Loved this location and staff always kind and do their best. The only thing I wish that could be improved on is the sliding doors. The first door is slow to open, the first and second doors seem narrow. You can’t really have anything hang off the sides of the carts and it fit through comfortably. Plus if you’re struggling with a cart or visuals the narrow doors can slow you down trying to get in and out. This can cause someone to make more trips based on the size of what they are unloading. Or accidentally hit the doors. Just my opinion.

ralph p | First ImpressionsI would give 4-5 stars but 1 and half months into move in, I get a call from the main office saying “you’re in the wrong storage unit.” They tried to say that I was stealing since the alarm on the unit kept going off when I swiped my card to gain access and open the door via my personal lock. I ensured I could name everything inside of my unit. Overall, the building is safe and secure.
