Flushing queens was ok. As a company they are horrible. Told me 11/13 at 5:45 pm they had the trailer I need. Get to the shop in farmingdale around 7 they dont have one. Got the run around and was able to get a trailer the next day in flushing but it was too late and a waste of my money and time. . Lost the day cause of uhaul. Will never use them or receive them to anyone .

The van I received smelled like absolute garbage. One of the worst smells I ever encountered. Does U haul clean or even check the vehicles? The worker handling drop off thought it was funny, while I did not. Making situations worse and the sales associate Joshua thought it was funny and did nothing to accommodate me. I will not be using the u haul company and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either. Thank you for your lack of professionalism.

Ordered a 10' truck but none were available. Got a van instead.

The app is convenient but has it's issues. The process takes a while after you arrive to pick up the vehicle. There should be an option to do the pre-screening prior to arrival so that the process is faster. I also rented the appliance dolly online, but when picking up the truck I had to request for someone to get it for me. It would be nice if it was already in the back of the truck. In addition, I got charged twice for the appliance dolly when I only rented one. How did that happen? Called customer support and said the manager will call me back to correct the issue and never did. I called the local office but manager is not available. Why does this process have to be so difficult?

I was charged more then the miles I used it for. They didn't even check how many miles I used that's how I know and the worker had to ask me how many miles but to my understanding they suppose to check not just charge my card what ever they feel like.The van was also dirty and looked unkept.

I made reservation and get confirmed call from Uhaul representative of a 15' truck to pick up @10am on 10/17. But while I arrived there they told me that there's only cargo can was available for me to use if I want. I had to changed to that otherwise I can't do nothing that day. In the end I only moved half of my stuff. That's a worst experience!

I usually do not rent trucks, I rented a truck for two days but I did not know I could not park on residential streets. The person at the counter FAILED to inform me that I could NOT park on a residential street. I received a ticket for 65 dollars. Customers should've been informed about parking restrictions

I did the check in online at it was so cool... Was the first time for me so I was little confused and the young lady at the counter she was very nice and helped me through the process!! When they ask you the second phone number, make sure that is real.. because they will call the person to cofirm. .if not confirmed they will not be able to give you the rental van or truck.. Definitely I had a nice experience

I disappointed to rented U-Haul Van. The day befor I pickup, I came to U-Haul saturday to make reservations that I needed the 15'N Truck Van, same as I had rented before, I sad. But that U-Haul employer he dont answered, he just printed the papers he needed and he give me the copy. Than he serving athers customers. On the ways I go home I repeat to read the paper he gives to me that I realized that I got big citing from that guys, he dont give me the 15'N truck Van as I ask hem, he just put van in the paper. The nex days when I came to pickup the car, I asking again the Van'15 N, but he answered 'you get what in the paper printed.!!* This is actually reason I can't returned the van as shedulled...! Good luck U-Haul.....!!!**

Really frustrating!!They made a mistake giving my Truck to someone else but never felt guilty of it. Waited for completely 7 hours until the truck dropped off. I call the customer service and they kept on transferring for the entire day and asked to come for next day, Horrible! They are totally unprofessional! Never checked the gas and asked me next day. The truck was 1/4 on the gas and I did the same but they changed me full again. I never suggest my friends n family this location! Never. Totally worst experience of my life 😚😚 I had to pay extra $600 to my labors for the time they made me to wait.

The customer agent that made my contract was very professional and knowledgeable The service agent that hooked the trailer to my car was very professional knowledgeable and very helpful explaining the equipment to me it was a very very good experience was the third time I rented a trailer for a motorcycle I had no problems whatsoever thank you very much Jose Soto.

Please make it more clear that in order to take out a rental vehicle, a reference number needs to be available to pick up the phone. This should have been stated when I was making the reservation, not when I was going through the check-in process. Also the woman at the counter at this location was pretty rude. The woman who called to help me was very helpful though.

Both ratchets on the Auto Transport failed to remain locked resulting in the straps coming loose. Long wait times at the counter. You should have kiosks so people can choose their equipment and check inventory prior to getting to the desk, like at an airport. Ianna and Eddie are very nice. There was a woman who served me a few weeks ago who was very rude.

I waited in line for an hour to get my truck. Another customer needed a big truck that wasn't available. So I was asked at first do I really need my 15ft truck to which I said yes. The clerk went to speak to a manager and said my truck “wasnt available” which was sitting in the parking lot so I was stuck with a 10 ft truck which made me do 2 trips and I wasn't even able to be compensated for the miles which should have been 1 trip. They think I dont realize the other gentlemen was given my truck which was in the parking lot. Not a good experience. My mileage should be cut in half and refunded because it should have been 1 trip as planned.

The lady who provided me the service had a bad attitude she shouldn't be working in customer service had no patience was very rude and arrogant I will be getting her name and reporting her and the guy at drop off was trying to over charge me I believe they did I should've took pictures of the miles even though I kept track of them they put like 20 extra miles on my bill horrible I will never use uhaul again or recommend it to anyone I know

The mobile check-in process is slow and cumbersome. Additionally, you will still have in-person contact with folks. I recommend just going through the normal check-in process to save time

I’ve rented storage units in many places. Uhaul was the only one who don’t pro-rate. I had to pay a whole months rent and only stood for 6 days. I would never deal with Uhaul again for this reason
