I have rented several items and purchased equipment over the last six months. I felt my last contact the area manager who assisted me was wanted to micro manage every bit of profit from me. She attempted to charge me gas fee when I had just topped of the gas, as instructed not to top off when it shut off I followed directions. Even got a copy of my receipt and checked when in left it was at the full mark. We swept out the back but do live in a rural farm area. The clay type mud in the area she refused to listen to reason and charged me a service fee for cleaning. It was swept out not mopped. She in fact mentioned she had no other rentals available and in my opinion just wanted a quick turn around rental. Worse experience I have had with U Haul in the four different states I have been to recently. Sadly enough may consider switching my business to another company Respectfully Jeffery Crittenden

Crank up wheels on toung of closed end trailers. They are too heavy to pick up off the hitch with the break system on them.
