i reserved the truck online. When i got to the location in/out quick and simple. i scheduled for 2 hours had it back in 50 min. So it was overall great experience.

i brough back a trailer, unhooked it, rolled it in it's designated spot, i was told the it would be checked in, it wasn't, then i called the next morning to ensure it was checked in, the woman who answered the call was agitated and dismissive and then said “it will be taken care of” and hung up. no apology or any form basic customer service on the failure of the check in attendant. i have had poor service there frequently. i need uhaul, it is a valuable tool for my business, this location is close to my business and is convenient. i'm not sure my comments will make a difference, but you did ask!!

My U Haul pick up address was changed night before from local within 1 mile from home, all the way to downtown Wilton Manors 15 miles away, inconvenient. When I returned my U Haul the next day, the address provided on my paperwork as well as via text from U Haul was 11163 Tamiami Trail in Naples which is NOT even a U Haul center. I then called U Haul and was transferred twice so I drove 5 miles to the nearest U Haul. U Haul called me as I was entering the U Haul at 2001 Tamiami Tail in Naples and said I CANNOT return the U Haul there. I told them I was already there and entered the U Haul store. I was greeted my Rosemary who explained she'll handle everything including the return, VERY NICE WOMAN!. I would like for a manager from U Haul to return my call 954-701-3654

Harry the manager didn't do his due diligence to make sure our rental was returned back. Instead called to ask where the trailer was and that it wasn't returned back. The rental was returned one day ahead of time. I told him repeatedly to look back at the cameras and see we returned it. Then called back and said he was not charging us the late fee for rental lol. He found us on the camera returning it. We then looked at our statement and saw we had 3 charges when we were supposed to have one only. Called harry back He then said we had 2 trailers we rented. accused us that my husband rented one in person himself 2 days after I rented the only one we had. Said they had my husband on video (impossible we were 4 hours away on that day). Told me I needed to ask my husband where he was!!! He was with me. Very unprofessional. We demanded the video he claimed he had, never was shown to us. Smh. Someone on their end is scamming and putting rentals on others name and credit cards. If they are r doing that they are doing something there not supposed to be doing to mess us these rentals. Do not waste your time renting from here. Still waiting for harry to call us back with why he accused us of 2 rentals !!!!!! There is so much more to this that I have not put on here. We demand an apology. I will be posting this on Yelp and google as well

Tell people where to park the vehicle upon return and the process so that the customer does not have to move the vehicle after parking and then entering the shop only to have to move the vehicle to the right area.does not

We have rented twice in the past 2 months, Both time we have requested a dolly since we had many boxes to move in and out of storage. Each time we reserved a dolly, when we got to u-haul we were told they were out of dollies at 9am. They would say, we just gave the last one away. I would ask about the one sitting outside the door and they would tell us that is was for display. Why have a display of what you can rent if there are none left to rent? The service was sufficient, any personality by the staff was missing.

Uhaul app sucks. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. After 30 mins of trying and calling to use the website, the telephone person suggested I download the app. I did. And then it needed a second person verification or a lease or some other shit to verify me. Terrible app. Wont recommend Uhaul to ANYONE!!

I booked it one mile from my home. I was supposed (lied to) to pick up the truck there. Instead, I had to drive over a half hour to pick up and again to drive home. Then, they screwed up where I ws to drop off the truck. I told them the location but they lied to me and had me drop it off AT A LOCATION THAT THE UHAUL NO LONGER EXISTS! Can their employees get any dumber?!

The team was disrespectful to customers that did not speak English as their first language. It was horrible for the young stout lady to act that way. The young male was great and tried to diffuse the situation. My spouse who is Latin acted as a guide for them to know where to park and guide through the process. It was a horrible experience!

Service was slow and with no rush or respect for others time. Staff was having conversations about how lazy another employee was and how many complaints he had. Nothing was said about where my equipment was, how to get to it, where to return it after hours… nothing. I've used Uhaul many times and this seems to be normal practice across the board.

Front agent never apologized for not having a dolly for me even though I reserved one. She said the system shows available even when they are not available. Never took ownership, never apologized or said the issue should be fixed. Not friendly, she shood be written up. She worked Saturday October 29th at the Wilton Manors Dixie location. White girl with brown hair. She doesn't care and made no effort to rectify my issue even though I was nice.

Your online booking platform is terrible. I will never use it again. The Five Points location warned me not to do so, b/c your online booking does not take into account at all the actual availability of vehicles at the location, whereas the staff on site has tabs and communication via phone with the clients expected to return the vehicles and when. Your stock of packing materials and pricing is great for me.

The return was difficult, when I got there after hours I couldn't park because there were too many trucks in the line, so i had to use a guest parking spot.. No late return box to deposit keys, so I had to send someone to return the keys the next morning.

Have a truck available when someone reserves one

Customer Rep Kim Worley was very unprofessional and unhelpful. I had reserved a van to be picked up at your 1040 Prospect Rd at 12:00. When I arrived there was no van available as told by the rep at that location. I drove from there to your 5 points location to see if there was a van available since I was on a timeline for a move. The rep at this location Kim Worley told me(barked at me) there was nothing available. She looked up my reservation number and told me to go back to the other location at 1040 Prospect - which I relayed to her that they did not have a van there. I left this location and called your customer service once I got home and was told that they did have a van at your 5 point location waiting for me. When I arrived back at this location Kim Worley was even ruder to me than she has been earlier. She told me she would give me the van if I returned it in 1 hour. I took the van and returned it when I could. My timing of my move today was totally screwed up because of the inefficiencies of your employees and your reservation process. I will not be using uhaul ever again.

Installer had to remove the back fender but neglected to reconnect the different sensors when he put the fender back. I had to go ti the dealership to get the problem corrected.

My Uhaul had graffti on one side .. the cup holders were very sticky. Once on the road my friend looked in the glove compartment and there was an empty Modelo beer can. I had to go back in as the dolly I rented was not in the back of the truck. The rep said my uhaul was full of gas, it was not. It was on empty. The manager was trying to grab my friends phone to do the walk around pictures. He was very abrupt. The picture in my reservation of the truck was not the one I got as it did not show grafitti. When I arrived in Georgia at the Uhaul place the manager said the manager in Florida had not changed the gas showing empty and they were going to charge 118 for gas!! There were several Uhauls in the lot in Florida and I was told they were for local rental only. What determines that? When I first made the reservation in Stockbridge Ga the manager was very cordial. When I came back to verify some things with the reservation the rep she was on a personal cell phone call. I was in mid sentence and her personal phone rang again. No excuse me or anything. Another personal call. She never said excuse me or apologized. Does corporate want this? Feedback can be a gift. Jacob and Courtney were very nice when they helped me in Georgia.

While my experience with Harry and his team at 5-points was excellent. Uhaul in general has a dismal track record with me. In this latest episode, I had reserved a truck weeks ago for my scheduled move . I flew in from Tampa to pick up the truck was told there are no trucks available only when was in Fort Lauderdale. I got a truck 24⁵for hours later. This cost me hundreds of dollars as a result and., and I did not even get an apology. They said 'we are very busy'

I have used Uhaul for the last 15 years. But this time I got surprised! I rented a truck and storage!Talk to Sabrina on phone about all the details. I found my storage really dirty with lots black mulch debris and no AC climate room as I asked! So I didn't have choice, because there wasn't other storage available! I swept all the storage and left my things there . Hope I won't get mold on my things!

Today wasn't the best trip for me to this store. Though we got the job done, the journey to rent was awful. To be short, a problem in the system resulted in about 18 taps, insertions, and swipes of two separate pay cards along with some failed manual input attempts. I was left emotional after 45 mins of that torture, a trip to the atm, and a friendly 10-min grace window to pay after normal store hours. I'm glad I didn't have to change locations. Also glad I didn't blow up. Jareth, please be a bit more sensitive to customers feelings and stop putting so much emphasis on the possibility of FRAUUUDULENT suspicions at my bank. Thanks team!

The online system was good and easy. No big complaints there. Our unit has stair-only access, which wouldn't have deterred me, but I could see that being an issue for others. I don't remember that being stated in the description. We did have difficulty finding our unit. I did not see the link for the facility map that was in an email until after we went to the facility. We were driving around and couldn't find the right building, a directional sign, or map. We eventually went into the office, where the only associate was working with another customer. We waited for a few minutes, but eventually a small paper map on an empty associates desk, from which we were able to find our unit. I would recommend some signage to at least direct cars toward the right access doors for the different alphabetic regions. The "air conditioned" unit was very hot. After loading our unit we went back the the office and told the associate who said they knew and that it was going to be fixed soon. We went back today (two weeks later) and the AC unit was running, but it was still above 85° On the wall mounted thermometer. Not the end of the world, but worth noting, the door stop on the access door to our section is broken. One final note, our unit had a rat trap in the corner. On one hand, I appreciate pest control, but on the other, it was concerning.

On yesterday, 3/5/2019. The Uhaul stopped working on me in the middle of lunch time traffic. I had to wait over an hour for the tow guy(very nice by the way). Very ill now from heat exhaustion.
