Robert W.When I come to rent a truck, I want to deal with somebody who's giving me their full attention, not employees who are talking with each other about who's doing less work and who's going to get promoted first. Also a big issue is fuel with the truck. I picked it up just under 3/4 of a tank and after my 60 mile trip put money into it to return it just under or at 3/4 of a tank. I had to pay for some extra miles, but that was fine. I get a receipt saying they charged me $23 for 4 gallons of fuel because it was supposed to be at 7/8 of a tank to which it was not anywhere near that. Due to the fact that I did not say something when i picked up the truck I “had no case because the paperwork says 7/8â€. So now im out $23 because they cant accurately check their trucks, and they say that me as the customer is wrong we cant help you. Merci!
Daniel R.Customer service was horrendous. One person in line when I went to pick up before me and I waited over an hour. When I returned the trailer there was no one there and it took 45 minutes in order to do the return. Need to hire more knowledgeable people

Joseph C.Have better customer service, hire better workers on site that know how tall to people and that know how to efficiently do their job, and don't give people trucks that are on empty and go “fill it up, the gas station is over there†and not reimburse people.. ridiculous. Also don't put charges on peoples cards that they don't want.

John W.I have rented several vehicles from this U-Haul location. This truck was severely out of alignment and constantly pulled to the left. I was thankful my son - a CDL driver was at the wheel. And even he had trouble keeping the truck in the lane. We reported this at the time we returned the vehicle.

Waited 2 hours at location. ultimately left with a truck that had a leaky roof, loose front end, drivers door didn't close, radio missing knobs didn't work, seat belts falling apart, truck was filthy, lift door was hard to open and close. I had to keep extending my contract because tenants wouldn't leave new home. i continually updated my account through text on website and phone calls to facility. On last day of rental was threatened with a demand letter phone call advising me the truck would be reported stolen if I didn't return by 12 that day. well done UHAUL, well done.
Ryan C.I was using mobile check in and was assigned a vehicle that was reserved the day prior. As I was inside getting the bag of moving sheets I payed for the vehicle I was assigned drove off because it was rented to someone else. I then had to wait for another vehicle to be cleaned. The radio volume knob was broken and only played at maximum volume or it had to be turned off. If a vehicle is reserved why was it rented out to someone else? I don't think I will ever use any U-Haul vehicle rental for anything ever again anywhere

ANTHONYPATRICK W.I wasn't able to catch their name but the employee working when we arrived was extremely helpful. As we had never rented before they took the time to walk us through how to get in, where to park and answered any questions that we had. While the facility itself was in good condition, our unit has 2 large holes. 1 in the side of the wall and 1 in the ceiling. For the price we pay per month I would've liked a unit that was fully secure without holes.

There was a lock on the storage room it took two hours before someone was able to drill into the lock so could move my belongs in. This storage room was confirmed three weeks before I showed up 2/11/22. Extremely unprofessional staff. Non caring attitude. One staff member smelled like he had been smoking weed. Over all terrible experience

Moving can be very stressful and the team there went above and beyond to accommodate me. I rented a truck to move my belongings from my storage unit. The truck was ready as soon as i got there, checking out was a breeze. It was a pleasure to work with this manager and his team.

Plus the gate can't stay open so if you're moving a lot in and out, that will be annoying as you have to keep swiping your access card. This particular location doesn't do a great job parking the trucks that come in so there is always a truck blocking the entrance.

Very bad experience at the plano facility

She said she couldn't give us a key to use the storage but when she finished with the line of people she would open it for us. Essentially we rented a storage area but couldn,t use it. Everone was complaining and talking about never using you again. I was furious . Where was MR Ryan Nedd. So many other problems occurred. I was furious and exhausted I want you to know I never complain because of many reasons. Worried about the potential damage it could cause Maybe I don't understand what was really happenning. But this experience from the moment I decided to use "U Haul" was so outrageous .
