WILLIE S. | Overall ExperienceParking space was limited due to working on new adding new concrete to the area but not convenient alternative parking. Also better customer services with some of the reps others were amazing including Marquitta she help me move the truck, explain the process of storage and returning the truck, transfer the card information and very friendly to me and my friend.
laquisha w. | First ImpressionsMs Cunningham was good, having a extra lock on the storage when I arrived on 3 different occasions for no fault of mine is mind blowing and a huge inconvenience, due to that I decided to cancel the storage after 27 days of rental, the staff need to make sure they know the status of each building as far as not being doubled booked,payment status, etc to ensure what happened to me don't happen to anyone else. I will not recommend this Uhaul location 3038 Bessemer Rd, Birmingham Al 35208

RICHARD W. | Overall ExperienceI am disabled. they stole my families belongings. Moved our stuff. Claimed they fired person responsible. When I complained and asked for help. They sold our stuff. 2 days ago. Peter hall/hill Sharita Cunningham Twila should be fired for fraud, embezzlement and violation of rights. This is a liability UHaul will not survive.
