The employees at both locations were great but it's absurd that that you would charge me the amount you did for the rental and that I had to drive to two separate locations to pick up the rentals. It cost me thousands of dollars and nothing was communicated well.

Yvonne WI will never use another storage company. I will only be using U-haul from here on out. I've had nothing but Hi ratings four u haul. They have been there when I have needed them. If you want your stuff secure, here's a place to take it. They have clean and ready to go storages. They have trailers, trucks, box trailers and much more cigar. Just go to uhaul and they're ready to go.
norma k | Expérience généraleWe found someone's personal car keys in the uhaul truck, so we handed them in. The guy helping us, Kurt, wanted to pull up the contracts, contact the uhaul station we picked up the truck at, and try to find the owners. However, the manager just threw the keys in the garbage. What if these were your keys? It was a Nissan keyless fob, those are expensive, and it probably belonged to the last people to have the truck, who are probably looking for those keys. Lazy management. For that reason I would not recommend this drop off point.

I was out Feb 18 and bill wasn't due til March 3..on top of that, the staff was always so rude. When I checked out the guy was so unpleasant and snapped at me for asking questions.

All he did was get my info and give me keys. He told me it was at a half a tank And I needed to be there when I returned it. I went outside and started the vehicle. It was not a half a tank. It was an eighth of a tank under half of a tank. I return the vehicle with the same amount of gas and a different elderly gentleman that was working decided to charge me eight dollars Because he said it needed to be a half of a tank. I don't know why I need to pay for somebody else's gas. The staff was nice about it but I think that you guys need to work on paying attention to your equipment more I decided to pay the money he said was owed because I did not think to take a picture or bring the guy outside when I initially started the vehicle and realized it was under an eighth of a tank, and it wasn't worth trying to sit there and argue with the guy over it but for future cases not everybody can afford to just give over that extra eight dollars so I feel like you guys should do a better job on your returns and making sure your vehicles are actually in the condition and I have the gas that they have when they are rented

Kevin PIt's ridiculous we paid over $5000 in storage fees and when we didn't get one unit's lock secured we had multiple items, some large enough to require a dolly, stolen from the unit. The GM stated the alarm went off on Sunday, why didn't we receive a phone call? We were there on Monday and discovered the missing items. WORSE thing is they would NOT look at camera footage to help solve it. Seems like an inside job.

When I informed him and Brad their barrooms are in the order of a dirty gas station , they got on it - keeping them a bit cleaner; and began getting the outside trash can I front of glass doors , emptied regularly versus always in a state of full- overflowing trash falling onto pavement. Had it not been for Sam since the beginning rental April 2022, I'd have left and also the attentive courteous manager Brad. Anywhere Sam or Brad go, I will patronize their establishment and know I'm well-cared for. Thanks for hiring them - give them a raise so they can afford to live here Susie Cornelia Binkley

After addressing it again we came up with an agreeable solution. Please train people selling/renting pads to clearly explain how and when to return them and what the charges will be for late return. Tell people to not come across as demeaning because of misunderstanding policies. Have some compassion for people who are weary, short on sleep, overloaded on complicated details, and haven't eaten all day. It took 1 hour to complete rental arrangements, even with a reservation, while generous friends were waiting to help unload.

First I didn't ask to be contacted. Second I did the survey not to have my info sent out. Sam is amazing. Great guy. Helpful and very respectful. There is a female there that is almost as good as Sam. I can't remember her name either but very pretty. She's respectful and helpful as well. I think that with the larger units being so far back it makes moving stuff in and out difficult as there is no back entrance. Might be a consideration. Overall though the place is good. Great people work there and are helpful. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED!!!!

I have multiple units, so that's flat out false advertising. For the amount of money spent they should honor it. 2. They tried to charge me a late fee even though all my units were on auto pay. The nice person at the location reversed it, but it's stupid that they mail your emergency contact that you aren't paying and don't bother to send an email until over a week later. It's shaming someone for no reason and that should change as well, like inform the person first maybe??? Or look at their account and realize everything is on one autopay and taken care of??? But no we are going to mail your emergency contact that you're "delinquent"? Who came up with this crazy crap?

The facility was not busy, instead of helping me or directing me the "manager," his name tag said manager/owner, drew the way to my storage unit on a piece of paper. His attitude and cold, absent stare should have led me to expect no less. As I tried to find the entrance to the facility, yet another uhaul employee, standing outside with an empty dolly, who I asked for help had a major attitude and spoke to me as if I were an idiot for asking for help. Honestly, the worst customer service experience.
