First let me say the manager, Leroy Hill was great. But other than that it was terrible. Your online reservation is horrible and not customer friendly. The trucks need to state the footage by what you can fit in the back. When we got there, they did not have any of the equipment that we reserved, which is the whole purpose of renting it. I overheard a lot of customers very unhappy with the online process.PAMELA H.

Check in and pickup of the truck was easy and quick. Everything was explained to me. However, when dropping back off the truck, they told us just to leave it with the keys in it and we would be getting a receipt emailed to me. We were cutting it close in time and only had about 20 minutes until the cutoff to get it back. It's now been 8 hours after we dropped the truck off and I still have yet to receive an emailed receipt.Stephani H.

There was no place to park as the lot was full of equipmentâ€”even the handicapped space had a trailer parked in it (so no access for the disabled?). I was told I had to park some distance awayâ€”Publix or Costco. Which made me late for an appointment. But personnel were nice & apologetic.SUSAN Q.
I went to Wedgwood UHAUL first and they were horrible. Rude. Didn't want to help me. Kept telling me to come back on Monday. I said me and my brother took off work and lived 100 miles away and could not come back on Monday. They sent me to another location that was storage and no one was there. I called this Annex Ave and they helped me and were very nice. This guy's name that was nice was Jeremy at Annex. I would recommend him to anyone.TAMMY W.

Didn't get the guys name that checked us in but he was very professional and had us checked in and on our way within 15 mins. U haul needs more workers like him at the on-site locations.MARK H.
Three reservations fell through and I ended up having to get the one trailer they had to make trips and start to he able to finish the day when I could have just used one truck to finish instead of having to pick it up at the WRONG location. All were $50 guarantees so I need somebody to speak with about that since all locations want to jerk me around about it and customer service doesn't answer after over an hour waiting. Was a stressful day and still pissed. Enough said.Dominick M.
The customer service at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. I have used UHaul for every move ( this is my fifth move in five years and have had no issues). I also work at a retail pharmacy and experience rude and hateful customers and have developed a thick skin; however, the associate I felt with was so rude I walked out and cried. I had several other customers apologize on her behalf for how I was treated and how disrespectful and unnecessary the tone and attitude were. My 60-year old father was with me and was taken-back by the rudeness. Jonnie was the most hateful employee for any business I have ever encountered and was unwilling to assist me with the scheduling issues. I will recommend that everyone avoid this location and avoid the hateful service and the tears you will cry after the verbal abuse.KERRI J.
The lady at this location was very very rude I had never in my life had a problem with a Uhaul rep until today. It was already hard enough to look for a 26ft near Spring Hill TN. I was called at 8pm at night to know that the two 20ft trucks I rented in Spring Hill TN were not available. The customer service rep was helpful to find me a 26ft truck 40 miles away from Spring Hill TN which in this case was in Nashville. I was offered a discount which I have not seen and when I went to pick up the unit I was told this would be good for a full day. However the lady at this location told me 3:30pm and if go past that she threat me to charge me a late fee this is a still ongoing problem that I hope to resolve next weekdaniel E.
The location and people working there were great. My only complaint is with UHaul policy. I have a 94 Ford Bronco that has a soft top on it that would in no way affect my ability to tow a trailer. I don't know why, but for some reason UHaul policy prevented me from using my truck to tow a trailer, so I had to make many arrangements to get an "acceptable vehicle. I would love to hear the reasoning behind thisjonathan M.
While I was there , I noticed people where being told that they hada truck available and while waiting in line their name on the screen turned red and they were turned away from a vehicle that was already reserved for them. This issue may be a corporate issue: I'm suhgesting that maybe you allow a time 5-10 minute window between when the employee checks in a vehicle and when the vehicle can be reserved again. Jeremy Stallworth seemed to be having a bad day. I tried replying to him when he said something about moving my car and was not just interrupted but he got a mom tone and told me to park somewhere else. I tried to say what I was saying not less than 3x and each time, he interrupted me like he was my mom. I walked out and said, â€œchill,dude.â€ He had to tell me to chill. Had to have the last word. He was wearing a mask so he was convinced that I couldn't see the looks he was giving me but eyes alone can show dirty looks, too. When you smile, squint, roll your eyes. I shouldn't even have to explain but here I am. He was just rude and frankly, I'll just get my trucks at Lowe's from now on. It's less expensive and a lot less attitude.Julie L.
Be pleasant, helpful, greet customer, tell customer their name, show how to connect auto transport with a good and forthcoming attitude, serve customer (person taking payment forced my husband to process payment on his phone and my husband is elderly and doesn't to do anything online), the workers were (except for Denise) were argumentative, confrontational, and aggressive. We had very poor service except for Denise. She went above and beyond to help medenise C.
