Dayana L | Expérience généraleThe website says 24hr access but that's a lie, no where does it state you have to first pay to have 24hr access to YOUR belongings but you also have to have the GM assign it. So in my case, the place closed at 10pm leaving me with 2 car fulls of my belongings. I think it is absolutely absurd that a person, who pays for storage, has limited access to their belongings!

There should never be a time I have to sit and wait hours because I can't close your stupid cabin door. Super unacceptable! The latch lock to the door got stuck in the track and I could not secure my items while I drove from one location to the other. Called road side assistance whom had a wait time to answer my request and then gave me a 90min turn around time. In addition to that mishap your non-traction tires got stuck in the mad costing me another $230 just to get your dumb truck out smh

timothy cThere should be more than one employee covering this location in case one has an issue and will be late or absent. The clerk was very late, causing my move to start late. In addition I had to pay the movers (set up through UHAUL) for their time while they waited for me to show up with the truck.

derrick hChange the representative. He was rude and nasty. He failed to add the equipment charge on the initial order. He failed to then load the dolly on the vehicle. Further, he walked the previous customer to their vehicle. He SANG whistled and hummed the whole time when checking my vehicle back in like a petulant child. I spoke to him with the same tone with which he began speaking to me. He was awful and probably the reason that location should CLOSE
Tasha MMy compliments to the facility, ease of pick-up/drop-off, and courtesy of the manager at this location. My only concern: Everything worked as expected except the ignition switch, which I had to "wiggle" multiple times before the truck would start (yes I held the brake down, moved the steering wheel, etc.). This happened from when I first picked up the truck (I thought maybe I had the wrong key) and every time to start. I strongly recommend repairing the ignition switch on this truck.

INGRID ETell your customers that they have to be on site with "location services" turned on (on their phone) to do the online return process. Also, warn them not to return the keys until the return process is finished online. This whole experience was a nightmare that could've been avoided with better communication. Also, uhaul's online services are VERY CONFUSING. Not user friendly AT ALL!

Ray Lwe got there at 9am and had to wait 25 minutes to get our truck only to find out that the truck 26ft we reserved had not been returned. therefore i had to get a smaller one and make more trips. i would have appreciated a phone call or something for the inconvenience.

Philip SI did the 24/7 rental but still had to go inside to get the key. Once again I couldn't find the drop box for after hours return.
KEITH CIt is completely unethical to charge additional days for equipment return on the day of the contract. The employee told me it was alright to just leave the equipment 5 minutes after closing. I was charged a late fee AND an additional day rental, even though I had permission through the employee and customer service.
Thomas KNo one was at the facility when we arrived for pick up. We had to cancel our reservation and reschedule for Wednesday June 10th. Again no one was at the location so we had to go to Salem and Gettysburg for a truck pick up and pray that someone would be at 3936 Salem so we could rent the storage unit. It was a very bad experience from June 6th until June 10th.

Kristin YOne big issue... the truck didn't have a full gas tank. I was told that this is a standard practice. I had to purchase gasoline by estimating. I don't think this is a fair practice since I was willing to pay to refill the tank after my use. Merci.

Vonda FA single employee in this location seems dangerous to the employees safety. Also having a single employee tends to leave areas of the business not managed and subject to possible loss. Customer service from your representative from this location was outstanding and a great example of what is wanted in an employee!!

Wayne WI was not told to check my check in by phone. I brought the truck back at 8:00 Am per the contract time. I was charged a 23 after hour fee. The manager stated it was my fault, because the store was closed. Again I followed the check in instructions, I placed the key in the lock box. He stated some one could have fished it out the lock box and stole the truck. Which was parked in its assigned place. I will think long and hard before using uhaul again
Tanisha RI thought that the rate that I was charged would allow me to keep the truck for 24hrs. I told the agent that I should be done in 4hrs, but unforeseen circumstances forced me to have it longer. I didn't realize that I could've been charged for an extra day just because I went over. In short, if the rate is not for a 24 hr. period, then it should be communicated. Also, the guy was rude when I returned the truck. I will probably go elsewhere to rent a truck.
Charles DI had asked to have them call me and use my credit card but they charged my son in law when he came to get the truck. He was doing me a favor . I reimbursed him but it wasn't how I had asked it to be handled
joe dWhen I reserved a U-Haul online they sent me to to a location , that I passed by one to get to tge one they sent me too .. Also there are some other local ones that were not even given to me as and option to reserve at .
