Check the trucks before renting them out the Air conditioner did not work and it was a very hot day. I tried to explain to the young lady that the a/c didn't work could she give me a discount for the inconvenience and she refused to do that for me. I did not appreciate that. It was very hot today 7/8/22.

Every thing was good except on return my gas gauge was showing as 1/2. From my view it showed 1/2. I put $15 in the tank at the station next door and still had to pay another $15. Just wasn't fair. I could have driven back next door and put $2 in the tank to have the perfect mark. I was too exhausted to go through all of that. Just seemed unfair

This location was fantastic, but it was the 4th location we had been directed to by the reservation service on the morning of pickup. We had made the reservation for a location closest to home. That reservation was changed to another location where there was no one on duty, and there was no key in the drop box. Then we were called by customer service and told to go to a 3rd location where they were preparing a truck for us. We got there, and they knew nothing about the reservation and had nothing available. Then we got another call sending us to a 4th location. This one, in Grand Prairie, was great and the service was excellent, but this whole experience was extremely frustrating!

For many years UHaul have provided me a very courtesy, helpful, safe and professional environment. Even though I have closed one of my storage units there are two remaining due to their great customer and friendly service. I prefer to continue the use of UHaul storage facilities. This was my worst experience ever and I've used U-Haul before. The service, equipment and staff are below PAR. Very disappointed with the service, equipment and personnel. The only side that was good was the man from roadside assistance. He was very cordial, prepared, friendly and knowledgeable!

Check the driver's door. It was hard to get it fully closed. Every time I got in, it was not fully closed. It was annoying and dangerous when driving having to open it to reclose.

Get the people that rent the truck to help out and checking out the truck or the van the mileage and then turning on the truck to make it more helpful instead of sitting in the office sometimes

Uhaul was unorganized. The truck had little to no gas. I had to add gas's before I could use it the add gas before returning it and they STILL CHARGED me for not putting gas in the damn truck that was EMPTY when I got it. I was told to drop the truck off in one location (I did the SAME DAY OF RENTAL) yet a rude woman was calling my phone the first thing the next morning accusing me of stealing the raggedy and dirty truck!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER use UHAUL again.

Uhaul is the best company in the storage business in my opinion. Their staff is friendly and professional.i am a happy and very satisfied customer .they helped me through the whole process while I needed a truck to move my stuff and a secure storage rooms when I was buying the house. We used this location because the second location failed to notify us that the truck we were going to rent was not turned in. They knew about this but failed to call us and we talked to them about picking up the rental later than the original time and did not inform us.. Poor, poor customer service at location on Texas Central Pkwy.

The costumer service I received from the worker after 6pm was amazing. So genuine and kind. When she saw us looking and questioning if my personal tire was flat after using a nicely taken care of ten foot truck, she offered us the air filler they had at their facility. Great service !

First person screwed me on mileage for round trip and fuel when if they told me I could save one way I would have do that, but she did not. The one way rental after returning the big truck was great...I spent hundreds more then I wanted due to the cost og the 20 rental. Felt ripped off but first attendent.

when i originally made the reservation, i assumed it would be to one of the two locations closet to me, macarthur rd or main st, but once i went to the one on tarrant i was greeted and taken care of with such joy and pride in her work Bria, was one of the best CSR i have dealt with in and will be back to rent from her again

My biggest problem with BOTH locations is that it was nearly impossible to call the location. It always forwarded to the national call center. This is a major inconvenience.

Application was down for mobile checkin - apparently system wide, but I didn't get a warning telling me until I arrived to pick up the truck. Then I stood outside in the TX heat waiting for someone to arrive in the office - approx 20 minutes before the manager arrived chewing on something so I guess she had just gotten back from lunch at 10:45 in the morning. Again, no sign, no warning that anyone was at lunch. Attempted calling… system down for maintenance. Once the manager arrived, we walked inside and she took a phone call from another customer that lasted a while because… THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE and she had to enter everything by hand. Then it was my turn and you got it… even though I had done the online checkin, I had to do it again at the store, because the system was down for maintenance. Seriously, the worst experience ever with renting a moving truck. Luckily, the truck and the a/c worked.

Employee advised when I returned the truck no additional charges would be necessary. She advised we had a zero balance and gave us a receipt. Then later I checked my email and learned I was actually charged an additional day. I feel like this was definitely fraudulent.

I was over charged for the rental. I kept the truck for two days. I was made to pay for someone else rental when I was the driver for them when they didn't pay for everything before I could get my owe rental again despite the fact that they never had a problem with me in the past.

I have never been treated as such an inconvenience by Debbie. She was minimal help when I needed to gain after hours access due to an expired card requiring two trips but when another employee saw how she treated me he went out of his way to help me (wish I remembered his name to provide kudo's). This caused me to move storage units to another company and when I was trying to finalize checkout her manager was on-site so I was treated as an inconvenience again making me wait for a long time beside my storage unit for final checkout. When I asked if she could dedicate time to work I need done..., she laughed hysterically in my face and never said another word. Extremely poor customer service by Debbie and recommend something be done before more customer have this type of experience.

Move in was very quick and easy everything was was very clean and well maintained and the two young ladies from my home state of Mississippi were awesome to meet and very courteous as we all are from the Hospitality state!! I will definitely return in the future if your services are ever needed again!!!

Look you asked for my feedback well here it is....uhaul harassing family members and emergency contacts for payment is lunatic, loan sharks, and just wrong if it's your system it needs to be fixed! And the wording on your loan shark letters like if I was M.I.A for months not one phone call to me at all FOR 95 CENTS...STUPID! " PLEASE TELL C*****T*** to contact us as soon as possible" what tha heck! Staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout my time renting. The only problem I had was when I moved there was evidence of rodents in the storage unit. And a few of my things were damaged.

In the first storage until we had at this location, when we went to get out stuff out of it to move into a new home, we found that many items had a strange white residue all over them. This white residue was extremely difficult to get off of some items and even ruined several expensive furniture pieces. We have no idea if some kind of pest control spray was sprayed directly on our items or what happened, but it even managed to get into some of the boxes. That unit was also not sealed well at all and when we went to move our items out of it only after a month of them being stored, most boxes were so damp that they were falling apart and our items in them were damp as well. We down sized to a much smaller unit for a few months after moving into our new home and that unit was much better and we did not have any of those same issues. However, a few days before moving out of it our bill was due which I paid. When we closed out the unit we were told that even though we paid for an entire month, we could not get any money back since we really only used it for a few days. So UHaul is getting paid an entire month for a unit that was only used a couple days into the billing cycle and can double their money by renting it out to somebody else since we closed the contract and are no longer using it. That's not good customer service and is taking advantage of people which is appalling, especially considering the times we are all going through right now with the pandemic. Keeping a customers money for an entire months worth of service when you are not providing a months worth of service is unethical and says a lot about how this company operates.
