If he wasn't working with customers, he was refilling boxes and things in the display room. The guy never stopped. And when he did, it was only to answer an occasional question from me. I will definitely suggest U-hall to all of my friends.

bill H.Just like for Same Location Returns, One Way Rentals should start with a FULL FUEL TANK. The process and excuses given at the location by employees were pathetic. This policy is ABSOLUTE BS. I have been in the Transportation and Trucking Industries for 35 years. I have done everything from Driving to Safety Maintenance Director. I have leased, rented and purchased hundreds of trucks during that time. It is ALWAYS, full fuel tank out, full fuel tank in. I will not be renting again from Uhaul if this scam practice continues. There are other companies, with similar rates and equipment, that don't not practice this predatory policy. I am smart enough to be able to figure out all of the required data and math to not get robbed by your company. But I don't want or need to do it. Total waste of my valuable time. ALL Rentals, of ANY Fuel Powered Equipment, regardless of fuel type, should begin with a FULL FUEL TANK. Anything else is SUBSTANDARD PREDATORY MALARKEY. And I used those words because my Mother would not approve of the words that best fit your companies ethics.

Eric S.Initial contact with the person on duty when picking up the trailer was disappointing. He was plain rude when hooking up the trailer. When I returned the trailer early, I was asked if I wanted a printed receipt or emailed. I said email was fine. Three hours later I received a call asking if I'd returned the trailer. I said yes, I was told to put it in back where I'd picked it up. He said “So that was yours?†I said yes. He asked if I'd received a receipt. I said no, he said he'd email it and hasn't. He said he'd email it immediately. Now, 24 hours later, I still have no receipt.

Holly H.You needed another staff member there for Saturday morning at the start of moving season. One person to help with equipment and technical difficulties, one person to keep the line moving. I waited for 45 minutes. I wouldnt have needed to wait though if your website had wished properly.

Jomar A. | Premières impressionsRented a storage unit and the manager Phillip told me that I had till 10 at night but the Building closed at 7 p.m. Got all the way to the storage unit a little after 8 p.m. and my card key was denied. I had five vehicles with being with a bunch of stuff and had to leave everything outside because nobody could do anything they couldn't get ahold of the manager and he was the only one that could change it and he made my card so I couldn't access the building after 7 p.m. it was pretty cold to be standing there trying to figure out what was wrong all for us to just leave again and then not even that now we have to come back again in the morning and figure all the vehicles to make it back there on time or all at the same time so it's just extra work that we're doing now all because somebody made my card not work so that is my only complaint. Merci

The only issue I had was that there was no windshield wash in the vehicle, so driving on the snow-covered highway w semi's kicking up slush from the road made it difficult driving without windshield wash!! I did tell the very nice guy assisting me about it to which he apologized and said he would make sure to put some in for the next customers. Please make sure vehicles are checked and have ample supply of window wash in the vehicles so that accidents from inability to see out the windows are avoided, especially during the winter season! When I went to pick up the keys, the unit I reserved wasn't available. We were moving the next day. I was told no other units of the size I needed was available. I was told, "RESERVATION MEAN NOTHING." But the Main Street store did have units. Thank goodness for Chi Lee! He called the U- Haul who refused my reservation and confirmed there were units available, but they hadn't been cleaned. So not happy! Chi got me a unit for the next day, showed me how to use the digital key, and apologized giving me 1 month free rental. So appreciated his great customer service. Even though the 1st choice was more convenient to our home, I will Never recommend them to any of our family or friends.

Since I did not get the insurance I was told there was nothing that could be done. I already was paying $40 more per month for the same size unit as the uhaul 15 minutes away. There is no light in the unit and just a small doorway instead of a garage door type door. So it's already a lot worse quality for 50 % more cost. Then to have my 'climate controlled unit' not even control rain is ridiculous. I will be contacting the BBB as well as leaving reviews wherever I can to make sure people know to stay far away from this location. It is absolutely unacceptable, especially when they're already price gouging.

However, I was not officially changed to moved out status until 8/5, despite repeated emails and attempted phone calls. On my attempts to call the facility, I kept getting connected with corporate. I only had one conversation on July 30 with corporate during that 3-week period as I was did not have the time to wait on hold for the estimated time. Even then,it took a week for the facility to finally have me as moved out.

Agent couldn't find keys, have to wait for mgr to come back to store after he left for the day. Poor overhead bad internal decision to shut system down during business hours
