Give the young man that hooked up my trailer and unhooked it for me yesterday April 14th, 5:00 pm, Edmond Ok. He was very polite and seemed happy with his job. That's a brutal job for your BACK anything dealing with U-Haul is going to cause you back problems. I'm hiring movers for this point forward.

The original uhaul place is still located on Google maps. I had gone to the one further north on Broadway. Of course it was not there, I was confused. I finally figured it was just down the road on Broadway, that location was second on the list of uhaul on Google.

There wasn't anyone in the store. When I called the location the people seemed irritated that I called to find someone to help me. The lady announced loudly: WE WERE SORRY NO ONE WAS HERE TO HELP YOU, WE WERE OUTSIDE HELPING CUSTOMES. They were extremely rude. Could work on the customer service and at least attempt to be friendly. the UHAUL was clean so that was a plus

Trailer was old, rusted, and the vinyl wrap was ripping off. The trailer didn't seem to track hugely well, but I also don't have experience pulling a single axle trailer, so that could have been the issue. Customer service was lacking, location was quiet and everyone who worked there didn't seem to want to be there. The lady who helped me in dropping it off was nice and as enthusiastic as expected in that line of work, but everyone else acted inconvenienced by the presence of customers.

I had mobile check in. The truck did not have the key where it was noted online. One employee wouldn't acknowledge that I was there and when I asked a question, condescending attitude. Same employee at return.

Don't lie to customers, don't scam customers. Employee at rental marked half tank. Truck was just under a 1/4 tank. Asked him to fix it on paper and he said he didn't need to and I needed to take the picture and everything would be fine. Returned truck with just under a 1/4 tank and was told they were going to charge me almost $60 for gas regardless and the picture was blurry. Manager told me if I went and put a gallon in he would wave the gas charge and just so happened to leave in the 3 minutes I was gone. Put 2 gallons in the tank showed up and provided receipt. Was charged anyways. Horrible management and business. Go anywhere else. Never had an issue like this at any other location.

Improve or upgrade the U-Haul App. It was difficult to navigate at best and non- responsive at worst, during multiple attempts to report issues, update my status and edit my rental. I could not even pay storage rent that was due.

The entire drop off process was outside so I can't rate cleanliness but this form forced me to to allow submitting. We do not like that the entire process is computerized. We were very uncomfortable about leaving what we were responsible for without a receipt stating that we returned it, that we stayed within the allowed mileage, that we replaced the gas, that there was absolutely no damage to the truck or to the appliance dolly and that the truck was handed in clean and swept. We were told that they would email the receipt but over two hours later we still did not have it. We called and told the man that we did not have it yet. He said that he had lots of customers that day implying that it would take a while to find us. We told him that we would wait and after a while told him that we were driving back to his location. He found us and announced that he sent the email receipt to us. It arrived and we thanked him.

First off, my truck was not ready when I arrived, the computers were not working properly and I had to wait an extended period, which cut into my time with the 26' truck i had pre-ordered online. Then, what I had pre-ordered did not show up in their system all the way through. Additionally, the bumper of the truck was already damaged and the shocks on the wheels were very bad and it jostled everything I had in the truck with every trip I took. And now, this location or Uhaul in general is trying to charge me a majorly increased amount that I did not approve and I know is not necessary considering I returned the truck with NO additional damage, I filled the gas tank back to the appropriate level that was required, I returned the truck 11 hours before it was due back, and I have still been given NO receipt of what the additional charges are for, so I will be going through my Bank to dispute and refuse the additional charges. All of those things are very unprofessional and very much can be deemed out of functionality - so yes, improvement majorly needed.

Love the new Edmond location. Great staff. It was so busy, but they got me in and out. I do with UHaul would practice some better IT security. I would rent more often. Taking a picture of your driver's license is a BAD practice.

I wouldn't store my lawnmower in that unit, let alone anything I value. The building in the parking lot is in such a terrible state, the parking lot has random vehicles in state of repair, the parking lot has pot holes and accessing the code panel is not convenient - nightmare. Very dodgy indeed and we did not live in. Unit had a terrible smell and ceiling damage and rodent droppings. The location did not feel safe for us to be there after sunset.

I rented one storage building for a couple of days, The staff were very helpful to explain the whole process even setting up the app on my iPhone and walked me to the building to make sure my card key worked properly. I thought it was a smooth operation.

I wanted a drive up unit the entire time I had the storage it was difficult to use because I wasn't able to access my belongings easily. If I had what I was told from the beginning I may have kept the unit. It was a lot more expensive than I was told also to match the size trailer I had at the beginning. I do have exactly what I want now somewhere else.

Whole process was convenient and website was accurate for what size truck would fit into a specific size of storage unit. Ease of access allowed for truck to be unloaded in 2,5 hours when it took 14 hours to load. Overall very good experience

We liked that we could get in at any time, and that it lit up as we walked through. Also so safe, in that we had to activate a card when going in, then if someone didn't de-activate their card, an alarm would go off. Very safe and convenient.

We went to move in and when we opened the door to the unit an alarm went off. We went to the front and asked and we were told that it's ok it happened and it would stop in about 15 seconds. We did not know that we should have a swipe card and need to swipe in every time we go in. The staff is great it would just be better if we would have been told everything first. It would be better if the instructions were in the online check in.

Storage unit was great, but for the truck rental they get ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD RATING AT ALL!!! ON THE APP IT SAID RENTAL OF TRUCK WAS GOING TO BE 18?.??; but when I was having issue with app and called customer service they said it would be same cost as app. We used credit card and when the statement came in it was $300. I called to get it resolved, but they said that the call recording didn't confirm my statement. If they'd fix their damned app and get everything straight, then maybe they'd get a good rating. But until then he'll no!! I got screwed out of money and they believe they're in the right. Guess that's how they run business. Not for me ever again!!!

When I rented the unit and was given the "max" card, the employee took me to where you use your card to turn off the alarm to your unit and showed me how to swipe the card but it didn't work as the computer probably hasn't had time to activate it yet. While doing that, I noticed the hours of operation were till 10pm. I asked the employee if we could access it after hours and he had told me yes, it was 24/7 access now that they had the security system. I felt relieved as my help wouldn't be available till about 4am. So we drive to the unit and looked all over to find a machine that would swipe out card and once found, I swiped it but the screen said to call office and it wouldn't give me access. When looking at the sign close to the card machine, it said that there wasn't access to your units until 5am. I was so tired from driving 6 hours etc that I got furious. Why would the employer tell me I could get in my unit any time with my card then I show up exhausted at 415am or so to hare to wait another 45mins to get in my unit. I spoke with the employee later that day and he said he didn't say that but I have 2 witness, 1 with me and 1 on the phone that heard him say it too. I was not happy. Then, I turn in the truck I rented on time and go home and was notified by my phone I had a $63 additional charge on my card I did not authorize. $33 for going over mileage that I did not know I had a limit as it was an out of state one way rental and a $25 cleaning fee as there was something green on the inside of the cargo area that was absolutely not caused by me. I own nothing green, has no green paint or stain to have caused that plus I moved the same load of belongings in a chair from that location to where I came back from with no green anything again and there was bo charge for cleaning due to something green being inside the cargo area. I called you to explain that I was never told I had a mileage limit going to the out of state town nor told I had a limit coming back from that out of state town. The cleaning fee isn't even debatable. I've ran over $1000 through your locations within a month and a half and feel I've paid you well what it was worth. Therefore I'm disputing the $63 unauthorized charge with my.bank if you won't credit me that back and you guys can work that out. To that end, I will never seek out rental equipment, vehicles or storage from you again and will never recommend you to anyone as I feel I was treated unfairly and charged an amount behind my back that is not justified. I was supposed to be contacted this morning from a regional supervisor regarding this matter but that time has come and gone. Thank you for reading. 1
