick up a few hours later. Lots of trucks available! I ordered a furniture dolly, and after he completed the check out he told us they did not have one. The charge remained on our bill. We drove the truck 1 mile down the road and my brother told me we didn't need it. We called 10 minutes after we drove it off the property and said we would be returning the truck (we are emptying out my mom's home - she just died) and they said there would be no return of money. They couldn't process it in the computer. I received the final bill and the $7 charge for the furniture dolly is still on there. Here is why you should not rent from these people: 1. Incompetent. Charging us for equipment they didn't have and STILL haven't removed the charge. 2. Greedy: When someone is in our situation there has to be a way to give some kind of credit. We are small business owners and we do NOT treat our customers this way because big picture we want them to come back. They cannot argue that they kept the rental income because they lost the ability to rent it to someone else. There were plenty of trucks on the lot. Take your U-Haul business to the location at 614 Keith Drive. These folks operate their business with the customer in mind and go the extra mile every time we use them. This location on the other hand is run haphazardly and with no concern for the customer.DAVID K.

I have rented from this location before and they were fine. This time Uhaul messed up and we were chnaged to this location from one without mobile check in which I booked. This was a total pain and a waste of precious time. The truck we rented here was not operating well and jerked on occasion and the brakes had trouble stopping the truck. Also I drove like 25 miles but was charged for 5 gallons plus of gas. Come on!!! That is crazy. This truck only gets 5 miles per gallon is what u r saying. Not a great experience.Kimberley K.
I told them I would be there between 5-7pm to get the truck the guy assured me it would be there and ready. When I arrived the truck was not there. I was not offered another truck and was told that I would have to wait or go to another location. I have rented 4 trucks from uhaul in the past year and never had a issue until this time. The manager or general manager at this location was rude and basically told me I could go elsewhere. This was not a good reflection for this company as I am a store manager for a corporate store.JASON T.

The person at Uhaul I rented the Van from was very personable and helpful and answered all my questions. Van ran great! However, when I called at 6:45pm in an effort to return the van, Blake was not helpful and almost rude when I asked questions about an after-hours return.
