KANOBA B | Expérience généraleReview of U-Haul on 3rd Avenue West in Birmingham U-Haul on 3rd Avenue West in Birmingham has been my go-to location for storage and rentals. I have rented storage units, moving trucks, and cargo vans from this facility several times, and my experiences have generally been positive. During my most recent visit, I ran into an issue while trying to check out of my storage unit because there was a lock on the unit that I did not recognize. After asking about it, I learned that U-Haul had placed the lock there because I did not have my own lock on the unit, which I had not realized was required. Once that was explained, the situation was resolved. I appreciate the staff’s time, effort, and courtesy in helping me work through the issue. The only area I think could improve is the speed of service, though I understand wait times can depend on the day and time you visit. Overall, I would still recommend this location and appreciate the help I received.
