Beth Ann R.I got a voicemail an hour before my pickup time telling me that the store didn't want to let me do 24/7 pickup at my requested time and instead asked for me to come in earlier to pick it up while the store was open. This wasn't an option so I tried to call them back but only got a hold of the call center who also could not get a hold of the store. I ended up being able to pick up the van at my scheduled time, so I'm not sure why this happened.

I have to admit, that I have utilized any other place in the area, but I was so impressed with the manage and the employees there, I have to say that I know I will be treated fairly and respectfully. I'm so lucky to have come to this store first. I appreciate the customer service and the people there. Thank you, than you and thank you. You made a life changing event (like an out of state job transfer) so much easier on me. Your the best.

He even took the time to change songs that he didn't want to hear. It was very distracting and the music, although I liked it, may not have been received well by all your customers.

Jon S.I was accused of not returning the keys or the truck. While it was returned 12 hours early it was returned late evening. The business was not open, but the keys were placed in the drop box and the vehicle parked in the only open parking spot left on the lot. In the morning, Phillip called me upset before personally checking for the keys or the truck at his place of business. He returned a call later and apologized saying he found both the keys and the truck.

He went over and above to help me out with my rental and storage. If I owned a business, I would definitely want this guy to manage it for me. Thomas H.Some issues with timing. This was my only vehicle, so I needed to wait while the work was done. Some accommodation would have improved my experience, but I imagine mine was an isolated or rare condition. the gentleman at the counter was excellent and in command at all times. An excellent manager and customer service representative.

Tait W.Although the employees did there job very well and made it easy for me to pickup and drop off, one thing I disliked was the U-haul truck smelled like cigarettes were constantly smoked in it, definitely was a downer to renting it as i'm not a smoker and dislike the smell of it alot.

LINDA G.My location of choice did not have the equipment I needed. So I had to go 20 minutes out of my way to get my reservation. I was not notified until the day before I needed it. U-Haul should have either let me know earlier so I could make other arrangements or brought the trailer to my location of choice.

Christophre H.I reserved online using my credit card. Someone else picked up the truck and drove it for me. At the time of payment, the person who drove the truck had to use his credit card to pay instead of Uhaul charging my credit card on file which I had used to guarantee. Screwy system.

When I questioned it the manager explained that your system added a $ 20 installation fee. I don't understand why you would ever charge $ 20 to install this extemsion. If I had not questioned it I would have been over charged.

A check engine light came on at mile 10. The attendant when I returned said the tire pressure sensor always malfunctions on this vehicle.

But don't worry, for the privilege of having an auto-payment system that doesn't work, you'll get late fees. To top it all off, you'll get zero response when trying to contact the management. Number one star!

I had five vehicles with being with a bunch of stuff and had to leave everything outside because nobody could do anything they couldn't get ahold of the manager and he was the only one that could change it and he made my card so I couldn't access the building after 7 p.m. it was pretty cold to be standing there trying to figure out what was wrong all for us to just leave again and then not even that now we have to come back again in the morning and figure all the vehicles to make it back there on time or all at the same time so it's just extra work that we're doing now all because somebody made my card not work so that is my only complaint. When I went to pick up the keys, the unit I reserved wasn't available. We were moving the next day. I was told no other units of the size I needed was available. I was told, "RESERVATION MEAN NOTHING." But the Main Street store did have units. Thank goodness for Chi Lee! He called the U- Haul who refused my reservation and confirmed there were units available, but they hadn't been cleaned. So not happy! Chi got me a unit for the next day, showed me how to use the digital key, and apologized giving me 1 month free rental. So appreciated his great customer service. Even though the 1st choice was more convenient to our home, I will Never recommend them to any of our family or friends.

Since I did not get the insurance I was told there was nothing that could be done. I already was paying $40 more per month for the same size unit as the uhaul 15 minutes away. There is no light in the unit and just a small doorway instead of a garage door type door. So it's already a lot worse quality for 50 % more cost. Then to have my 'climate controlled unit' not even control rain is ridiculous. I will be contacting the BBB as well as leaving reviews wherever I can to make sure people know to stay far away from this location. It is absolutely unacceptable, especially when they're already price gouging.

However, I was not officially changed to moved out status until 8/5, despite repeated emails and attempted phone calls. On my attempts to call the facility, I kept getting connected with corporate. I only had one conversation on July 30 with corporate during that 3-week period as I was did not have the time to wait on hold for the estimated time. Even then,it took a week for the facility to finally have me as moved out.
