Nothing I can think of that really needs to be improved upon! I was very impressed by the young man's willingness to help and he was also really pleasant and friendly! I think his name was Jake? Either way, a true asset to your company! Merci!

HEATHER NThe covered 5x 8 trailer was really old and it showed it but it worked and we had no problems! Also the right side turn light could barely be seen.Did not see this until well into trip. This is not good! I pointed it out to the Carrollton checking personnel!
DALE LI am left with the feeling that my virtual check was not the last step. I don't have assurance that the transaction is closed completely. I dropped the truck off and there wasn't a person there to close out the rental. I was hesitant to leave feedback yesterday, because it felt too soon. Today I thought I would hear back from someone. Other than that it was an excellent trouble-free rental and the equipment was in good condition. All dings and scratches were clearly marked in advance - so it was obvious if there would have been new damage

jonas fJamie was awesome to work with and made my rental a breeze. She came right up to us during the drop off and seamlessly returned the rental without even stepping foot inside. I would absolutely do another rental from this location in the future.

Analiese DA/C stopped working. Would have liked to get a discount for that. It's 104 today so I couldn't move much. The door latch got stuck and wouldn't release to come back down. Paid full price for a few hiccups in my moving.
PAUL BThe uhaul APP is not user friendly it is easier to go to the counter, however, Customer service is lacking at this location.
Matthew NThe trailer need more care like 1. One of the tires was low 2. The braking mechanism need care. 3. One of the chains holding the fender is dragging on the tire.

MICHAEL MTell people to get there early on the day of pick up because of the long line. I had to wait in even though I'd gone in days earlier and set up the appointment.
RANDOLPH MStood in line for 15 minutes. That wasn't that bad part. It was the slow... lacsidasical and apathetic attitude of the employees. Evidently, they're used to people standing in line because no one seemed to have a sense of urgency. I felt like I was at the Department of Motors Vehicles getting my driver's license renewed. Hire homeschooled kids, or put a fire under their asses, but make it go faster. 5 minutes or less is all it should take. That's it. If that attitude is apparent in the employees, then that attitude comes from a higher authority.
ERIK JWe liked that we could get in at any time, and that it lit up as we walked through. Also so safe, in that we had to activate a card when going in, then if someone didn't de-activate their card, an alarm would go off. Very safe and convenient.

Recommended that I go down the street to another place instead of offering other options. But the other guys were very normal and helpful. Very laid back and friendly.
SHERION JWe went to move in and when we opened the door to the unit an alarm went off. We went to the front and asked and we were told that it's ok it happened and it would stop in about 15 seconds. We did not know that we should have a swipe card and need to swipe in every time we go in. The staff is great it would just be better if we would have been told everything first. It would be better if the instructions were in the online check in.

James JI drove a U-Haul rental 1-way from Edmond, Ok. to Houston, Tx. About an hour after leaving Edmond, Ok, the ac went out on the truck. I spoke to one of the U-Haul employees in Houston, Tx when I dropped off the truck. I told me to reach back out to the U-Haul rental in Edmond where I rented the truck from because they should have mad sure everything was working properly before turning the truck over to me to us. Merci

James NThey purposely gave me the worst truck they had because I wasn't returning it to them, but to another store. They said as much as they used box tape to hold the key chain together before giving it to me. They said it wasn't their problem and snickered. After I drove off the lot, the windshield is absolute garbage. I felt like I was wearing someone else's prescription glasses. It made defensive driving impossible.

Trevor LThere were a bunch of rental trucks parked in the return area making it difficult to park in the designated area when returning the trailer we rented. The staff was quick to respond and direct us to an alternate area of the lot. Not a big deal, but blocking the return area was somewhat of a hassle when we were hot and tired!

Te'a YOne of the tires had chunks out of it, should never be allowed to be rented. I have pictures of you would like. Unfortunately I didn't notice until we were on the road and it started going flat. Was able to put some air in it every time we stopped for gas.

ON THE APP IT SAID RENTAL OF TRUCK WAS GOING TO BE 18?.??; but when I was having issue with app and called customer service they said it would be same cost as app. We used credit card and when the statement came in it was $300. I called to get it resolved, but they said that the call recording didn't confirm my statement. If they'd fix their damned app and get everything straight, then maybe they'd get a good rating. But until then he'll no!! I got screwed out of money and they believe they're in the right. Guess that's how they run business. Not for me ever again!!!

Tamera A | Premières impressionsWhen I rented the unit and was given the "max" card, the employee took me to where you use your card to turn off the alarm to your unit and showed me how to swipe the card but it didn't work as the computer probably hasn't had time to activate it yet. While doing that, I noticed the hours of operation were till 10pm. I asked the employee if we could access it after hours and he had told me yes, it was 24/7 access now that they had the security system. I felt relieved as my help wouldn't be available till about 4am. So we drive to the unit and looked all over to find a machine that would swipe out card and once found, I swiped it but the screen said to call office and it wouldn't give me access. When looking at the sign close to the card machine, it said that there wasn't access to your units until 5am. I was so tired from driving 6 hours etc that I got furious. Why would the employer tell me I could get in my unit any time with my card then I show up exhausted at 415am or so to hare to wait another 45mins to get in my unit. I spoke with the employee later that day and he said he didn't say that but I have 2 witness, 1 with me and 1 on the phone that heard him say it too. I was not happy. Then, I turn in the truck I rented on time and go home and was notified by my phone I had a $63 additional charge on my card I did not authorize. $33 for going over mileage that I did not know I had a limit as it was an out of state one way rental and a $25 cleaning fee as there was something green on the inside of the cargo area that was absolutely not caused by me. I own nothing green, has no green paint or stain to have caused that plus I moved the same load of belongings in a chair from that location to where I came back from with no green anything again and there was bo charge for cleaning due to something green being inside the cargo area. I called you to explain that I was never told I had a mileage limit going to the out of state town nor told I had a limit coming back from that out of state town. The cleaning fee isn't even debatable. I've ran over $1000 through your locations within a month and a half and feel I've paid you well what it was worth. Therefore I'm disputing the $63 unauthorized charge with my.bank if you won't credit me that back and you guys can work that out. To that end, I will never seek out rental equipment, vehicles or storage from you again and will never recommend you to anyone as I feel I was treated unfairly and charged an amount behind my back that is not justified. I was supposed to be contacted this morning from a regional supervisor regarding this matter but that time has come and gone. Thank you for reading. 1
