Truck was filthy. Used the app to check in, that didn't work well, received truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Added gas because it was so low. Returned truck 3/4 full of gas and received no credit for the gas added.

Parking was limited and full every time I stopped by. The staff was friendly but very loud and rude over talking and talking loudly to each other. Had a hard time hearing the lady taking care of my checkin. The self checkout process was very tedious. Unlike rental cars, they seem to expect the truck to be self cleaned and ready for next customer. They really need to double check them. My truck bed interior had several loose screws all around the truck bed. That would have scratched my furniture and possibly harmed me and my helpers.

I love this group. The only complaint I Have is being charged three times for the two wheeler rental and three times for the furniture pads. I extended my rental a couple extra days, but feel I should have only been charged one time for the two wheeler and pads. Hoping to get refunded for that line item, returned the rental after hours, so I couldn't ask anyone. Thank you for the truck, greatly appreciated.

I will never use this location again. After this experience, I really don't want to use uhaul ever again. Even if you were to rent from here, they prob won't have the truck when you get there to pick it up and good luck having someone call you beforehand to come up with a solution or even just to let you know. If you still think you're going to chance it, make sure you bring some hand wipes as you're prob going to need them to clean yourself and your credit card because as they eat their greasy food right in your face and with the lack of napkins or really common decency, they just lick their fingers clean and proceed to take your card for payment… then to wrap it all up, they try to give you some what I would think is probably important info but you can't get past the fact that half eaten food is just stuffed in their mouth and all you can smell is the scent that is now all over your credit card and presumably your wallet, pocket, hands, etc Then you finally leave and get into the truck only to see it hasn't been updated since 1990 and you realize the nightmare just continues. Terrible terrible terrible.

When I arrived, my reserved vehicle was not available. The in-store representatives were rude, unwilling to help, and told me to call customer service. After calling UHaul customer service the issue was easily resolved. Otherwise, the replacement vehicle was clean and well maintained.

Pick up location was changed 20+ miles from original pick up location without discussion. Truck leaked in both the cab and the box. Items in "grandma's attic" were damaged. Headlights were so dim that driving at night was almost impossible, wind shield wipers only pushed water around. Terrible experience!

I made a reservation. I showed up to pick it up. There was no truck. I had workers ready. I lost money. I had to go to another store in Wilton Manor, Florida. I was 2 hours late and had to pay my two workers 30$/hr each. I lost 120$. Why did you not text or call me to let me know to make other plans? I have rented many times and this was the worst. I lost money as a business because of your companies lack of proper protocol in your computer system to let renters know.

Stopped to confirm my vehicle was approved for pulling the trailer I rented. It was the afternoon before I was to pick up the trailer. The trailer was there on the lot and Dee the manager was very accommodating in my request to take the trailer at that point instead of having to come back the next morning. The staff at the site were friendly, accommodating and professional. Would definitely recommend them and will be using this location again.

Original location didn't have the 20ft truck I reserved, already a large incovenience. After an hour on the phone they verified that this location had a 15ft available. Upon arrival and waiting another half hour I was informed they didn't have it available. They proceed to help other reservations and eventually by the stroke of luck a 15 foot shows up and is checked out to me with a quarter tank of gas and a check engine light on. Poor service at both locations and in general u-haul was far from satisfactory.

Only one lady behind the counter on a sat am. Waiting in line for over 30 min. I reserved a 10 truck and when I got there , she said all she had was a 15. She then charged me for the 15 even tho I reserved and was supposed to get the 10 truck. Not good customer service if you ask me. The guy who took the truck back from me was very nice and pleasant.

The system was down and we had to wait an hour for service. I had movers who were on the clock and I had to pay them for the wait time. U-Haul should reimburse me for this hour since I ordered the labor through them. Also, the equipment I reserved was not available.

Truck given had a flat tire. We were asked to call a road assistance at the location! Or get another Truck but o ly 15 ft available, right after 15 ft were told to be unavailable! Then Truck was empty as requested but in the return form they saw that we had a hand Truck. Very inept people in that office not really paying attention to the job. They need like a check list or something to make sure everything is in order before starting renting trucks

The location is convenient however there are couple things that could be improved. 1- Even when I have done the check-in in the app to pick up the keys you have to do the line and wait for everyone, so it really defeats the purpose of checking on line. 2- I have rented from this site about 15 if not more times in the last six months, and at the time of returning you have to go around and chase the guys who receive your vehicle. They are nowhere to be found, or just there hanging out and avoiding eye contact so they don't get ask for anything... not a very welcoming way. One you engage with them they are sweet and helpful, but just not proactive at the time to engage.

I ordered furniture pads for my rental without knowing the the pads had to be returned. I saw nothing on the site when I scheduled the rental that the pads had to be returned. I was charged am additional $60. Was not happy about that. The company should male an effort in disclosing items or reiterate what items are required for return when the truck is returned.

While my experience with Harry and his team at 5-points was excellent. Uhaul in general has a dismal track record with me. In this latest episode, I had reserved a truck weeks ago for my scheduled move . I flew in from Tampa to pick up the truck was told there are no trucks available only when was in Fort Lauderdale. I got a truck 24⁵for hours later. This cost me hundreds of dollars as a result and., and I did not even get an apology. They said 'we are very busy'

I have used Uhaul for the last 15 years. But this time I got surprised! I rented a truck and storage!Talk to Sabrina on phone about all the details. I found my storage really dirty with lots black mulch debris and no AC climate room as I asked! So I didn't have choice, because there wasn't other storage available! I swept all the storage and left my things there . Hope I won't get mold on my things!

Today wasn't the best trip for me to this store. Though we got the job done, the journey to rent was awful. To be short, a problem in the system resulted in about 18 taps, insertions, and swipes of two separate pay cards along with some failed manual input attempts. I was left emotional after 45 mins of that torture, a trip to the atm, and a friendly 10-min grace window to pay after normal store hours. I'm glad I didn't have to change locations. Also glad I didn't blow up. Jareth, please be a bit more sensitive to customers feelings and stop putting so much emphasis on the possibility of FRAUUUDULENT suspicions at my bank. Thanks team!

The online system was good and easy. No big complaints there. Our unit has stair-only access, which wouldn't have deterred me, but I could see that being an issue for others. I don't remember that being stated in the description. We did have difficulty finding our unit. I did not see the link for the facility map that was in an email until after we went to the facility. We were driving around and couldn't find the right building, a directional sign, or map. We eventually went into the office, where the only associate was working with another customer. We waited for a few minutes, but eventually a small paper map on an empty associates desk, from which we were able to find our unit. I would recommend some signage to at least direct cars toward the right access doors for the different alphabetic regions. The "air conditioned" unit was very hot. After loading our unit we went back the the office and told the associate who said they knew and that it was going to be fixed soon. We went back today (two weeks later) and the AC unit was running, but it was still above 85° On the wall mounted thermometer. Not the end of the world, but worth noting, the door stop on the access door to our section is broken. One final note, our unit had a rat trap in the corner. On one hand, I appreciate pest control, but on the other, it was concerning.

I had an excellent experience at Uhaul. My representative saw that I was tired and went out of his way to ensure that I had everything that I needed. Way to go Uhaul!!!

On yesterday, 3/5/2019. The Uhaul stopped working on me in the middle of lunch time traffic. I had to wait over an hour for the tow guy(very nice by the way). Very ill now from heat exhaustion.

The staff was very rude over the phone with me when. I called to confront them because they charged my debit card with out my authorization for a another truck rental I didn't not rent very rude.

Reserved unit and when I arrived no unit available. This was after renting a U-Haul truck and that wasn't avail either. Sent me to another facility and they were full of attitude. No more U-Haul 4 me.
