This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had moving with Uhaul. I just have spoke with 12 individuals from 800 Uhaul online, Ethics department, store managers, clerks, and maybe 2 individuals were pleasant and willing to assist my family and I. Hey ur storage reservation was secured wrong by representative, the services that were supposed to be available were not available putting the safety of my family at risk. The size of the storage that I reserved and was forced to down grade to a unit that almost didn’t fit the capacity of my goods. We were threatened by the staff. Worst experience ever.

When I picked up the vehicle, the branch manager and other employee was helpful. Upon returning the vehicle, is when zzz I encountered problems. The vehicle was returned Friday night at 7:30 pm. The keys was given to the employee . I received an email Sunday, that the vehicle had been returned on Sunday at 9:22 am. So I was charged for a vehicle that had been returned on FRIDAY! The employee who assisted us with this was very unhelpful. Will never rent again

Honestly, I’ve rented several Uhaul’s over the years. This was the most efficient & friendly service I’ve ever received. The young man who assisted me was at the very end of his shift, yet his positive & happy personality left me feeling good! Great people skills and exceptional customer service!

I was very disappointed in the Safe Drive online services. I was gravely inconvenienced because due the lack of communication on the part of the online agents. Please ensure that all online reservations are verified with the appropriate locations.

I encountered some unprofessional conduct during my experience. Twice they posted a late fee when they failed to deduct the payment; I had to call headquarters twice. I feel being I closed out account a few days after making a payment, I should've been refunded

Find a way to not charge your customers for mileage and still expecting them to maintain gas out of pocket as well... If they have already put gas in the vehicle and brought it back in a timely manner with no hassle nor holding up the vehicle for the convenience of other fellow consumers then why are we paying per mileage when gas is already fulfilled back to or over what the mileage was on prior to the one using the vehicle? Smh HIGHWAY ROBBERY... ALWAYS

Shanita at intake was extremely pleasant and very competent in her knowledge of the rental process. She explained everything thoroughly! I was pleased with the vehicle as well. It was clean and very easy to handle. I would definitely use this facility if I or anyone in my family were to move again!

I made a payment in January and your records stating that I didn’t I went to my storage and was unable to get in it had a lock on it and I’m not pleased paying my money for something and the person steals my hard earned money but I’m moving my things out

Long wait times, up to nearly an hour with a reservation and was forced to return the truck after a few hours due to malfunctioning breaks. Still waiting to hear from a manager.

I rent a truck at least once a month. This past Friday on January 31st I rented a truck and as I was driving, I heard something that sound like it was sparking, but I never saw anything. A police stopped me and told me thatI had a plug hanging from the hood. I looked under the hood and jumper cables and battery was hooked up to the battery. The police told me it was a very dangerous situation. I asked a guy would he remove it for me, he did. I was so nervous about what could have happened. I did call UHaul to report it!

I reserved a 26 inch and When I got there it was not available, it was being given to somebody else in front of me. The other 26 inch was parked on the lot with someone elses in it, Locked up. I waited in line another hour as they only had one person working and literally 10 people in line. The young lady had to keep calling her manager to get assistance and the manager was rude to her and cursing and saying "fuck her" referring to other customers via speakerphone. Everyone was frustrated as this young lady needed assistance and had to handle the desk, multitask check ins and the phone. I was supposed to have been discounted bc I had to get a smaller truck which required additional trips vs one truck and upon return it did not occur. The young lady working was very nice and kept apologizing to everyone.

I would have liked dropping off truck at end destination. Having to return to original starting place cost more and inconvenient. Uhaul changed location of pickup. Not first time this had happened. Company should say they have one then say they don’t.

The customer service was excellent, but the truck had ashes on the floor and the faint smell of marijuana. The vehicle also is in need of shock absorbers, with a full load steering was. Very difficult. I was physically tired when I drove to my destination which was only 20 miles.

The manager on duty was unprofessional. She was either on the phone or talking to a personal guest while picking up and returning the equipment. This location can benefit from training on professional communications with customer in person and over the phone. Not talking on her personal phone while interacting with me would have gone a long way with me.

I was charged twice for my rental which put my banking account into a negative balance. The customer service rep told me it will be fix in 3-5 days for the double charges. My account still haven't been fix as of yet. I will be contacting the headquarters to get this taken care of .

Have a dedicated location, that is EASILY accessible for the return key drop. Second time I wasn’t able to return the key in the manner I was supposed to at this location. Causing unnecessary visits to the location.
