We only needed to drop off but the service person was just super friendly, very efficient. The store was super easy to find and then going where I needed was also well marked and straight forward. A fabulous experience for a cross state move

Unfortunately, The truck I got was clean and probably hadn't been washed in a year or so. I took it because I was running late and needed the truck.
Omar M.I had the same person. Checking me in and out. She did an excellent job explaining and confirming. As well did the other guy who had a customer questioning certain safety procedures in place. Will is them again when the need arises!

So I ended up returning the truck by just dropping off the key in the drop box without doing all the stuff I was supposed to do upon returning such as taking pictures as evidence. Telling the customer upon rental to "watch and follow the returning instruction" would help better.

Susana O.The moving truck was available on time, but the process was very frustrating. Initially I filled out reservation form online. I wanted to rent one-way, but the location of the drop off was not a choice on the actual ap application. I called the customer service line to have it added to my reservation. When I arrived at the pick up location, they told me that the drop off was not on my reservation, and was not available at the time to choose from.

It took me nearly two hours, several phone calls, and online chats to get the problem resolved and no one apologized for the mistake made, though one did apologize for the extreme wait but stil did not get an apology for the mistake in the first place that I then had to use an excessive amount of my time to resolve.

Richard O.Employees lack friendly manner, not that it is priority, but the lack of friendliness with the lack of guidance throughout the rental process felt a real lack of customer service. For example, the agents seem to assume or rely on uhaul technology and app for check in and out out that they hand you the keys and disappear. I had questions and had to hunt the staff down sometimes having to interrupt them helping or doing something else. The flow of the rental process is a bit rough. It's close to my home and the rates are fair so I reall just deal with it.
An P.No issues. Edgar, the manager was efficient and friendly. I needed short therm storage as my vehicle was totaled by an idiot driver. So need to come back later and pick up my things that were in my vehicle at the time.
