Deb YService was very good. The folks at the counter were very helpful. I initially made my reservation for a 10 ft truck. Later, I spoke with someone on the phone that said all trucks have ramps (including the 10 ft truck), but this is incorrect according to movers & the people I spoke with in-person. I needed at least a 15 ft truck if I wanted the ramp. Fortunately I had changed my reservation from a 10 ft truck to a 15 ft truck. All was well after that!

JOSEPH KOnline checkin said alternate contact was optional. In direct contrast to that , this location would not rent trailer if I did not provide personal information about an individual that had no part of the rental transaction. Reason was given that "If something happened to you, we have to have information to contact someone and tell them." Bogus. If had an accident in my personal vehicle, I promise the local U-Haul employee that cannot remember to put blankets in my trailer will not be the person to contact my mext of kin. Give me a break. Associate forgot to load rented blankets in trailer. I had to return to the location to collect the blankets that were a part of the rental. Upon return, associate at the location checked the function of the trailer lights. Really? on return? I have never, ever experienced that at any location. When Ininquired as to why, he said he had to know they were still working so that they could charge me if they were not. ??? He wasn't looking for damage!! He was implying that if a bulb burned out, Inwould get charged. Something is wrong with the way this location is being managed. As close as it is to our home, I will go out of my way to not rent from this location again.

JAMIE HThe gentlemen at this location aware truly great at customer service. They take extra care to make sure you have everything needed to use their trucks for your moving experiences. They get you in and out easily and quickly. The trucks are well cleaned and had no issues with it. My family uses this location for the professional and courtesy they offer every time we go there.

AMY TI reserved a U-Haul for 8am on sat morning two days prior. I get to the location sat morning and they're not open. I sat on the phone waiting for assistance for 30min till I finally got a hold of someone who transferred my U-Haul reservation to a different location. I get to the new location and leave with the truck by 9. I was still charged the full amount and the woman that transferred me to the second location said she was taking $50 off my total (which i did not ask for) and that didn't happen.
Miroslava GI returned the rental within an hour and a half or renting. When I returned an apparent staff person who was not behind the counter told me to leave the keys in the van. The next day I get a call asking when I was going to return the van. I'm instantly scared that the person who asked me to leave the keys in the van had stolen it. It was figured out that the van had not been properly accounted for which led to me stressful experience. This was a poor experience.

TANESSA BThe cargo van was very clean. I was in from out of town and relied on my GPS to assist in relocating my sister. My phone died and after buying a new car charger and cord I realized the cigarette lighter did not work. This was very inconvenient and the only problem I had with the rental.

The only issue I had, which is pretty major, is that there is so little parking anywhere at the facility that it becomes a major inconvenience to load and unload items. I've never seen a U-Haul lot that is so full with rental vehicles that some of those vehicles are also parked in customer spots. I'd recommend this facility to another person with that major caveat.

Then, I think it is client manipulation to keep raising the fees significantly every 6 months. I would strongly caution anyone I knew that this is the way it works.

Other than those 3 or 4 times over almost two months our experience met our expectations and the managers were both very hard working and willing to be available.
Jesse M | Expérience généraleI doubt I'd ever use this particular U-haul (Annex Ave Nashville) again. My reason is the ramp that goes up to the 3rd floor is dangerously steep. Getting a cart (even empty) up there is hard enough but coming down is difficult and scary. I had to hire someone to help me when I could have done it myself. I'm surprised there is no warning/ caution sign. If I had tried to come down with a full (or even half full) cart, I have no doubt that I would've been run over and seriously hurt. I see it as a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Laura S | Expérience généraleDidn't know the security code had to be entered on side of the bldg FIRST. That needs to be listed clearly in the process/directions. Sent significant other to drop off some things to storage & the door code "wouldn't work". Keep in mind this is the first time either of us has tried to access the unit. He went inside and spoke to RAVI to get assistance with the security code not working to open the outer door: Ravi, he is the WORST PERSON EVER. Instead of listening to my boyfriend's situation and understanding that he needed to "check-in" to the storage via the keypad on the outside wall, I ended up having to drive down to the facility, a 20 min drive that I didn't have time to make, to "Add" my boyfriend as a contact, authorized user or some crap. While I was there OBVIOUSLY upset, a younger guy listens to the situation and was like "did you check in?" In 30 seconds the younger guy listened and understood what that jerk Ravi couldn't comprehend and took us through horribly unnecessary stress.

patrick m | Expérience générale2 hours at this location after being gave 3 different instructions and numerous calls to u-haul only to be sent to another location. 1) order over phone told main floor. 2) got there to be told nothing available on main floor. 3) watched young teen sit on phone while manager did everything including make me wait after having my info as he waited on other customers. 4) finally sent teen to look at possible units who got lost. 5) manager finally tells me to call u-haul and ask for help. 6) u-haul tells me to reserve online. 7) ordered online and was gave a 2nd floor unit. 8) told them that would not work washer, dryer, deep freeze etc. Large heavy items can't go up and down stairs. 9) manager advises found 1st floor unit wants u-haul to change one assigned to said unit. 10) they advise the manager would have to. 11) manager has to call u-haul because it wouldn't let him. 12) unit already reserved but not showing as such in system. 13) back to square 1. 14) lady on phone finds 2 smaller units at another u-haul location 30 minutes across town (note: now in rush hour traffic and an hour away from my home. 15) go anyway to find a lobby full of people waiting to be serviced. Mind you this is after loading and pulling 2 u-haul trailers from Lebanon MO. I could go on and on about the horrible service and the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing.

I wouldn't entrust my belongings to such a shoddy building. We didn't move in, cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere into an actual solid, brick and mortar building.
Derek H | Déménagement en ligneThere was a flood approximately 10 days before I picked up my belongings. I had soaked boxes, rugs, and furniture. No one notified me. They were aware because there were dozens of moving blankets in the corridors and entrance to soak up the water. I worry about units next to mine that we're hit even worse with the flood waters. I now have a uhaul truck stinkinking of mildew and soaked belongings that I am getting to dryer environs where I will have the opportunity to assess the damage. Please let other unit renters know before they suffer 100percent loss!! I was given the insurance number to call and will do so after truck is unloaded and soaked items unpacked so I can assess the condition of belongings. In the mean time the rugs are hanging on makeshift clothes lines in the truck so a little air can circulate. Helen K Campbell. 970-531-2038

And showed me where everything was.... how to sign in where the carts were etc she was awesome! Facility was VERY clean and the bathrooms were even clean and fancy! Glad I found this place!
