Hi Jarold, There was only one concern. The night I moved out I noticed a couple sitting by the bathroom area for couple hours after 7:30 pm. They had a meal, and the guy was in and out the front doors going out to smoke. They left to somewhere inside the storage area and advised us about how to keep the door from closing. Not sure if they spent the night inside a unit or not. The lady was in a wheelchair.

PAUL MI used mobile app pickup which was Terrible!!! I spent 20 minutes in my car completing same data that I entered when reserving, then got kicked out. I went in to complete my transaction in person, and they had me complete the reservation in the app. This process took almost an hour inside walking through the app with an employee!!!! I expected the pickup to take 5 minutes using the mobile app, but instead was stuck at the location for over an hour. The App experience was repetitive and confusing, which prolonged the process instead of making it quicker. Overall my pickup was over an hour leaving my helpers sitting around and waiting. Never again!!!

david kI wanted a pickup but the person who had it wasn't returning it, they could not get a hold of her. the truck they gave me, had a low tire sensor alert for the front left tire, they filled it. they said it had a quarter of a tank of gas, as I was driving to my location, I noticed it was not a quarter but an 1/8, I almost ran out of fuel. As I was completing my task, the low tire pressure alert came back on. I told them all this when I got back to the store, I suggested taking it out of service to get that tire checked, it may have a slow leak. One last thing, the paperwork said I need to return with a quarter tank of fuel, which I did, unlike when I picked the vehicle up

Scott SI was told to come back the following day for assistance loading my car on the dolly to ensure that the car was attached properly. When I came back the next day, I did not receive help with information on how to load my car on the dolly. The staff member did the quick attach of the trailer to the Uhaul and went back inside without providing info on how to attach or to help. I understand it was cold outside, but peace of mind that the car was attached properly would have been nice. I was also told that the truck would have cruise control, but it did not. Made the 17 hour trip pretty hard

I got the first month free which was a huge plus for me/and beyond nice and amazing. Then you can add insurance and get the after hour availability option, which was also a huge plus. The unit was super clean and I couldn't recommend renting from U-haul enough. When you're in a pinch, this place was beyond awesome. I could drive right into the garage area and the unit was super easy to get into. Thank you U-haul!!

ameer NA big thanks to Jared and his team. At first attempt to install the hitch, one bolt twisted off. They immediately advised me to delay further install until I could free up all the bolts, since they predicted more trouble that they couldn't deal with with their equipment. If they would have twisted off more bolts, it would have cost a bundle to have them drilled out. With 3 days effort and lots of penetrating oil, I was able to free the bolts and install the hitch. Then, Jared checked my work, installed the wiring harness and verified its functions. Good job!!

luis jThe overall process was fairly simple but the location looked kinda rough inside. When I walked in there were three guys just sittin around waiting for something to happen. The place really looked messy and disorganized. They also forgot to give me my hitch ball, draw bar and pin. I had to ask.

Peter LI didn't receive a printed copy of my contract or a printed sales receipt when I finished paying. I was old their printer wasn't working. Also, the fuel tank was nearly empty. Stopping for fuel resulted in going over my allotted miles and I was charged extra when I returned the truck.

No time is posted to state how long before the doors automatically close. Also the eyes that are supposed to detect if anything/anyone is in the way of the door are not properly aligned on any of the doors and are mostly at a 45° angle so they have no way of properly detecting anything. Also management chose to communicate mostly via text which I found to be odd and a bit sketchy. Along with the fact that the garage door situation that occurred we contacted law enforcement for an incident report which the manager should have done as it was his property. Overall not a bad experience but definitely not one I want to have again.

Staff was friendly and helpful on check-in. The only concerns were that the garbage really needs to be emptied on the particular day were were there, and when we had a question the intercom was not answered and we had to go back to the office to ask. This was not a major concern and as a general rule we would highly recommend U-Haul storage. We also were happy that a lock was provided on check-in and we didn't have to run out and buy one. The system seems to be very well organized.

Now I will go tomorrow I am not paying anything extra because had they bothered to call me and actually talk to me this would not be happening. Now I need to get the rest of my things out on Tuesday and I will need a truck I better not have any trouble. Also they left a blue metal object that when I went to leave and because it was small I did not see it and it's probably damaged my car but I saw others that were put up by building to get them out of the way.

The 10x10 requires contact with a CSR to rent while the smaller units were entirely contactless and automated almost instantaneously. Otherwise I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!
FRANCIS L | Online Move InI have used Uhaul in the past and have never dealt with someone so rude. Who ever worked yesterday when I came to get my storage unit at 2pm was very unprofessional. He was on a personal call when I walked in and continued to talk to them for a few minutes before telling the person to call them back because he had a customer as if I was an inconvenience to his time. He then proceeded to require a second contact name and number. Not once before have I had to provide this since I am a single adult. He then told me it was company policy to have 2 contacts. I get thay is normal in most cases cases but the fact that I had to provide my mother's information who lives in Florida was demeaning to say the least. Then when it came time to get my storage unit that was reserved he told me that just because something is reserved does not mean you actually have one. So after I just drove 17 hours I was told that I would just have to wait a unit to become available or use one they have which is a larger size. So originally my climate controlled 10 × 15 was 145 a month and the only one available that day was a 16 × 20 which was close to 300 dollars. I can't give the exact amount because he would not give me a receipt. He said it would be emailed. Still haven't received the email for that even though I ask for one. Once I had finished unloading my 20ft truck I asked for the receipt and to show that I had turned it in in the 19th since I was told the price of the truck was by day. He again refused to give me a receipt and told me it doesn't matter you aren't going to save any money any way. I have worked in customer service jobs before and I get people have bad days. But this man was rude, demeaning, and honestly just lazy. I will continue to call customer service until I speak to someone about this because never before have I been treated so poorly for no reason at all.

It is simple now that I now the process, but it was very frustrating not knowing what to do and having an alarm sound when we opened the doors. Also, there should be a much easier way to remove the zip-tie during your 1st entry into the storage units.

By far this is the best UHaul experience I've had, in the 30+ years I have rented in various parts of the country. Quite happy we have storage space with this particular facility -- enclosed loading bays, massive amount of storage spaces, security/climate controlled -- simply the best!

I got a whole story about how they don't know how I got my quote, even through the agreement clearly shows they quote me differently from what they expect me to pay. Great storage but you'll have to wait long for service and the price will change on you.

Also, I moved out of the unit after hours. I Called U-Haul the next morning to finalize My move out. I was told I must come in person to check out. I drove across town on My lunch hour. The man asked my name clicked on a button and said ok you are checked out. SERIOUSLY???? That couldn't havE been done without my trip across town He didn't check the unit or anything. I was frustrated especially when you add the lack of credit for the U-Haul lock.
