I was transferred to this location only after going to my reservation at the Greenfield Location to be told they didn't have the trailer I reserved 3 weeks prior and was not informed they were not going to be able to complete my reservation. Extremely delayed in our moving process by at least 2 hours not to mention the amount of gas to drive to a completely different location. I was extremely disappointed in the whole process and the response from the traffic manager. Will definitely look into a different company for our rental needs in the future.Chee S.

I highly recommend looking for better quality people to be in management positions. The lady that I assume is the store manager at this location yelled at me to take my mask off. We are in the middle of a serious pandemic and she wanted to jeopardize my safety and the safety of others. I also saw her interact with other customers and she was extremely rude with them as well. From what I could tell with how she was with the other employees in the store she is extremely rude with them as well. Not exactly the type of person that should be management if she is not a people person in an industry where she has to deal with people all day.Peter K.
My pickup location was changed 24 hours before my move which was very inconvenient but luckily still worked with my movers' schedule. The customer service was also not great as the person working was rather unfriendlyEvelyn A.

I pay for 24 hour access I was there late at night management called the cops on me I pay for 24-hour access and 24 hour storage so I should be allowed to be there anytime of the night or anytime of the day and not feel like the cops are going to come arrest me I got work to do and places to be at the reason why I got this unit was because it was 24 hour access that's how it was advertised I want my money backJake S. | Premières impressions
Location and employees where great. My problem was I reserved an enclosed trailer and when I arrived it wasn't there. Got what you had left which was an open trailer to move my daughter from I.U and it rained on furniture. Not happy ðŸ˜'Marvin N.

Delivery and pickup of pods was excellent. Communication at storage facility when I needed to access my pods 1 day was sub par. I called the customer service # the day before (waited on hold for 30 minutes) to schedule pod access, but storage location had no idea when I arrived. Not sure if that was customer service not properly relaying info, or storage facility missing something. Also had to wait on hold for hour when I called customer service # to request pods be delivered from storage to my new house.Joshua H.

I was told to go to a location 18 miles further away because my preferred location didn't have the right truck. I was also told about this change 30 minutes the morning of my pickup time. At the new location, I was told I still had to pay mileage for the distance I drove, despite it being U-Haul faults for changing it and inconveniencing me 18 miles one way. I feel like that is not my responsibility to pay for mileage because it's not my fault I had to go to a different location. Tire pressure was low upon starting vehicle and employee was not understanding of customer. No discounts or accommodations were provided. Terrible experience.Juliana L.
The catalytic converter had apparently been cut off of truck and they rented it to us anyway. Check engine light stayed on the whole time. Though it's not this stores fault, I would suggest no one use the online service through a rep. Called and made my reservation for the Greenfield store. He states he did not have a truck but would put my info in the System. We get a text telling us to go to the e Washington store BUT it was the wrong address. When we get there after locating new location we discovered the system sent us again to wrong location. We needed to be 20+ miles away at the castleton location. U-Haul has become ridiculous. It was difficult to get in touch with anybody: Unable to locate anybody or teach on the phone to return truck. I was on hold for a hour and then was disconnected. The check in process and check out was not user friendly and we probably won't be using this location again.David G.

I was overcharged for miles that I didn't use. The lady at the front desk (general manager) said that the guy who gets the returned trucks likes to lie and up charge people for miles they didn't drive. Now, I have to dispute false charges that he made.Aneela C.

Have employees that greet the customer, give the customer their attention, talk/communicate with customer. Absolutely NO customer service what-so-ever. Bob, the man that checked my truck in was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all. I am 66 years old with mobility problems. He suggested that I climb up in the truck and gather the furniture pads so I could fold them. I could not climb up in the truck so he threw the pads for me to fold. He did not email my receipt so I had to go in and get a printed receipt from the manager.SUZANNERAY S.

Called office twice today - no one answers. Corporate finally answered and said they'd have my local facility contact me. Still nothing. May just cancel and go somewhere else. You canceled my first reservation less than 24 hours before we had to pick it up with no explanation other than it just wasn't available. You told us there were no options within 100 miles. You left us hanging. We were able to get a truck later that afternoon at 4:30 PM. Our intention was to be done by that time. Original pick up time was 9:00 AM. There are plenty of other options to use next time. We will not be returning to U-Haul.SEAN D.

The truck was disgusting and apparent it had not been cleaned! And I was told they do not lock their trucks because it would cost them more to fix the possible damages if one of the homeless people could cause if they really wanted to get into their trucks! So sometimes homeless people sometimes get them and sleep! This completely disgusted me and I will share this information and I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!Tiara B.

Truck drove very rough. Had to hold steering whee Tight with both hands. Person checked us in dropping truck off was friendly and helpful. Lady checking us out Was a bit abrupt but ok. Trucks need more leg room It was tough for tall man to drive with knees up and couldn't move legs. Have rented uhauls for years and will continue to do so.Nicolas P.
The staff at this location was amazing. Mr. Boles and the team were prompt, courteous and respectful. The stench of weed in the truck was overpowering at first. I ran with the windows down the entire rental. I don't blame this on the team or UHaul, but some people are just idiots.Robert F.

I reserved a 2 day car transport trailer online for another location, and was told I had to rent one from this location. When I arrived the older female employee started complaining to the other employee that I should only be able to have it for 24 hours and not the 48 hours I rented it for. The car trailer they rented to me also had a bald tire on it. I will not be renting from this location again as long as that employee woks there. Looking at the Google reviews for this location that same employee has treated other customers poorly as well.Henry H.
