Truck should not have been on the road. Initially the defrosted didn’t work. While we waited it was fixed. Once we got on the road the windshield wipers made a loud screeching noise. The steering on the truck was very loose causing the truck to swerve on the road. Then the brakes were almost non existent. If we had to brake suddenly I’m sure we would not have been able to. The truck should be taken off the road as it is a safety threat to anyone driving it.

I sent the below email to the supervisor and have not heard back.... Good day Richard, I asked the gentleman , today 12/8/19 at 215pm, behind the counter to delete my license pictures from his personal cell phone and he refused. He assured me the pictures were not on his phone but refused to show them to me when asked. He claimed it was his personal phone and he does not have to show me. I explained he used his personal phone to photograph my license and that if its no big deal he should have no problem showing me the last 2 pics. He refused again and then told me he would not give me the truck if i continued to ask. My identity has been stolen in the past and this man used his personal phone to take my license info and also he now has access to my credit card info.  I explained this to the gentleman he still refused and now threatened to refuse my rental.  Id like you make sure the info has been removed from his phone and let me know

I had an appointment at 8:30 AM. There were people in front of me and only one person at the counter. When I asked if were more people working the attendant told me no. I mention that I had an appointment at 8:30 his response was it was 8:36 and I was late. When he finished with the persons in front of me he was courteous and did the rental agreement properly and efficiently. I placed in the counter a combination lock. He forgot to add to the bill so I paid in cash. He didn't made a bill of sale, placed the $20 in the register and gave me the change. Did he really record the sale? Another disturbing thing is the dress code; I would have been really upset if my wife was present when he walk around with his pants half dropped showing his underwear. That is what U Haul accepts as a proper dress code?

The computer systems were slow and troublesome causing long checkout delays. The staff did their best to wrestle with it, but it was frustrating for both of us. Everything else was very positive. The van was clean and easy to drive.

I don’t like that fact that every truck comes with a hand truck and a huge bag attached to it that take a lot of space that me and my family could use for other purposes if I don’t need the equipment why leave it in there I want a partial refund for that

I pre ordered the truck and checked in online but I still spent over an hour and a half waiting. I had to pay my help for an extra hour because of it. The manager rich kept leaving and the only person there was a new girl with no access. Also they didn't put the equipment hand truck. 3 ppl came in with the same problem while I was there.....totally a horrible experience.

Accidentally left a piece of plastic in rear of truck approx 2' x 4' in size weight around 10lbs (5/8' thick) - got ripped off for $25 plus tax to remove this one piece of plastic!!!!!!! that's how they get you. A local place and could easily have called to see if we wanted to retrieve but instead UHAUL trains their people to find ways to up the charges!!!! Couldn't have taken anyone more than a minute to remove this and call us. Don't you just love GREED? Who would even think of charging for this?

1.) Truck was not available - but they gave me a larger truck for same price. 2.) Truck was still full of garbage from the last person - it took me a 1/2 hour to clean the truck out. - this cost me an extra days rental plus another day of work because the customer was only available between 3 and 5 pm 3.) There were no Furniture dollies which I had pre-ordered for my rental - and we needed dollies to move the piano - so we had to buy them and move the piano the next day. They discounted the truck the first day, but I had to rent another truck the next day and pay double the miles because I ran out of time on the job and didn't have they dollies that I had pre-ordered.

I think if you say 24 hour you should have that and only one axis door Is not feasible because suppose you have storage on the other side so you have to walk in to one door and get out another Danger
