I had an issue freeing up the location of my smart phone to communicate with UHaul. I followed your instructions and found them inadequate. I called local names given on building and did not hear back for an hour and half. Called 800 number and waited on hold for 25 minutes. Was quickly given solution to my smart phone issue through 800 operator. That tells me your website solution to my location issue could be improved. I recognize that my smart phone being smarter than I am is a big part of the issue, but the poor response time was very frustrating. I do appreciate the manager extending the time I was able to use the truck an extra hour to make up for a portion of the time I lost.David M.

The pick up area I was not able to get any internet service and everything was supposed to be done on line. The odometer was unreadable because the check oil signal was on. The phone contact was very helpful but I would of preferred not to have needed it, the van was smaller than I thought it would be and I could of used a truck cheaper. I would of switched to a truck if there was an option when I picked up the vanLinda P.

Pick up and drop off were very difficult. My cell signal was poor (I have Sprint) so I had to wander around the parking lot until I could get it to work. The first van I got into had a low tire so I had to call customer service. Between pick up and drop off I spent almost an hour.Heather M.

It said it was open 24 hours a day, but no one was there the day of my drop off. And, I called for two days after my drop off, to inform them of my drop off, but no one ever answered the phone. This location is not really open 24 hours per day, in my opinion.Stanley Y.

It would have not come cost me an additional 4,50 $ in extra mileage had they had the vehicle at the location I requested on the south side of the city. This I found to be a sneaky way to get more money out of me. I will not be using a I haul by booking it online again in the future.Pamela W.

I recommend that when a Uhaul truck has a cracked windshield that you do not loan it to a customer. On 12/27/2017, I rented a 15 foot vehicle. When I went in the cab, I saw a 6" crack in the windshield. There were four stickers on the crack indicating that four other people saw this crack. The outside temperature was 1 degree. As I drove the vehicle, in the first mile the crack grew to over 2 foot long. I promptly returned the vehicle. The vehicle should not have been loaned out to a customer in this condition but should have been repaired.Thomas S.

I had a very bad experience at the time I rented the U-Haul. It was me and my service dog. We were left stranded and the U-Haul people were more than considerate to me. I am 65 yrs. old and couldn't get help from anyone. I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone else treated me like dirt, but didn't hesitate to take my money.Karen N.
