I didn't not have a problem with this location. I had a problem with your overall service. I confirmed at one location and after I got to that location had a text to show you changed my location without asking if it was ok or if I had a problem with it. Then when I got to this location after checking in online, etc. I had to wait another 30 minutes or more with no one in front of me but because your system crashed and everything had to be completed again. It was very frustrating for myself and your staff. They could not help other customers or myself although they kept trying different ways of doing it.Ryan W.

Computer system went down all day, brought back before 5:00 (10 minutes early but doors all locked. Eventually Tony came out and explained the situation and told us to just drop the keys in drop box and will contact tomorrow if any issues. No issues. Thanks Tony!Gregory D.

Deliver boxes with goods earlier in the day rather than later. Since the pick-up is the following day, it just makes sense so there isn't a rush for unloading and any movers you have to help aren't left doing nothing.Wendy W.
Before returning truck I made sure there was fuel back where it was when they gave it to me I went straight there so fuel was there they charged me for fuel .they sent me fuel gauge it was not true I should have taken a picture they overcharged me they charged 131 for what I dont knowCynthia I.

I was notified by the pick up location employee that I would receive 40 $reimbursement if I returned the trailer to the Chandler location. I drive an hour away to deliver to Chandler only to be told I won't get the reimbursement. Uhaul is a huge disappointment.JOSHUA T.

If you're going to charge me to rent your vehicle make sure the engine light is not on in the tire sensor light it's not on. They told me it was a half a tank of gas in it and I had to bring it back with a half a tank a gas in it but when I got in it it was less than a half a tank a gas.Tracy S.

None of the employees I interacted with wore masks. There is still a state mandate. The trucks sun visor was broken and hung down and had to be moved to the side so it didn't obstruct my vision while driving. The truck only blew hot air from the vents; no air conditioning. No cool air at all. The handle to roll the window up and down was broken. The check engine light was on the entire time.Jennifer R.
Front end steering was horrible on my truck. The lady who checked me out in the morning had the personality of a rock. She was rude and condescending. When we went to return the truck, a gentleman told my wife to move our personal vehicle. He said she was blocking a spot and then drove the vehicle he was in to the other side of the lot and by the time we felt there was still nothing in the original spot. The gentleman who check me in was nice and friendly, so that's a plus.Christopher C.

My truck smelled like an ashtray and it looked like one too. The people were friendly and helpful.Roshele J.
Do NOT recommend the Uhaul located at Young's Family Furnishings. That was where my original reservation was made for. I go there to find it's inside a rundown, dirty mall and no one is there. After over an hour I finally had located the Uhaul off in a back corner by itself but no way to get the keys. Luckily a guy named Tony at the second place was very kind and was able to get us a different Uhaul. The truck he gave us was apparently the only one left, and it was in the absolute worst shape imaginable. It was dirty, grimy, and stuff was falling apart. The sun shield kept falling down as we drove it. The main issue for me was the owner of Youngs not being at the store. I even tried calling 2 different phone numbers that were listed, both of which said they were disconnected. Tony said he knew about all the issues with Young's, but Uhaul hasn't done anything about it. Even with corporates kind response to my issue, it has still left a bitter taste. Until they make the wise decision to get rid of Young's as a distributor (as well as keeping their trucks in decent shape), I don't know if I'll keep choosing Uhaul over Budget or not.Sarah B.

This was bad because i gave them money the deposit plus the amount of the truck when i returned the truck in four hours not 24 and only droved 40miles i only got back 35 dollars that was bull @$!# i gave them 120 dollars had the truck for 4 hours and 40 miles and it was one of the smallest truck they had im done no moreOTIS W.

I did all the online check in just for an associate to tell me to come in and they basically did everything i had already done. Took picture of ID, scanned the back, etc. Box of the truck was filthy. Dolly was not secured at all and I see they charged me for using it even though I purchased my own dolly and was using it. My friend did mistakenly use the dolly at one point because it was just out in the open of the truck so he assumed I had rented it. Had it not been loose in the truck, that slip up would have never happened. Truck also had a terrible shake to it. Probably should get that one checked out.Jared L.

We initially were supposed to get the auto transport from the Castleton store. We had an appointment for Sunday morning. We showed up and there was no trailer. That's when they sent us to the East Washington store. We lost 90 minutes toward a 14 hour trip and it was snowing and hazardous. Had we left on time it would not have been hazardous. I wrote an email to the manager of the Castleton store and have not heard back. This is not typical of the customer experience you haul tries to maintain. I would appreciate some consideration for the time we lost and at least a commensurate adjustment of our bill. MerciANNE R.
No employees wearing masks upon entry, and woman setting me up with truck did not provide any details about what I needed to do before driving off. Only when I asked on my way out the door did she actually mention that I needed to walk around the vehicle and confirm condition using my phone.
